Machine Learning Techniques For Stock Price Prediction - A Comparative Analysis Of Linear Regression, Random Forest, And Support Vector Regression
In the dynamic and rapidly evolving stock market, the ability to generate accurate and timely predictions holds paramount significance for companies and investors alike. Machine learning algorithms can identify complex patterns in the stock market. Machine learning algorithms play a critical role in this situation, leveraging their capacity to analyze extensive datasets and provide valuable insights, thereby forecasting future trends. Stock price prediction is still an arduous task because of the financial markets\u27 well-known volatility. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in the use of machine learning techniques for stock price prediction. This is because these algorithms can handle large amounts of data and identify complex patterns that are difficult for humans to recognize. The proposed methodology focuses on using linear regression (LR), support vector regression (SVR), and random forest machine learning models to predict Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) stock prices. Machine learning presents a promising method in this field of stock price prediction, which is essential for traders and investors to make well-informed judgements. via data on TCS stock prices, the study evaluates the models via feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning. An understanding of how well these algorithms anticipate stock values is given by the analysis and findings. Mean Squared Error (MSE) and Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) standard metrics are used to compare the time series data. After Applying hyperparameter tuning on Support Vector Regression and Random Forest the standard metrics RMSE shows decrease in error rate. In the proposed model Linear Regression has better performance than Support Vector Regression and Random Forest

Dystopia is a place where everything is disastrously wrong. Dystopian literature embodies recurring elements that construct a vivid and often unsettling description of oppressive societies. Dystopian literature explores fictitious societies or worlds characterised by oppressive governance and dehumanisation. Several works of dystopian literature centre around the concept of totalitarianism, offering readers an opportunity to critique this system and emphasise the significance of individuality and freedom that is suppressed under the rule of totalitarianism. This research paper delves into the convoluted realms of dystopian literature, focusing on the pervasive composition of the loss of identity and individuality in the face of oppressive regimes. Employing a qualitative research methodology, the study centres its analysis on Margaret Atwood\u27s seminal work, The Handmaid\u27s Tale, to unravel the profound impacts of authoritarian control on the characters\u27 sense of self.
The investigation extends by examining the plight of women in dystopian settings, illuminating the multifaceted practices in which they grapple with the erasure of their individual identities. Through a careful examination of the characters\u27 experiences, the paper aims to shed light on the nuanced nature of gender-based oppression, presenting how women become symbolic of a broader societal scrabble against totalitarian rule. By investigating the inimical consequences of technological advancements, the study emphasises the erosion of personal freedoms and the subjugation of autonomy that often accompanies the omnipresence of advanced surveillance and control mechanisms.
 
Hydrobiological Studies Of Keerat Sagar Pond At Mahoba District Of U.P., India
The hydrobiological studies of keerat Sagar pond at Mahoba district of U.P. by using physiochemical parameters The samples were collected throughout the year from December 2021 to November 2022 and various parameters such as temperature, turbidity ,pH, carbonate, bicarbonate, total alkalineity, chloride , DO and free CO2 were analysed from the pond. The results obtained from all the parameters indicate that all the factors were within the permissible limits and the pond is suitable for fisheries
An Open Label Single Arm Clinical Study to Evaluate the Efficacy of Vamana Karma with Nimba Kashaya Yoga in Sheetapitta WSR O Urticaria
Present study is an observational clinical study carried out in 10 patients of Sheetapitta to evaluate the efficacy of Nimba Kashaya Yoga for Vamana. Sheetapitta disease explained in Ayurvedic classics shares similar aetiology, signs, and symptoms as that of Urticaria. Urticaria denotes the sudden appearance of hives and/or angioedema. Shodhana Chikitsa, mainly,Vamana or/ and Virechana is the main line of treatment advocated here to treat the disease. Special formulations are mentioned in classics for Vamana, which includes Patola Kashaya, Nimba Kashaya, Vasa Swarasa. Patients who fulfilled the diagnostic criteria were treated with Deepana Pachana, Snehana and Vamana with Nimba Kashaya Yoga. Assessment carried out using Urticaria Activity Score 7 showed marked improvement
Water Quality Effects on Growth Performance and physiological indices of Common Carp Fingerling Fed on Moringa oleifera leaf
The current study was carried out to investigate water quality effects on common Carp Fingerling Fed on dietary supplementation of Moringa oleifera leaf on growth performance, approximate carcass compositions and haematological and biochemical parameters in common carp, Cyprinus carpio fingerlings (average weight 27.31 ± 0.04 g) for 12 weeks. Four experimental diets were prepared with supplemented with MOLP at levels of 0 (control diet), T1 (1%MOLP/Kg), (2%MOLP/Kg) and (4%MOLP/Kg). The results showed that all supplemented groups had promising growth, in which significantly improved (P˂0.05) in final weight (FW), weight gain (WG), specific growth rate (SGR), feed conversion rate (FCR), feed conversion efficiency (FCE), and protein efficiency rate (PER). Whoever, the dietary treatments had no significant impact (p˂0.05) on ether extract, crude protein, crude ash, moisture, energy, and crude fiber content of the fish. The result of this study had a significant effect on some biochemical blood parameters including CHOL, TG, HDL, LDL, VLDL, TP and globulin but there was no significant difference in ALB. Complete blood count of the fish showed a significant (P > 0.05) increase in WBC and RBC, HGB and HCT levels with MOLP varying levels. The MCV of the fish fed 1%MOLP was significantly lower compared to control group, MCHC levels of fish fed 1%MOLP diet were significantly higher than fish fed on the control diet (P > 0.05). The MCH and MPV levels of MOLP diets had no significant difference with the control group (P > 0.05). The PLT levels of fish fed with 2 and 4%MOLP were significantly (P > 0.05) higher than fish fed the control diet. LPCR levels in fish fed with 4% MOLP decreased significantly compared to the control diet (P > 0.05). The study examined the impact of different concentrations of Moringa oleifera leaf powder (MOLP) on water quality parameters. Results showed temperature variations (31.24°C to 33.50°C) and pH changes (8.20 to 10.30). MOLP changed electrical conductivity (550.12 to 566.10 μS/cm) and total dissolved solids (288.20 to 306.30 mg/L). Dissolved oxygen remained stable at around 8.00 mg/L, while turbidity decreased (6.67±0.84 to 2.08±0.85 NTU). Ion concentrations (Cl, Na, K, Ca, Mg, SO4) fluctuated across MOLP levels. Total alkalinity ranged from 138.76 to 144.62 mg/L. Nitrate levels varied (13.32 to 13.80 mg/L), while nitrite and ammonia levels were low (0.00 to 0.02 mg/L and ~0.05 mg/L, respectively). Total hardness increased (155.05 to 173.71 mg/L) with MOLP, notably at 2% concentration. These findings suggest MOLP\u27s potential in water treatment, warranting further investigation for environmental applications

A Modern Approach To The Treatment Of Diabetic Foot Syndrome

In the period from 2020 to 2023, 31 patients with diabetic foot syndrome (DFS) aged 50 to 85 years were treated at the clinical base of SamSMU and the Zarmed company in Samarkand. Trophic lesions of the right lower limb were detected in 14 patients and the left limb in 17 patients.
Percutaneous balloon transluminal angioplasty (CTCA) with stenting for lesions of the superficial femoral artery (PBA) and isolated lesion of the popliteal artery (PA) was performed in 14 patients, without stenting in 17 patients. A positive result was obtained in patients with ischemia II B – III degree of lesion

From Plant To Pill: Investigating Prosopis Juliflora Fruit Mucilage As A Pharmaceutical Excipient Through Isolation And Physicochemical Analysis
This study investigates the extraction and characterization of mucilage from Prosopis juliflora fruits as a potential pharmaceutical excipient. Employing water as the extraction medium, two precipitation approaches (Acetone and 95% ethanol) were compared. Physical, chemical, and micrometric analyses, along with FTIR spectroscopy, were conducted on the mucilages, demonstrating their compliance with official pharmaceutical parameters. Notably, mucilage precipitated with acetone exhibited superior characteristics compared to ethanol. The research concludes that Prosopis juliflora fruit mucilage holds promise as a tablet binder and viscosity-modulating agent in pharmaceutical formulations, offering a cost-effective and sustainable alternative for pharmaceutical applications. Further studies, including in vivo testing and stability assessments, are warranted for comprehensive validation of its pharmaceutical utilit
Analysis of Difficulty Index, Discrimination Index and Distractor Efficiency in Multiple Choice Questions
Background: The item analysis of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) is an essential tool that can provide input on validity and reliability of items. It helps to identify items, which can be revised or discarded, thus building a quality MCQ bank.
Aim: The aim of the study to evaluate the quality of MCQs by analyzing DIF, DI and DE and to find out the association of MCQs having good difficulty and discrimination indices with DE.
Method: The study was conducted in the Department of Maternity and Child Health Nursing at the College of Nursing during the academic year 2023, second semester. Students of level six who took the final exam of one-course second-semester academic year 2023, A total of 152 third-year Bachelor of Nursing. The item analysis explored the difficulty index (DIF I) and discrimination index (DI) with distractor effectiveness (DE). Data was kept confidential and the descriptive and inferential statistics will be computed using SPSS 22.0.
Results: A total of 50 MCQs, the majority, that is, 74 (82%) MCQs had a good/acceptable level of difficulty with a mean DIF I of 94.94 ± 6.36 (mean ± SD); this indicates that, on average, the MCQs were relatively easy for the students, as the difficulty index is close to 100. The discrimination index, which assesses the ability of the MCQs to differentiate between high and low-performing students, had a mean of 0.11 and a standard deviation of 0.47. This relatively low mean value suggests that the MCQs had limited discriminatory power, meaning they did not effectively distinguish between students with different levels of performance. 150 (75%) were categorized as functional distractors (FDs). These FDs effectively served their purpose by distracting students from selecting the correct answer, challenging their knowledge and understanding. On the other hand, 50 distractors (25%) were classified as non-functional distractors (NFDs).
Conclusion: The categorization of the MCQs based on distractor efficiency highlights the importance of having well-constructed and effective distractors. The presence of functional distractors challenges students\u27 decision-making, while non-functional distractors need to be revised or replaced to improve the overall quality of the MCQs. This finding indicates a potential area for improvement in the construction and selection of MCQs to enhance their ability to differentiate student abilitie
