    Customers’ Satisfaction On Digital Banking System With Reference To Select Public Sector Banks In Karnataka

    Digital banking is one of the most significant innovations in the banking industry that has been around for a long time. While there are many benefits that consumers get from using online banking, there are also some major challenges and challenges that marketers in the online banking industry face. The main challenges that internet banking marketers need to overcome in order to succeed in this industry are low marketing budgets, traditional bank behavior, security, technological issues, and transaction issues. As the years have passed by, digital banking has become more and more popular in the banking industry. Nowadays, the concept of digital banking is accepted in the world and it has gained popularity as a way of doing business. The unstoppable power of digital technology is transforming the financial services industry. This study seeks to identify the differences in problems faced by clients of different public sector banks when using digital banking services. 600 participants were randomly selected from those who had access to digital banking in Karnataka, and the primary data collected through a questionnaire was used as the basis for the analysis.     The Effects Of Hydro- Ethanolic Extract Of Euphorbia Hirta Leaves Extract On Hemato-Biochemical Changes In Cigarette Smoke-Exposed Rats

    Cigarette smoke is a source of free radicals that cause health problems throughout the world. The study aimed to determine the effects of hydro- ethanolic extract of Euphorbia hirta leaves extract (EHLE) on hemato-biochemical changes in cigarette smoke exposed (CSE) rats. The study using 24 male Wistar rats consisted of Control (not exposed to cigarette smoke and given distilled water), group II Diseased group (cigarette smoke and given distilled water), group III treated group (Cigarette smoke and Euphorbia hirta leaves extract 200 mg/kg BW) and group IV plant alone (Euphorbia hirta leaves extract 200 mg/kg BW alone). Exposure to cigarette smoke and administration of extracts was carried out for 12 weeks. End of the experimental period, the rats were euthanized and dissected to collect the blood for hemato-biochemical studies. The results of the study showed that treatment with Euphorbia hirta leaves extract to CSE rats restored the hematological parameters, liver and kidney markers

    Stability Analysis For Yield And Yield Contributing Characters Of Tomato Under High Temperature Conditions

    The current study was aimed at evaluating the stability of tomato yield and yield-contributing characteristics during three sowing intervals (February, March, and April) under high-temperature regimes, Pooled analysis of variance was performed on twenty-five genotypes, including eight parents, fifteen hybrids, and two checks, for seventeen agronomic traits. Except for plant height, ANOVA findings have revealed substantial differences among tomato genotypes, with environmental conditions playing a major role on genotype performance. The genotypes differed significantly in terms of days to 50% flowering, number of flowers per cluster, and fruit length, indicating significant variability among growing seasons. Furthermore, root length showed significant genotype x environment interactions, whereas the remaining variables are found non-significant. Among the three sowing intervals, February sowing (1st interval) was found to be the most beneficial environment for tomato growth, yield, and quality features, with the highest positive environmental indices for the majority of growth, yield, and quality contributing traits. In contrast, the April sowing period (3rd interval) was found to be most unfavorable, with the highest negative environmental indices for the traits studied. This study underlined the significant influence of environmental factors on the performance of tomato genotypes, in terms of multiple yield and yield-contributing attributes. The findings emphasize the importance of choosing the optimum sowing interval, with February as the most favorable season for cultivating tomatoes in the present study location under high-temperature conditions. These findings would help to guide the decision-making process in similar agro-climatic regions to improve the tomato output and quality

The existence of women has been restrained by the male strategists who exploit them to imposing the prerogative of their dominion and masculinity.  Masculinity does not believe in mere exploiting women, it also imposes upon women to represent themselves as commodities to be served to men, be it to getting their genitals circumcised to prove that they are ‘untouched’ and ‘virgins’. Female Genital Mutilation is a long- existing brutal practice which forces women to undergo their genital mutilation at their early ages. They are asked to get their genitals circumcised because it is an obligatory practice imposed by the supercilious imaginary customs of the males, in most of the communities. To understand the condition of women in this context, this paper analyzes the African history of enforcing the native women to undergo their genital mutilation (FGM), as being made as mandatory.     Introduction: Critical illnesses can affect individuals at any age, posing life-threatening challenges that disrupt various aspects of their well-being. Such conditions have profound effects on physical, psychological, socio-cultural, and spiritual dimensions. Goal-oriented care is crucial for survival, focusing on achieving optimal physical, psychological, and social potential. Nursing plays a pivotal role in restoring an individual\u27s life processes to dynamic equilibrium, with nurses serving as catalysts by making timely and complex decisions to promote life processes. Aim: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of a structured training programme on nursing treatment for people on mechanical ventilation systems among B.Sc. nursing students in their final year. Materials & Methods: A critical evaluation was conducted using a “pre-experimental one-group pretest-post-test research design”. A convenient sampling method was employed to choose 50 final year students for the study purpose. Data collection involved the use of a well-structured questionnaire, and the effectiveness of knowledge transfer to the students was assessed through the implementation of a structured teaching program. This approach aimed to provide comprehensive insights into the impact of the educational intervention on enhancing the understanding of mechanical ventilator care among the selected nursing students. Results: The study evaluated the knowledge of “final year B.Sc. nursing students” regarding the care of patients on mechanical ventilators. In the pretest, 7 students exhibited average knowledge, while 43 had poor knowledge. In the posttest, 22 students demonstrated average knowledge, and 28 exhibited good knowledge. The overall mean percentage of knowledge in the pretest was 36.66% (SD=3.4), while in the posttest, it was 76.66% (SD=3.2) with a positive difference of 11.68 and \u27t\u27 value 1.84. Interpretation and Conclusion: The post-test average score exhibited a significant increase compared to the pretest score (p < 0.05), registering an overall mean of 11.68 points. This substantial improvement underscores the significant enhancement in final year B.Sc. nursing students\u27 comprehension of patient care on mechanical ventilators. The researcher observed that the structured teaching program effectively conveyed information to these students, demonstrating its efficacy in facilitating knowledge acquisition. This highlights the program\u27s potential impact in fostering a more informed approach to patient care in the field of nursing
