    Assessing The Purpose Of Implementing Artificial Intelligence-Based Robots In An Educational Institution For The Purpose Of Educating Learners

    Despite certain advancements, the incorporation of artificial intelligence into educational institutions is still inadequate. The demand for instructors will endure for a considerable period, yet the incorporation of AI-powered robots in schools has significantly diminished the importance of teachers. The aim of the current research was to assess the inclination of Jordanian institutions of higher learning to embrace artificial intelligence-based robots for educational objectives. Utilising the TAM, this research presents nine hypotheses to assess learners\u27 inclination to embrace artificial intelligence-based robots in the field of education. The data of learners was gathered and examined employing PLS-SEM. The research\u27s findings indicated that all hypotheses were confirmed. The findings suggest that learners are receptive to incorporating artificial intelligence-powered robots into their educational experience. Nevertheless, the results indicated that factors such as perceived ease of use, perceived utility, perceived risk, anxiety towards robots, self-efficacy in interacting with robots, and technology-related insecurity had no significant impact on the attitude towards artificial intelligence-based robots. The study\u27s findings will offer valuable insights to university administrations on the importance of artificial intelligence-based robots in education. Furthermore, the results will assist developers of robots, policymakers, and university administrators in creating and executing artificial intelligence-driven robots that meet current educational requirements

    Development and Validation of Analytical methods for estimation of Simvastatin and Fenofibrate

    The present work describes Stability indicating RP-HPLC and First order derivative UV spectrophotometric method for the quantitative determination of Simvastatin and Fenofibrate. Materials and methods: The parameters Specificity, linearity, accuracy, precision, detection limit, quantitation limit, Robustness and system suitability tests were studied and their results were compiled to ICH guideline Q2 (R2).  Chromatography was carried out by reverse phase technique on an RP-18 with mobile phase composed of Acetonitrile: Water (90:10; %v/v) adjusted to pH 3.3 with 10% orthophosphoric acid) with flow rate 1 ml/min. Both drugs were eluted, isocratically using detection wavelength 230 nm. Methanol was used as a solvent, the spectrum was recorded between 200-400 nm wavelengths, and all the zero-order spectrum (D0) were converted to first-order derivative spectrum (D1) using delta lambda 2.0 and scaling factor 4. 240 nm (zero crossing point of Fenofibrate) and 306 nm (zero crossing point of Simvastatin) were used for determination of Simvastatin and Fenofibrate, respectively. Regression analysis of UV-Spectrophotometric method showed good linearity r2 = 0.9991 at 240 nm of Simvastatin 1-5 µg/ml and r2 = 0.9998 at 306 nm of Fenofibrate 10-50 µg/ml. For proposed methods, the linearity for both methods were obtained in the concentration range of 1-5 μg/ml for Simvastatin and 10-50 μg/ml for Fenofibrate. Statistical analysis by student’s t-test showed no significance difference between the results obtained by these two methods.  Results: The suitability of method for the quantitative determination of Simvastatin and Fenofibrate was proved by validation.     Formulation And Development Of Transdermal Patch Of Amlodipine Besylate Using Novel Polymers As Rate Controlling Membrane

    This research study aims to formulate, prepare and evaluate transdermal drug delivery system for the purpose of controlled release of Amlodipine Bebesylate as a model drug using different polymers as a rate controlling membraneamlodipine undergoes first pass metabolism and also has easy permeability through skin therefore transdermal system of Amlodipine Bebesylate can be developed. The transdermal patches for the delivery were prepared by evaporation method i.e., solvent evaporation method. A matrix-type amlodipine besylate transdermal drug delivery system was prepared using novel polymers such as hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) and sodium carboxymethylcellulose (SCMC) and Carbopol P 934 as a rate controlling or rate limiting membrane which delivers the drug or releases the therapeutic drugin controlled and a predetermined manner and rate. The formula for the transdermal patch was optimized using the experimental design. On the basis of the Data from drug release studies and the drug content the optimized batch was found to be F14 showing 80.1% of drug release and 95.62% of drug content.     From Inaccuracy to Insight: Identifying Medication Discrepancies through Observational Reconciliation at a Tertiary Care Hospital, Bhimavaram of Andhra Pradesh

    Background: Medication reconciliation is the process of examining the patient\u27s entire medication regimen at the time of admission, transfer, and discharge and comparing it with the regimen being considered for the new setting of care. This helps to prevent unintentional inconsistencies across transitions in medical care. Medication reconciliation protects patients from medication side effects while ensuring that they receive standard care. It serves as the baseline from which therapeutic interventions are developed, drug treatment is continued upon admission, and self-care is continued upon release. Objectives: Determining the frequency and kinds of discrepancies discovered during medication reconciliation was the main goal of this study. Determining the effect of medication reconciliation to assess the possible seriousness of medication inconsistencies and ascertain the drug\u27s role in medication errors was the secondary goal. Methodology: In the inpatient units of a tertiary care hospital in the West Godavari District, a prospective, observational study on medication reconciliation was conducted for six months. Results: Of the 385 patients that made up this study, 224 (58.18%) were males and 161 (41.8%) were females. In 169 (43.89%) of the patients, medication discrepancies were detected. There were inconsistencies discovered at several transition points: 50 disparities were detected at admission, 50 during the transfer phase, and 17 on the discharge. Conclusion: A multi-centric assessment including parameters like the percentage of inpatients encountering at least one major medication error would be intriguing. This may support the idea that drug reconciliation is crucial for patient safety

    Cardiac Cell Regeneration in Zebrafish A Systematic Review Study.

    Objective: This research aims to increase the level and quality of the information acquired from 90 previously conducted studies regarding zebrafish heart regeneration and to summarize the best and latest information as well as the methods gleaned from those studies, which will allow us to determine the best ways to rebuild cardiac tissue in zebrafish. Methods: This study was conducted under the PRISMA guidelines. The search for primary research articles was conducted using PubMed, Web of science, and Mendeley. We used the latest update of Microsoft office Excel, Of the total 1158 results, 1066 were dropped according to the criteria for exclusion. The selected results included previously published and unpublished studies on cardiac cell regeneration in zebrafish from 2012 to 2022. Results: 90 studies met the inclusion criteria. Out of these, 43 used the AR method, 36 used cryoinjury, and 16 used genetic amputation. All methods used were based on selected heart sections, not the whole heart. The primary evaluation technique used in the included studies was histology, either alone or in combination with other methods. Acid Fuchsin Orange G (AFOG), Masson\u27s Trichrome (MT), Hematoxylin/Eosin (HE), immunofluorescence (IF), and in situ hybridization (ISH) were the main histological techniques employed to assess heart regrowth and regeneration. Conclusion: This study may have a risk of bias due to the qualitative and quantitative data that was selected. Further research can help understand and utilize zebrafish regeneration genes in humans

    Systematics encompasses two more narrowly defined but highly interdependent fields. The first is taxonomy and the second field is phylogenetics. In modern systematics, taxonomy aims to reflect evolutionary history. The morphological traits of immature stages remain largely unresolved for a vast majority of the lepidopteran species worldwide, although they have potential to be applied in lepidopteran classification and systematic studies. The larval instars in Lepidoptera are signature examples of agricultural pests. The present study deals with SEM investigation of ultrastructure of different instars of two lepidopteran pest species i.e., Somena scintillans Walker 1856 and Trabala vishnou Lefebvre 1827. These findings will not only help in enriching taxonomic database but will also act as an aid for future studies aimed at devising pest control methods

    Effectiveness Of Innovative Approach Of Ergon® IASTM Technique In Musculoskeletal Disorder: A Systemic Review

    Introduction: One of the most popular IASTM methods, the Ergon® IASTM Technique, combines both passive and active soft tissue manipulation with specific clinical tools in order to treat soft tissue constraints and enhance tissue flexibility, joint range of motion, and patient functionality. There is some evidence to suggest that the approach may help with fascia mobilization, the breakdown and absorption of scar tissue, and enhanced tissue repair. There are currently no systematic reviews that have looked precisely at how Ergon® IASTM affects musculoskeletal disorders. Methods: An overview analysis was done. The databases and search engines used to compile this data include PubMed, Google Scholar, and Research Portal. On the reference list of the included studies, a manual search was conducted. Individually or in combination, the search phrases included instrument, assisted, augmented, soft-tissue, mobilization, Ergon, and technique. Studies were chosen based on inclusion criteria evaluated using the PEDro Rating Scale. The potential of bias was examined within 20 research. Results: It is found that implementation of Ergon® IASTM leads to positive improvement in various musculoskeletal pain. Conclusions: This summary of the systematic review provides the comprehensive systematic synthesis of evidence regarding the impact of Ergon IASTM technique on reducing symptoms of musculoskeletal pain. The findings from this review provide supervision to clinicians and researchers for evidence-based selection of ERGON® IASTM for treating various condition

    Objective: In the present study the ethanolic extracts of Atrocarpus Heterophylus (ETAH) were studied for Aldose reductase, alpha (α)- amylase and alpha (α)-glucosidase inhibition using an in-vitro anti diabetic and evaluate the GC-MS analysis of active compounds of ETAH. Methods: The serial extraction was carried out with a series of solvents: Petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and ethanol with increasing polarity using Soxhlet apparatus. The concentrated and dried extracts were subjected to the antidiabetic activity was assessed by employing standard in-vitro techniques. Results and discussion: The result showed ethanolic extract exhibited significant aldose reductase, α-amylase and α-glucosidase inhibitory activities with an all plant extracts respectively and well compared with standard acarbose drug.  GC-MS analysis results revealed that ETAH contain the compounds are Cyclohexanol and Nonadecene. This knowledge will be useful in finding more potent antidiabetic principle from the natural resources for the clinical development of antidiabetic therapeutics.     Removal Efficiency of Synthetic Dyes by Copper Nanoparticles

    Water contaminant and pathogenic microorganism elimination using nanotechnology is a fantastic potential. NaBH4 was used to create copper nanoparticles, and the effectiveness of the dye removal was assessed. Utilising scanning electron microscopy (SEM), DLS, UV-visible spectroscopy, and energy dispersive analysis by X-rays, the synthesised nanoparticles were characterised. This study examined the elimination of COD and BOD utilising (CuNPs) at various (20–100 ppm) levels. Both the chemical oxygen demand (COD) and the biological oxygen demand (BOD) were shown to be effectively removed by CuNPs. Additionally, the synthesised copper nanoparticles are highly effective at removing synthetic dyes like methyl orange (89%), methylene blue (95%), and malachite green (97%)
