Characterization of the Phytochemicals and Antioxidant Properties of Extracts From Wrightia Tinctoria R.Br.
In the present investigation, phytochemical screening of different extracts of Wrightia tinctoria has been tested by using standard procedures. The findings showed the presence of alkaloids, flavonoids, phenols, steroids, terpenoids and glucosides. Among the four solvents tested (aqueous, ethanol, N-hexane and ethyl acetate) ethanol extract of leaf showed the best result. The free radical scavenging activity of both the extract was measured by using the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assay. The aqueous and ethanol extracts of Wrightia tinctoria leaf shows slightly different antioxidant activity. Optimization Of Simultaneous Estimation Of Candesartan And Nifedipine In Combination Therapy For Hypertension Management: A Green HPLC Approach Using Design Of Experiment Methodology
ackground: Hypertension is a prevalent health condition with severe implications for cardiovascular health. Combination therapy involving Candesartan and Nifedipine has emerged as a promising approach for managing hypertension due to the synergistic effects of these medications.
Methods: This study aimed to develop a Design of Experiment (DoE) based Green High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) method for the simultaneous estimation of Candesartan and Nifedipine in a combined dosage form. Reversed-phase HPLC was utilized with UV-Vis spectrophotometry for detection. DoE principles were applied to optimize chromatographic conditions, including pH, ethanol percentage in the mobile phase, and flow rate.
Results: Optimal chromatographic separation was achieved using a composite mobile phase comprising ethanol and potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer (45:55, v/v) at pH 3.7, with a flow rate of 1 mL/min. Statistical analysis confirmed the significance of these parameters in achieving efficient separation. The developed method exhibited high precision, accuracy, and reliability across various validation parameters, including specificity, linearity, repeatability, and robustness.
Conclusion: The proposed DoE-based Green HPLC method offers a sustainable and efficient approach for the simultaneous estimation of Candesartan and Nifedipine in hypertension management. Women have always dreamt about being in different places and have a different perspective of everything, when the men had the compulsion of moving places women were left with no choices to live where. Most Indian women from lower communities were transported without any prior experience or knowledge. If the cases were increasing women wanted to show their potential and they wanted to show their presence in such places. Women started writing poetry\u27s to prove their potential ability to the outsiders. Most of the works of them were pointed towards how their lives were designed and how they differentiated amount each others, once they realised the worthy writings of themselves they had to convert all their sorrows and love into language which was pretty difficult for most of them. Their families used to read them and trash them since they thought the women\u27s job was to be in homes and take care of the families, majorly men were allowed to talk about their difficulties when women were seen down and their struggle was left out in the place. No captors we\u27re called upon for all of these reasons, why has women always frowned and looked down when the cases of men being narcissist are tuned in to the society to live among everyone. They raised families in unknown places and they had the courage to stand up for themselves and make change in the lives of their husbands by sacrificing their own. The Impact Of Physical Activity On Cognition, Behavior, And Attention In Healthcare Students Of Delhi NCR
Aim: This explores the relationship between physical activity and various cognitive, behavioral, and attentional aspects among healthcare students in the Delhi National Capital Region (NCR). It synthesizes existing literature to highlight the significant benefits of regular physical activity on academic performance, mental well-being, and professional development among healthcare students.
Methodology: a comprehensive review of existing literature from peer-reviewed journals, databases, and relevant sources to examine the impact of physical activity on cognition, behavior, and attention in healthcare students of Delhi NCR. Studies encompassing diverse methodologies, including experimental, observational, and intervention-based designs.
Result: The subjects had to be cognitively unimpaired and at age 55+ (the age was set for 55+ years since within this paper people above 55 years old are included in the group of ‘older people’. Although this may seem illogical, as they mostly are active and working persons, their cognitive (learning) operations require approaches specific to this age group, i.e., adult learning.

Aim:Cerebral palsy (CP) is a neurological disorder characterized by impaired movement and posture, often accompanied by disturbances in sensation, cognition, communication, and behavior. It affects approximately 1 in 323 children in the United States, making it one of the most prevalent developmental disabilities.
Methodology: Participants will include individuals diagnosed with cerebral palsy, aged 5 to 18 years, who are prescribed AFOs for ambulatory support. Recruitment will be conducted through pediatric rehabilitation clinics and cerebral palsy support organizations.

Comparative Study Of Hot Pack Along With Therapeutic Ultrasound And Exercise Verses Therapeutic Tecar Along With Myofacial Release And Exercise On Supraspinatus Tendinitis In Female
Background and objective: This study aimed to compare the efficacy of two treatment protocols for supraspinatus tendinitis in female patients: (1) hot pack combined with therapeutic ultrasound and exercise, and (2) therapeutic TECAR combined with myofascial release and exercise. The primary outcomes measured were pain reduction, improvement in range of motion (ROM), and functional recovery.
Methods: A randomized controlled trial was conducted with 60 female participants diagnosed with supraspinatus tendinitis, equally divided into two treatment groups. Group A received hot pack, therapeutic ultrasound, and exercise, while Group B received therapeutic TECAR, myofascial release, and exercise. Pain intensity was assessed using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS), ROM was measured for shoulder flexion, abduction, and external rotation, and functional recovery was evaluated using the Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPADI). Assessments were made at baseline, mid-point (three weeks), and post-treatment (six weeks).
Results: Both groups showed significant improvements in all measured outcomes. However, Group B demonstrated superior results across all parameters. At the mid-point and post-treatment assessments, Group B had significantly lower VAS scores compared to Group A, indicating greater pain reduction (p < 0.05). ROM improvements were also more pronounced in Group B, with significant differences in shoulder flexion, abduction, and external rotation (p < 0.05). Functional recovery, as measured by SPADI scores, was significantly better in Group B at both the mid-point and post-treatment evaluations (p < 0.05).
Conclusion: The combination of therapeutic TECAR and myofascial release with exercise proved to be more effective than hot pack and therapeutic ultrasound with exercise for managing supraspinatus tendinitis in female patients
