Impacts Of Probiotics On The Production Performance And Immune Status Of Broiler Chickens From Arbor Acre Strains
The aim of the present research was to evaluate the probiotic activity of Lactobacillus acidophilus in broilers of the ARBOR ACRE strain. The probiotic was administered in drinking water at a rate of 50 ml per 1000 chicks every 7 days during the breeding period. Growth performance, the effect on endogenous flora and on the structure of the gut and the bursa of Fabricius, as well as the immune response, were recorded at 20 and 37 days.
We evaluated the effectiveness of Lactobacillus acidophilus added to broiler diets, a zootechnical study (mortality, growth rate, index of growth) and a clinical survey, homogeneity and antibody production.
Zootechnical studies revealed that the best growth performances were achieved by the probiotic-treated chickens, with significant differences (p<0.05). which concluded with a positive effect on zootechnical performance compared with the controls.
Similarly, the study of the organism\u27s reaction showed a good response from the birds supplemented with Lactobacillus acidophilus in the animal\u27s digestive tract, with interactions with the endogenous flora, compared with the control subjects (P<0.05). Antibody titration showed that the Lactobacillus acidophilus-based diet had a positive effect on antibody levels, resulting in a coverage rate higher than the average indicated by the baseline (1000-2500) and also higher than the control batch antibodies

Formulation And Evaluation Of Osmotically Controlled Drug Delivery System Of An Anti-Diabetic Drug
Saxagliptine has a relatively short elimination half-life (2.5 h), thereby requiring twice or thrice daily dosing in patients, which may lead to non-compliance. Extended release formulation of Saxagliptine based on osmotic technology was developed and evaluated. Controlled Porosity osmotic tablets of Saxagliptine were developed using Self Pore forming agent Mannitol. Prepared tablets were evaluated for their Flow property, weight variation, hardness, friability and content uniformity. Tablets were coated with a semi permeable membrane using 6% w/v cellulose acetate Phthalate (CAP) in isopropyl alcohol and Methylene chloride and Polyethylene Glycol-400 as plasticizer. Drug release rate was increased as the increase of Mannitol amount in Core Tablet. Drug release was inversely proportional to weight gain but directly proportional to the Self pore forming agent. The drug release from developed formulations was independent of pH and agitation intensity of release media. The DSC and FTIR studies demonstrated that there was no interaction between polymers and drug. The optimized formulation was stable after one months of accelerated stability studie
Development And Formulation Of Drug Loaded Hydrogel For Bone Regenerative Potential
Bone defects resulting from trauma, disease, or congenital abnormalities represent a significant clinical challenge, necessitating advanced regenerative therapies. This study presents the development and formulation of a drug-loaded hydrogel as a novel approach for bone regeneration. The hydrogel matrix is engineered to provide structural support and controlled release of therapeutic agents to enhance bone healing. Various biocompatible polymers and crosslinking strategies are investigated to optimize the hydrogel\u27s mechanical properties, degradation kinetics, and drug release profiles. Furthermore, the study explores the efficacy of different drugs, growth factors, and osteoinductive molecules in promoting osteogenesis and bone tissue regeneration within the hydrogel scaffold. The developed drug-loaded hydrogel holds promise as a versatile platform for addressing diverse bone defects and advancing the field of regenerative orthopedics.
Seasonal Variation Of Heavy Metals In Waste Water Sample By Using ICPMS Method District Janjgir-Champa, (C.G.) India.
This paper present to study of the Physico-Chemical parameters of three different areas in Janjgir-Champa District, Chhattisgarh. To determine the amount of pollutants released into the environment and measuring the level of heavy metals and Physico-Chemical characteristics in industrial waste water was conducted. Monsoon and post monsoon changes in physical and chemical parameters such as Temperature, pH, Electrical conductivity, Total solids, Total suspended solids, Dissolved solids and Heavy metals (Pb, Fe, Cr, and Hg). Heavy metals were analyzed by ICPMS Method, Temperature, pH and electrical conductivity was analyzed using the Thermometer, pH scale and Electrical conductometer respectively. The concentration of all heavy metals and Physico-chemical parameters studied were below the reference limits set by BIS (Bureau of Indian standard). The values of heavy metals were (Pb, Cr, Fe, Hg) the maximum value of Pb 0.0036 mg/L at BH-HP in monsoon season and minimum value 0.005 mg/L at NR-HP, and the value of Cr in monsoon season the maximum value 0.0004 mg/L at NR-HP and 0.0001 mg/L at BH-HP and the value of Fe the 0.7431 mg/L at NR-HP and minimum value 0.0156 mg/L at BH-HP, while Hg the maximum value 0.00033 mg/L at NR-HP and 0.0011 mg/L at TR-HP. In post monsoon the level of Pb, the maximum value 0.009 mg/L at BH-HP, Cr did not detected. Fe level maximum value 0.6230 mg/L at NR-HP and minimum value 0.0162 mg/L at BH-HP and Hg maximum value 0.0011 mg/L at NR-HP and minimum 0.0005 mg/L at BH-HP. Therefore, it is recommended to the locals that for notable portable purpose prior treatment is required before human consumption. The results indicate that this particular area is non-polluted and can be used for domestic, irrigation and agricultural purpose

Association Between Neck Pain, Hand-Eye Coordination, And Motor Function Skills In Cervical Radiculopathy: A Comprehensive Review
Aim: Cervical radiculopathy is a common neurological condition characterized by pain, sensory disturbances, and motor deficits resulting from compression or irritation of cervical nerve roots. This manuscript provides a comprehensive review of the association between neck pain, hand-eye coordination, and motor function skills in individuals with cervical radiculopathy.
Methodology: We conducted a thorough literature search and synthesized evidence from epidemiological studies, clinical trials, systematic reviews, and observational studies to elucidate the multifaceted nature of cervical radiculopathy and its impact on sensorimotor function. The review highlights the significant impairments in hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and functional activities of daily living observed in individuals with cervical radiculopathy.
Result: The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0. The result of the study shows that there was a significant difference P < 0.0001 in both the test on cervical radiculopathy participants when compared with other groups.
Conclusion: The study has highlighted the significant impact of cervical radiculopathy on hand-eye coordination, motor function skills, and functional activities of daily living. Individuals with cervical radiculopathy often experience impairments in fine motor control, grip strength, and coordination, leading to difficulties in performing tasks requiring precision and dexterity

The beedi industry is important in rural development because of its ability to provide potential employment possibilities to a vast number of people. Ambient monitoring found that the inspirable dust concentration in the tobacco factory was 150-fold greater than in the control environment, and was linked to chronic bronchitis in workers. The elevated amounts of cotinine, thioethers, promutagens, and direct acting mutagens in employees\u27 urine indicated increased systemic exposure to tobacco ingredients. In tobacco processors\u27 target and non-target cells, there was a considerable increase in chromosomal damage. Given the link between tobacco use and a variety of noncommunicable diseases, the current study\u27s findings show an urgent need to reduce cigarette exposure among processors. Because the beedi industry is almost entirely unorganized, even government officials find it difficult to police the many legal requirements. Aside from the legal implications, the health risks that the female employees who roll the beedis suffer are tremendous. “Unveiling Phoenix sylvestris: Phytochemical Insights, Antioxidant Potential and Antiproliferative Impact on HT29 Cells”
Phoenix sylvestris, commonly known as the wild date palm, holds immense potential in traditional medicine due to its diverse phytochemical composition. Leaf identification plays a crucial role in botanical research, ecological studies, and biodiversity conservation. Phoenix sylvestris, commonly known as the wild date palm or silver date palm, is an economically and ecologically significant palm species. Traditional methods of identifying plant species based on morphological characteristics can be challenging, especially when dealing with closely related species or in cases of morphological variation. In this study, we present a DNA-based approach for the identification of Phoenix sylvestris leaves through DNA extraction, amplification of specific genetic markers, and sequencing. Leaf samples were collected from various geographical locations to encompass genetic diversity. DNA was extracted using a modified CTAB method, and the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region of the nuclear ribosomal DNA was amplified using polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Sanger sequencing was performed to obtain DNA sequences, which were then compared to reference sequences in public databases for species identification. The results demonstrate the efficacy of this approach in accurately identifying Phoenix sylvestris leaves, even in cases where morphological characteristics may be ambiguous or variable. This DNA-based method provides a reliable tool for rapid and accurate identification of Phoenix sylvestris, contributing to its conservation and management efforts, as well as facilitating research on its ecology, distribution, and evolutionary history. This study presents a multifaceted analysis of P. sylvestris extract, encompassing phytochemical characterization, antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anticancer evaluations, along with molecular docking simulations. The phytochemical analysis revealed the presence of various bioactive compounds such as phenolics and flavonoids contributing to its medicinal properties. Assessment of antioxidant activity through DPPH assay demonstrated significant radical scavenging potential, indicating its potential therapeutic application in oxidative stress-related disorders. Moreover, the antimicrobial evaluation against a panel of pathogenic microorganisms highlighted the extract\u27s efficacy in inhibiting microbial growth, suggesting its utility as a natural antimicrobial agent. Furthermore, the anticancer potential was evaluated against various cancer cell lines, revealing promising cytotoxic effects, particularly against specific cancer types. Molecular docking studies provided insights into the interaction between bioactive compounds of P. sylvestris extract and key molecular targets implicated in cancer progression, validating its potential as a source of novel anticancer agents. Overall, this comprehensive investigation underscores the pharmacological significance of P. sylvestris extract, emphasizing its therapeutic versatility and potential for drug discovery and development
