THE INFLUENCE OF MOTIVATION, TRAINING, AND INTERNAL LEADERSHIP ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. ANUGRAH MULTI KREASINDO
Amid the rapid currents of globalization and technological advancement, the success of an organization greatly depends on the quality of its employees, whose performance can be enhanced through strong motivation, proper training, and inspiring leadership. This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, training, and leadership on employee performance at PT Anugrah Multi Kreasindo. The research population consisted of 250 employees, with a sample of 100 respondents determined using a probability sampling technique with the simple random sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires and observations. This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach, with data analyzed using SPSS version 20. The results of the study indicate that motivation, training, and leadership have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings suggest that improvements in motivation, effective training, and strong leadership can enhance the performance of employees at PT Anugrah Multi Kreasindo
PENGARUH FINANCIAL LITERACY, SELF EFFICACY DAN LOCUS OF CONTROL TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI SAHAM (studi kasus pada generasi Z yang terdaftar di Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Financial Literacy, Self Efficacy, dan Locus of Control Terhadap Keputusan Investasi Saham Pada Generasi Z Yang Terdaftar Di Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI). Generasi Z merupakan kelompok usia yang mulai memasuki dunia investasi, dan pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan investasi mereka menjadi penting dalam mengembangkan strategi edukasi dalam pemilihan investasi yang tepat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah generasi Z Yang Terdaftar Di Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI). Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, yaitu data yang dikumpulkan langsung dari sumber aslinya yang dihasilkan dari interaksi langsung dengan responden atau objek penelitian melalui metode penyebaran kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh simultan dan parsial dengan menggunakan software (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) SPSS versi 26. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel Financial Literacy, Self Efficacy, dan Locus of Control berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap Keputusan Investasi Saham Pada Generasi Z Yang Terdaftar Di Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI)
THE EFFECT OF COMMUNICATION AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT JATISAMPURNA REGIONAL HOSPITAL
This study aims to determine how much influence Communication and Discipline have on the Performance of Employees at Jatisampurna Hospital Bekasi. Good Communication and Discipline are predicted to be variables that can continue to improve employee performance. The purpose of the author in conducting this study was to determine and analyze communication, discipline and employee performance and the magnitude of the influence of communication and discipline on the performance of employees at Jatisampurna Hospital Bekasi, both simultaneously and partially. The method used in this study is a method with a descriptive and verification approach. The sample in this study were 36 employees at Jatisampurna Hospital Bekasi. The data in this study are primary data, where the data was obtained from respondents\u27 answers to the questionnaire that the author distributed. The results of the data analysis that the author has done, it was found that there is an influence of communication and discipline on the performance of employees at Jatisampurna Hospital Bekasi. both partially and simultaneously. Employee performance is influenced by communication and discipline variables by 70.5% and the remaining 25.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study
THE EFFECT OF TRAINING OUTCOME PERCEPTION, PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE UNDERSTANDING AND WORK MOTIVATION ON SECURITY OFFICER EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT MASS RAPID TRANSIT JAKARTA (PERSERODA)
This research aims to examine the influence of perceptions of training outcomes, the level of product knowledge comprehension, and work motivation on the performance of security personnel at PT Mass Rapid Transit Jakarta (Perseroda). The study employed a quantitative approach. The sampling technique applied was non-probability sampling using an accidental sampling method. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in a total of 210 respondents. The research instrument used was a questionnaire, while the data analysis was conducted through multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis reveal that, partially, the perception of training outcomes has a positive and significant effect on the performance of security personnel. A similar finding was observed for product knowledge comprehension and work motivation, both of which demonstrated a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, these three variables—perceptions of training outcomes, product knowledge comprehension, and work motivation—also exert a significant effect on the performance of security personnel at PT Mass Rapid Transit Jakarta (Perseroda)
THE INFLUENCE OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES OF TEACHERS AND EDUCATIONAL PERSONNEL SERVICES ON THE LEARNING MOTIVATION OF STUDENTS IN THE 1-YEAR EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM AT LPP ARIYANTI BANDUNG
This study aims to determine the Influence of Professional Competence of Teachers and Education Personnel Services on the Learning Motivation of Students in the 1-Year Education Program at LPP Ariyanti Bandung. Professional competence of teachers is very important for the high and low learning motivation of students. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population of this study was 110 Students in the 1-Year Education Program at LPP Ariyanti Bandung, while the sample in this study was 52 Students in the 1-Year Education Program at LPP Ariyanti Bandung. Based on the results of multiple linear regression tests, it can be concluded that professional competence of teachers and education personnel services have an effect on the learning motivation of Students in the 1-Year Education Program at LPP Ariyanti Bandung by 59.7% while the remaining 40.3% is influenced by other variables. And the direction of the relationship between the two variables is positive, so it can be interpreted that the higher the professional competence of teachers, the higher the learning motivation of students. PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN PELATIHAN SISTEM DAN SEMANGAT KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA ANGGOTA DAN ORGANISASI PADA BAGIAN PERENCANAAN KEPOLISIAN RESOR CIMAHI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan pelatihan sistem dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja anggota di Bagian Perencanaan Kepolisian Resor Cimahi, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, guna mengetahui sejauh mana faktor tersebut dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kerja personel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitik. Analisis data dilakukan secara komputerisasi menggunakan program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Versi 29.00. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 responden. Pengujian dilakukan dengan uji t untuk analisis parsial, uji F (ANOVA) untuk analisis simultan, serta analisis koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) untuk mengukur besarnya pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pendidikan Pelatihan Sistem (X1) memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar 3,260 lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 2,000 (3,260 > 2,000), sehingga H₀ ditolak dan Hₐ diterima. Artinya, Pendidikan Pelatihan Sistem (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Anggota (Y). Variabel Semangat Kerja (X2) memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar 7,361 lebih besar dari t tabel 2,000 (7,361 > 2,000), sehingga H₀ ditolak dan Hₐ diterima, yang berarti Semangat Kerja (X2) juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Anggota (Y). Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa F hitung sebesar 69,990 lebih besar dari F tabel sebesar 2,76 (69,990 > 2,76) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga Pendidikan Pelatihan Sistem (X1) dan Semangat Kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Anggota (Y). Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,700 menunjukkan bahwa 70,0% variasi Kinerja Anggota dapat dijelaskan oleh Pendidikan Pelatihan Sistem dan Semangat Kerja, sedangkan sisanya 30,0% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti
THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE AND WORK MOTIVATION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES OF THE PLANNING AND ORGANIZATIONAL BUREAU OF THE GENERAL ELECTION COMMISSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
This study aims to determine the influence of organizational climate and work motivation on employee performance at the Planning and Organization Bureau of the General Election Commission of the Republic of Indonesia. The phenomenon underlying this study is the discovery of employees with suboptimal performance levels. In this study the author used quantitative research. The population in this study was 86 employees of the Planning and Organization Bureau of the General Election Commission of the Republic of Indonesia. In this study the author used a saturated sampling technique found in Non-Probability Sampling, a total of 86 employees. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program version 20. The results of the study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the influence of organizational climate and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study emphasizes the importance of the internal work atmosphere and providing motivation as a strategy to improve performance
ANALYSIS OF MARKETING STRATEGIES TO INCREASE USED MOTORCYCLE SALES AT MUHSHI MOTOR SHOWROOM IN BANDUNG CITY USING SWOT ANALYSIS
This study aims to examine the marketing mix and SWOT analysis in the marketing strategy of used motorcycle sales at the Muhshi Motor Showroom using a descriptive-qualitative approach. Based on the Marketing Mix method by Philip Kotler and Gary Armstrong, the marketing mix is defined as a set of controllable marketing variables that a company combines to elicit the desired response in the target market. The SWOT analysis systematically identifies various factors to formulate company strategies. This analysis is based on the logic of maximizing strengths and opportunities while minimizing weaknesses and threats. The results of the study using SWOT analysis of internal and external factors indicate that Muhshi Motor Showroom is positioned in Quadrant I (aggressive). This is a very favorable position, where the company has both opportunities and strengths, enabling it to maximize existing opportunities. Therefore, Muhshi Motor Showroom can implement strategies that support aggressive growth policies
THE IMPACT OF MONETARY POLICY ON EMPLOYMENT ABSORPTION IN EAST NUSA TENGGARA USING THE ERROR CORRECTION MODEL (ECM)
This study aims to estimate the effect of interest rates, inflation, and exchange rates on employment absorption in East Nusa Tenggara from 2000 to 2023 using the Error Correction Model (ECM) method. The results show that in the short term, interest rates and exchange rates do not have a significant effect on employment absorption. However, inflation has a significant impact on employment absorption in the short run. In the long term, all independent variables influence employment absorption. Therefore, to optimize employment absorption, especially in regions such as East Nusa Tenggara, there needs to be synergy between monetary, fiscal, and sectoral policies supported by structural reforms, appropriate inflation control, and the strengthening of labor-intensive industries and MSMEs
ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS PENGELOLAAN ASET TETAP DAERAH PADA BADAN KEUANGAN DAN ASET DAERAH (BKAD) KABUPATEN MANGGARAI
Pengelolaan aset tetap daerah merupakan unsur krusial dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang transparan, efisien, dan akuntabel. Meskipun Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) Kabupaten Manggarai memperoleh opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) dari BPK selama tiga tahun berturut-turut (2021–2023), berbagai permasalahan masih ditemukan, antara lain pencatatan yang belum lengkap, penggunaan aset yang tidak sesuai regulasi, dan pemanfaatan aset yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pengelolaan aset tetap daerah di BKAD Kabupaten Manggarai berdasarkan Permendagri No. 19 Tahun 2016. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan aset tetap belum sepenuhnya efektif, dengan hambatan utama berupa kurangnya pemahaman SDM, keterbatasan anggaran, serta belum maksimalnya pemanfaatan sistem informasi. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya peningkatan kapasitas SDM, perbaikan sistem pencatatan, dan penguatan pengawasan aset untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan aset daerah
