OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT: DYNAMIC ANALYSIS IN ADDRESSING LAKE ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION
Pollution is a serious issue that must be addressed in the field of environmental science. Therefore, it is necessary to have monitoring mechanisms to determine the extent to which pollutants have harmful impacts on the environment. This paper discusses a mathematical model for the pollutant dispersion system in a lake, the determination of equilibrium points (fixed points) to understand the balance within the model, a stability analysis to find eigenvalues, and the subsequent solution using the Variational Iteration Method (VIM) to determine the amount of dissolved pollutants in the lake
GOVERNANCE ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FREE NUTRITIOUS MEAL PROGRAM
The Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) is one of the government’s strategic initiatives aimed at improving nutritional quality and public welfare, particularly for school-aged children. This article seeks to identify key governance factors of the MBG program that influence its implementation effectiveness and to provide policy recommendations to strengthen the governance of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN). This study employs a combination of approaches and methodologies, including the Triangulation Model, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis. The triangulation model identified eight (8) priority governance criteria for the MBG program: Participatory, Transparency, Accountability, Effectiveness-Efficiency, Collaboration, Digital Technology, Decentralization, and Program Evaluation. AHP results indicate that Effectiveness and Efficiency are the primary success factors of the MBG program, while Digital Technology serves as an enabler of Transparency and Evaluation, with improvements in Participation and Collaboration driven by a multi-stakeholder approach
ANALISIS PENGARUH TANGGUNG JAWAB PEKERJAAN DAN DELEGASI WEWENANG PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP EFEKTIFITAS TUGAS PERSONIL DIREKTORAT INTELKAM POLDA METRO JAYA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan (X1) dan Delegasi Wewenang (X2) terhadap Efektivitas Tugas (Y) baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis deskriptif dan asosiatif. Analisis data dilakukan secara komputerisasi menggunakan program SPSS Versi 29 for Windows. Uji statistik yang digunakan meliputi uji t untuk analisis parsial, uji F (ANOVA) untuk analisis simultan, serta analisis koefisien determinasi (R²) untuk melihat besarnya kontribusi pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Tugas dengan nilai thitung sebesar 6.795 > ttabel 1.978. Variabel Delegasi Wewenang juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Tugas dengan nilai thitung sebesar 5.786 > ttabel 1.978. Hasil uji simultan (ANOVA) memperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 108.027 > Ftabel 2.67 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05, yang berarti kedua variabel berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap Efektivitas Tugas. Nilai R Square sebesar 0.630 menunjukkan bahwa Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan dan Delegasi Wewenang berpengaruh sebesar 63% terhadap Efektivitas Tugas, sedangkan 37% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini
ANALISIS PENGARUH ROTASI KERJA DAN KOMUNIKASI PEGAWAI TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA DI BADAN NARKOTIKA NASIONAL KOTA SAMARINDA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rotasi kerja dan komunikasi pegawai terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi berjumlah 64 pegawai, dan seluruhnya dijadikan sampel penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 29. Secara parsial, rotasi kerja (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai (Y) dengan thitung = 4,726 > ttabel = 1,997. Komunikasi pegawai (X2) juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai dengan thitung = 8,899 > 1,997. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, dibuktikan dengan Fhitung = 105,076 > Ftabel = 2,75 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,775 menunjukkan bahwa rotasi kerja dan komunikasi pegawai secara bersama-sama memengaruhi prestasi kerja sebesar 77,5%, sedangkan 22,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini
PENGARUH PERILAKU KERJA DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PERSONEL BIRO SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA KEPOLISIAN DAERAH KEPULAUAN RIAU
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja personel. Fokus penelitian diarahkan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh masing-masing variabel secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis statistik. Jumlah responden sebanyak 66 personel, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan), serta koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel Perilaku Kerja (X₁) memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar 7,425 lebih besar daripada t tabel 1,996 (7,425 > 1,996) dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Personel (Y). Variabel Beban Kerja (X₂) juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, ditunjukkan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 9,625 lebih besar dari t tabel 1,996 (9,625 > 1,996) dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan, hasil uji ANOVA menunjukkan nilai F hitung sebesar 285,298 lebih besar dari F tabel 2,74 (285,298 > 2,74) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang menandakan kedua variabel berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja personel. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,901 menunjukkan bahwa 90,1% variasi kinerja personel dapat dijelaskan oleh perilaku kerja dan beban kerja, sementara sisanya sebesar 9,9% dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar penelitian ini
DAMPAK KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA MELALUI KOMPETENSI PELATIH DI ATLANTIC QUATIC DI KOTA TANGERANG
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia, pelatihan, dan kompetensi pelatih terhadap efektivitas lembaga pelatihan renang di Sekolah Renang Atlantic Aquatic, Kota Tangerang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 248 siswa, dengan sampel sebanyak 71 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan analisis statistik untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian ini tidak dapat digeneralisasikan untuk semua lembaga pelatihan renang di wilayah lain atau skala nasional. Jumlah Responden Terbatas. Jumlah pelatih atau karyawan yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini terbatas. Hal ini bisa memengaruhi representativitas data dalam menggambarkan kondisi keseluruhan lembaga. Pendekatan Kuantitatif Saja. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sehingga aspek-aspek kualitatif seperti persepsi mendalam, motivasi personal, dan dinamika kerja tidak tergali secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini hanya memfokuskan pada kualitas sumber daya manusia, pelatihan, dan kompetensi pelatih. Variabel lain seperti budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, dan sistem penghargaan belum dianalisis secara menyeluruh
APPLICATION OF THE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS METHOD IN DETERMINING PRIORITY FOR APBDES ALLOCATION IN BONE VILLAGE, NEKAMESE SUBDISTRICT, KUPANG REGENCY
This study aims to apply the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the priority of using the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) in Bone Village, Nekamese District, Kupang Regency. The background of the research is based on the challenges faced by the village government in managing the budget effectively amidst limited resources and numerous program proposals from the community. AHP was chosen for its ability to solve multi-criteria decision-making problems systematically and objectively. This research utilizes five main criteria: Health, Education, Food Security, Human Resource Quality, and Economy. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires involving village officials and community members. The analysis results show that Health is the highest priority criterion. However, the selected alternative with the highest global weight is Road Construction, as it significantly contributes to all the criteria, including accessibility to health services. Therefore, the application of the AHP method proves effective in assisting the village government in setting development priorities that are more targeted, transparent, and accountable
ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF INDUSTRIAL AGGLOMERATION AND LABOR FORCE ON ECONOMIC GROWTH IN EAST NUSA TENGGARA PROVINCE FROM 2019-2023
This study aims to analyze the effect of industrialagglomeration and the labor force on economic growth inEast Nusa Tenggara Province from 2019 to 2023. Aquantitative approach was used, employing a panel dataregression method that combines five years of time series dataand cross-sectional data from 22 regencies/municipalities inEast Nusa Tenggara Province. The panel data model used isthe Random Effect Model (REM). The results of this studyindicate that, partially, industrial agglomeration does nothave a significant effect on economic growth, while the laborforce has a significant effect on economic growth.Simultaneously, industrial agglomeration and the labor forcehave a significant effect on economic growth in East NusaTenggara Province
ANALYSIS OF ANNUAL COMMODITY INCOME IN IMPROVING THE ECONOMY OF THE COMMUNITY IN MANMAS VILLAGE, ALOR REGENCY
This study aims to examine the role of annual commodities, particularly coffee and candlenut, in improving the economy of the community in Manmas Village, Alor Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies involving coffee and candlenut farmers in Manmas Village. The sources of data include both primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique employed in this research is the interactive data analysis model by Miles and Huberman. The results of the study indicate that coffee and candlenut are leading commodities that contribute significantly to the income of the local community. The role of the government in maintaining price stability and providing protective policies is crucial to support the sustainability of community-based plantations. Overall, the development of annual commodities in Manmas Village has proven to enhance the community’s economic standard, although efforts are still needed to improve post-harvest quality, market access, and consistent policy support
ANALYSIS OF SALARY INCREASE AND LOYALTY TOWARDS THE PERFORMANCE OF POLRI MEMBERS AT THE WORK UNIT OF POLAIR PUSDIK LEMDIKLAT POLRI
This study aims to analyze the effect of salary increase and loyalty on the performance of members at the Pusdik Polair Lemdiklat Polri Work Unit. The phenomenon that underlies this study is the finding of Polri members with suboptimal performance levels, even though the policy of salary increase and performance allowances has been implemented. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type. A sample of 50 respondents was determined through a simple random sampling technique from a population of 100 members. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 20 program. The results of the study indicate that partially and simultaneously, salary increase and loyalty have a positive and significant effect on member performance. This study emphasizes the importance of compensation management and loyalty development as a strategy to improve institutional performance
