    POLICY ANALYSIS ON STUNTING REDUCTION AND ITS IMPACT ON ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN SIKKA REGENCY

    The objective of this study is to examine the stunting reduction policy and its challenges in relation to economic development in Sikka Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The findings show that the implementation of the stunting reduction policy includes programs such as the "Pripong Abong" Adolescent Posyandu, the Foster Parents Movement, and the "Lepo Gahar Naha Blisa" or stunting recovery house. These initiatives involve multiple stakeholders and go through several critical stages, including engagement from governmental and non-governmental organizations as well as the community as the main target group. The policy is designed to reduce stunting prevalence through programs outlined in the Sikka Regency Regent Regulation, focusing on nutritional interventions, improved healthcare services, and community education as key aspects. The provision of financial resource support to the community has positively impacted the implementation of the policy, which has generally been proceeding well. However, there are several challenges to implementing the stunting reduction policy and its contribution to economic development in Sikka Regency. High levels of isolation result in limited access to essential services such as healthcare and education, which increases the community\u27s vulnerability to poverty and underdevelopment. Poor road access to Posyandu centers poses another obstacle for community members to participate in government programs. Furthermore, strong belief in myths and traditional practices among residents hinders the effective implementation of stunting prevention efforts in the region

    The problems identified from this study are the lack of marketing strategies through advertising so that consumers lack product information which causes minimal purchases of Scarlett products, and the emergence of many new skincare brands with better quality makes competition even tighter, while making it difficult for the Scarlett Whitening Brand to become the most favorite brand. The purpose of this study was to determine the Brand Ambassador and Brand Image mediated by Trust on Purchase Interest of Scarlet Whitening Products. The method used in this study is an intervening variable using a statistical processing application. The results showed the t-statistic value of brand ambassadors on purchase interest of 13.024> t-table 1.96. the t-statistic value of brand ambassadors on purchase interest of 10.457> t-table 1.96. The t-statistic value of brand ambassadors on purchase interest is 12.030> t-table 1.96, the t-statistic value of brand ambassadors on purchase interest is 14.672> t-table 1.96, the t-statistic value of brand ambassadors on purchase interest is 14.801> t-table 1.96, the t-statistic value of brand ambassadors on purchase interest is 8.712> t-table 1.96, the t-statistic value of brand ambassadors on purchase interest is 9.483> t-table 1.96. So it can be said that Brand Ambassador and Brand Image on Purchase Interest with Trust as an intervening in the Kefamenanu City community have a positive influence

    This article provides an in-depth examination of the correlation between civic leadership, the role of Pancasila education, and village management in fostering public ethics at the local level, namely the village. Following the implementation of decentralization and the disbursement of substantial funds, villages have become crucial entities in enhancing citizens’ participation and engagement in regional development. However, villages have also become spaces that inherently hold the potential for irregularities—ranging from abuse of authority and weak transparency to public skepticism toward village governance—ultimately leading to a decline in community participation. Using a theoretical approach, this article offers a comprehensive conception of village management, in which village leadership is not merely an administrative function but also a manifestation of civic values. Pancasila education serves as a catalyst for social transformation that can strengthen the values of responsibility, integrity, democracy, and leadership

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mutasi dan pengalaman kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, guna memperoleh gambaran empiris mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi peningkatan kinerja dan prestasi kerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitik. Analisis data dilakukan secara komputerisasi menggunakan program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Versi 29.00. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 65 responden. Uji statistik yang digunakan meliputi uji t untuk menguji pengaruh parsial, uji F (ANOVA) untuk pengaruh simultan, serta analisis korelasi (R) untuk mengetahui tingkat hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Mutasi (X1) memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar 5,556 lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 1,997 (5,556 > 1,997), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Mutasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai (Y) dengan tingkat pengaruh yang kuat. Variabel Pengalaman Kerja (X2) memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar 7,272 lebih besar dari t tabel 1,997 (7,272 > 1,997), yang berarti Pengalaman Kerja juga berpengaruh positif terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai. Secara simultan, hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai F hitung sebesar 30,361 lebih besar dari F tabel sebesar 2,75 (30,361 > 2,75) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti Mutasi (X1) dan Pengalaman Kerja (X2) bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai (Y). Nilai korelasi (R) sebesar 0,813 menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat, di mana 81,3% variasi Prestasi Kerja Pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut, sementara 18,7% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, guna memahami peranan kepemimpinan dan kedisiplinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis data berbantuan program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Versi 29.00). Sampel penelitian berjumlah 80 responden, dan pengujian dilakukan dengan uji t, uji F, serta analisis koefisien determinasi (R Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar 9,740 lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 1,990 (9,740 > 1,990) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai (Y). Variabel Disiplin Kerja (X2) memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar 7,047 lebih besar dari t tabel 1,990 (7,047 > 1,990), yang menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa nilai F hitung sebesar 87,143 lebih besar dari F tabel sebesar 2,72 (87,143 > 2,72) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,694 menunjukkan bahwa 69,4% variasi Prestasi Kerja Pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut, sedangkan 30,6% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti

    This study aims to analyze the implementation of good governance principles—namely transparency, accountability, and public participation—in regional financial management in South Central Timor Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including interviews, documentation, and analysis using NVivo software. The findings indicate that the local government has made efforts to implement transparency through digital information systems and public information dissemination, although challenges remain, such as the limited use of social media. Accountability is pursued through internal audits and the publication of financial reports, but there are still issues concerning the effectiveness of oversight. Public participation in budget management remains largely formal and has yet to become fully participatory. The study concludes that the application of good governance principles in South Central Timor Regency is underway but still requires strengthening, particularly in implementation and community involvement, to achieve better and more sustainable governance

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Kecamatan Pancoran, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi berjumlah 60 pegawai dan seluruhnya dijadikan responden penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji parsial (t-test) dan uji simultan (F-test) pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Secara parsial, gaya kepemimpinan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) dengan thitung = 2,401 > ttabel = 2,0032 dan p = 0,020 < 0,05. Budaya organisasi (X2) juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan thitung = 3,899 > 2,0032 dan p = 0,000 < 0,05. Namun, kompensasi (X3) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan thitung = -0,847 < -2,0032 dan p = 0,401 > 0,05. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan Fhitung = 16,528 > Ftabel = 2,77 dan p = 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja pegawai dapat dicapai melalui perbaikan gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan formal dan pemberian penghargaan terhadap prestasi kerja personel, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 72 personel, yang seluruhnya dijadikan sampel. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 29. Secara parsial, pendidikan formal (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja personel (Y) dengan nilai thitung = 5,420 > ttabel = 1,993. Pemberian penghargaan (X2) juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja personel dengan thitung = 7,221 > 1,993. Secara simultan, keduanya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja personel, dibuktikan dengan Fhitung = 56,753 > Ftabel = 2,73 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,611 menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan formal dan pemberian penghargaan secara bersama-sama memengaruhi prestasi kerja sebesar 61,1%, sedangkan 38,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini

    Analisis dilakukan secara komputerisasi dengan menggunakan Komputer program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Versi 29.00. untuk variabel Disiplin(X1) nilai thitung sebesar 3.588 sedangkan nilai ttable untuk n = 72 sebesar  1.991 maka 3.588 > 1.991. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil analisis antara variabel Disiplin(X1) dengan variabel Pembinaan mental (Y) bernilai positif, untuk variabel Kreatifitas kerja (X2) nilai thitung sebesar 7.256 sedangkan nilai ttable untuk n = 72 sebesar 1.991 maka 7.256 > 1.991. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil analisis antara variabel Kreatifitas kerja (X2) dengan variabel Pembinaan mental pegawai(Y) bernilai positif dan uji ANOVA atau Fhitung dari perhitungan tersebut di dapat nilai sebesar 64.471 dimana lebih besar dari Ftabel sebesar 2,73. Maka dari perhitungan tersebut terlihat jelas bahwa Fhitung > Ftable atau 64.471 > 2,73 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000 karena 0,000 < 0,05, maka dapat dikatakan variabel Disiplin (X1) dan variabel Kreatifitas kerja (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap variabel Pembinaan mental pegawai (Y). Nilai R Square sebesar 0,651. Artinya bahwa Disiplin dan Kreatifitas kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar sebesar 65.1% terhadap Pembinaan mental pegawai sedangkan sisanya sebesar 34.9% berpengaruh dengan faktor lain yang tidak diamati
