    Kanban is the framework which is used to implement agile and DevOps which are used for the implementation of software development process. It is the representation of the work being executed during the process of software development using Kanban board. Everybody working on the project have clear vision of what is going on in the project, the progress of the project, who is performing which task etc. This provides effective mode of communication between all the team members working on the same project. It helps the team to organise the work and tasks and also contribute to improve the efficiency. Kanban elements consists of cards, columns, etc and has continuous improvement plans which helps the team to plan the tasks appropriately and helps to achieve the goals within the decided time frame. The paper will discuss the elements of Kanban, rules and how it works. It will also discuss the advantages of having Kanban framework in the software development

    Agile methodology is the process in project management or software development which helps the business and organisations to deliver the product faster to the end user with higher performance rate and with great efficiency. Agile development focuses on providing solutions in incremental approach which means that it focuses on converting few requirements into functional software and then give it to the user to provide feedback after which again the same process is repeated to achieve satisfaction from consumer’s side. The advantage of using this approach is that if there are any changes to be made than that can be made easily without much efforts, since it is incremental model. An agile ceremony is an occasion when the team members conduct a meeting to decide on the tasks to be performed once few milestones are achieved.     Dealing with high dimensional data of the form p>n for multivariate analysis of missingness is very complicated. It arises in many fields mainly in social science, economics and medical study; genome is an example for that where is to mention that samples are very less compared to study elements nothing but variables. The analysis is a combination of large covariate vectors with response and non-response effects of unknown functional form related to response variable of interest. Thus, there is a need for regularized regression models, with effect of smoothing parametric method to do this in this work combine regularization by incorporating different types of covariates. Although regularization approaches fits to framework but the computation high demands in high dimensional analysis they also rely on penalized estimation. The solution is to implement regularization in iteration based smoothing approaches to fit such analysis. The proposed algorithm called Iterative Bayesian Additive Lasso (IBAL) is compared with standard methods in medical analysis and produced unbiased results. The overall work done in multi core environment offered by Cloud Service called Microsoft Azure. The performance is estimated with benchmarks like Standard Error (SE), Mean Square Error (MSE), and Confidence Interval (CI)
