Study On The Impact Of COVID-19 On The Indian Economy And Its Path To Recovery
India, one of the most populous and massive nations in the world, has been hit hard by the COVID-19 epidemic, which is quickly becoming a worldwide health emergency with serious financial ramifications. The world\u27s greatest shutdown was imposed to contain the virus, which posed an unprecedented threat to India\u27s already vulnerable economy. Pharmacognostic And Phytochemical Studies Of Leaves Of Syzgium Cumini
The aim of the current research is to develop different Pharmacognostic and phytochemical analysis for the evaluation of leaf of this plant. Microscopy, Phytochemical analysis of leaf drug was performed and results were maintained. Phytochemical tests indicated the occurrence of flavonoids, tannins, steroids and phenols etc. The results obtained from standardization of leaf drug recognized the macro and microscopical parameters, physicochemical parameters. Therefore, these techniques are helpful for rapid recognition of crude drug. The outcome of the research study possibly will be helpful in setting investigative indices for the identification and grounding of a monograph of the plant drug.

Role Of Lipid Profile Parameters As Predictor Of Type 2 Diabetes Risk In Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and obesity are prevalent metabolic disorders in the Indian population, often linked to lifestyle changes leading to metabolic alterations. Elevated levels of circulating saccharides contribute to various metabolic disturbances, including T2DM and associated complications such as renal and retinal dysfunction. This study aimed to identify individuals at risk of T2DM through lipid profiling in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. A total of 800 participants were enrolled, and parameters including lipid profiling levels (HDL, Cholesterol) were assessed. Among the participants, 400 males and 400 females exhibited lipid profiles indicative of T2DM risk. These findings underscore the significance of lipid profiling in identifying individuals at risk of T2DM and obesity-related complications. Lifestyle modifications and targeted interventions are crucial to mitigate the growing burden of these metabolic disorders, particularly in regions like Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, India

Probiotic Administration of Bacillus Subtilis on Growth Performance and Biochemical Parameters in Broilers Chicken
Problem statement: As the intestinal function is intimately affected by fed diets, many kinds of natural substances, prebiotics and probiotics have been supplemented to broilers to increase poultry production by activating intestinal function. The aim of this study was to investigate whether Bacillus subtilis could improve the growth performance and serum biochemistry in broiler chicken.
Approach: A total of 200 broiler chicks were randomly assigned to 4 treatment groups, consisting of 2 replicates of 25 birds each. Commercial mash pre-starter, starter and finisher diets were supplemented with 50, 100 and 150 ppm of B. subtilis.
Results: Body weight gain was better in all the experimental groups than the control. The growth
performance was increased in 150 ppm of B. subtilis. Total cholesterol and Triglycerides were decreased, HDL, Serum Glutamine Pyruvic Transaminase (SGPT), Serum Glutamic Oxaloacetic Transaminase (SGOT) were increased.
Conclusion: This study shows that adding B. subtilis to the broiler diet could improve the growth performance, increase feed efficiency and regulate serum biochemical parameters. Based on our study, it could be recommended that addition of B. subtilis at 150 ppm (150 mg/kg) could improve the growth performance of broiler chicke
Development And Validation Of Uv Spectrophotometric Method For The Determination Of Sitagliptin In Bulk Material And In Tablets
This study developed and validated novel UV spectrophotometric methods according to ICH Q2 (R1) guidelines for the quantitative analysis of tolvaptan and carvedilol in pharmaceutical dosage forms. The zero-order derivative method was found to be economical and reproducible for both drugs. Validation parameters such as accuracy, precision, specificity, and linearity were thoroughly evaluated, demonstrating compliance with ICH and USP requirements. The methods exhibited simplicity, accuracy, and precision, making them suitable for routine laboratory analysis with high levels of accuracy and precision.
The precision of the methods, measured in terms of repeatability, was determined by analysing a sufficient number of aliquots from homogeneous samples, showing satisfactory results. Application of the developed methods for analysing tolvaptan tablet dosage forms revealed no interference from excipients, highlighting their applicability in pharmaceutical analysis. These methods offer advantages over existing ones regarding sensitivity, simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and experimental conditions.
Furthermore, the developed UV-spectrophotometric methods do not entail tedious procedural steps, additional reagents, or prolonged analysis times, requiring only simple instrumentation. Their cost-effectiveness and minimal maintenance make them suitable for application in smallscale industries, ensuring therapeutic efficacy in pharmaceutical formulations.
Efforts were primarily directed towards method development and optimization to enhance final method performance. A well-developed method should be easy to validate and capable of rapidly analyzing preclinical samples, formulations, and commercial samples. Reviewing existing literature on tolvaptan and carvedilol analysis indicated a gap in methods for determination and validation in bulk and pharmaceutical dosage forms. Thus, this study addresses this gap by presenting improved UV spectrophotometric methods for the quantitative analysis of tolvaptan and carvedilol in pharmaceutical formulations. The developed methods demonstrate specificity, linearity, accuracy, precision, and compliance with regulatory requirements, making them suitable for routine analysis in pharmaceutical quality control.

Additionally, it conducts a comprehensive energy analysis on heat exchangers and establishes a correlation for the logarithmic mean temperature difference, adapting it for various types of heat exchangers through the incorporation of a correction factor. A formula is derived for effectiveness, enabling the analysis of heat exchangers even when outlet temperatures are unknown, employing the effectiveness NTU Method.
