Impact of Biotic And Abiotic Factors on Lipaphis Erysimi (Kalt.) on Organic Mustard Crop of Terai Region, Kumaun, Uttrakhand.
The current study was conducted in the organic crop field Mustard is an economically significant crop for farmers in three different blocks in terai region, Kumaun, Uttrakhand. Sowing was done on the first week of November in 2020 and first aphid infestation was seen after one month of sowing. The maximum number of aphid reaches in 2nd week of January 2021. Lipaphis erysimi (aphid) population shows a negative correlation with temperature while humidity is non-significant in all three sites. Coccinella septempuncata (natural enemy) is positively associated with aphid numbers and was first seen after 2 week of aphid infestation
Artificial Intelligence and Alzheimer’s Disease: Bridging Complexity with Precision Medicine
The most prevalent cause of dementia and a progressive neurodegenerative illness, Alzheimer\u27s disease (AD) has a substantial negative impact on both global health and the economy. There is presently no cure, despite much study, and treatments like memantine and cholinesterase inhibitors just alleviate symptoms. The multifaceted character of AD, comprising intricate genetic, epigenetic, and environmental connections, has been brought to light by developments in genomics, neuroimaging, and clinical data. Novel computational techniques are necessary since traditional methods often fail to understand such high-dimensional information. In AD research, artificial intelligence (AI), especially machine learning and deep learning, has become a game-changing tool. In order to enable early diagnosis, prognosis, biomarker identification, and therapy development, artificial intelligence (AI) makes it easier to analyze large datasets from next-generation sequencing (NGS), transcriptomics, proteomics, imaging, and genome-wide association studies (GWAS). AI applications in AD include determining transcriptomic and epigenetic biomarkers, discovering new gene-gene interactions, connecting neuroimaging indicators with genetic differences, and predicting disease risk using genetic risk scores. Furthermore, by combining multifaceted biological and clinical data, AI-driven methods facilitate drug discovery, repurposing, and clinical trial optimization. Recent research highlights AI\u27s promise in precision medicine for AD by showing that it can combine genetic, imaging, and biomarker data to reach high prediction accuracy. Nonetheless, there are still issues with clinical validation, data heterogeneity, and interpretability. The uses of AI in deciphering the genetics and pathophysiology of AD are highlighted in this study, along with current advancements and constraints. It also offers insights into potential future paths where AI might speed up the conversion of complicated data into useful methods for AD diagnosis and therapy
Impact Of Heavy Metal, Mercury Chloride On Protein And Aminoacid Levels In Gill, Liver And Kidney Of Edible Exotic FISH Hypophthalmichthys Molitrix (Valenciennes)
Environmental pollution is a worldwide problem; heavy metals constitute one of the most important pollutant challenges. The progress of industry has led to increased emission of pollutants into ecosystem. Environmental pollution can cause poisoning, diseases and even death to fish. Heavy metal contamination has gradually become a very much important significant global issue due to its continual existence in the environment and bioaccumulation in the ecosystems, posing deleterious risks to human health. Mercury contamination is amongst the most significant and universal pollution problems in the aquatic medium It primarily occurs in the aquatic environment In industries, huge amounts of effluents containing mercury are discharged as a result of poor industrial operations, fertilizer industry, landfill leaching, and carbon combustion. Dead zones, otherwise termed as zones of oxygen-depleted water, have been reported to be the repository of huge deposits of inorganic mercury. Fish are one of the most widely distributed organisms in the aquatic environment and, being susceptible to metal contamination, may reflect the extent of the biological effects of metal pollution in waters. The effect of mercury chloride on protein and amino acid contents of gill, liver and kidney of freshwater fish, Hypophthalmichthys molitrix have been studied. The fish were exposed to sublethal concentrations of mewrcury chloride 1/5th (high), 1/10th (medium) and 1/15th (low) of the 96 hour LC50 for the period of 10, 20 and 30 days. All the sublethal concentrations of mercury chloride exposed fish for the period of 10. 20 and 30 days showed decrease the protein and increase the amino acid content in gill, liver and kidney of Hypophthalmichthys molitrix The significant alterations showed toxic effect of heavy metal mercury chloride at biochemical levels
The Effect Of Heavy Metal Cd On The Histology Of Male Nilem Fish (Osteochilus hasselti)
Cd is a heavy metal that is found in many aquatic environments and has toxic effects on aquatic organisms. Cadmium has a negative impact on organisms reproductive systems, especially during the process of spermatogenesis. The test biota used in this study was male nilem fish (Osteochilus hasselti). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of heavy metal Cd on the level of damage to the testicular tissue of male nilem fish and to determine the ratio of the level of damage to the testicular tissue of male nilem fish in four treatments of Cd heavy metal for 4 weeks. The method used was an experimental method with a completely randomized design research design (CRD). The research was conducted in three stages, namely taking the testes, making histological preparations, and laboratory analysis using a microscope. The test biota was given four treatments of Cd 0 ppm, 2 ppm, 4 ppm, and 6 ppm with an exposure time of 28 days and sampling was carried out every two weeks. Quantitative data in the form of the proportions of the spermatogenesis stages were analyzed by One Way ANOVA. The results showed that there was no change in shape at the spermatogenesis stage and showed fluctuating results. The results showed that giving 4 Cd treatments to fish for 4 weeks did not affect spermatogenesis
Evaluation Of Allelopathic Potential Of Cissus sicyoides Against the Growth Of Echinochloa Crus-Galli And Some Tested Plants
Many plant species in nature exert significant allelopathic potential as part of the defense mechanism system, many among their secondary metabolites (allelochemicals), including mineral constituents, which are responsible for the suppression of weeds and enhancing crop yield when directly incorporated into paddy fields. Cissus sicyoides is considered a high-potential allelopathic plant because of its invasion in nature and detected allelochemicals from the plant parts in some studies. The objective of this research was to exploit the allelopathic properties of C.sicyoides against paddy weeds and some indicator plants under laboratory bioassays and greenhouse conditions. The results demonstrated that C. sicyoides had significant inhibition on E. crus-galli, tested plants, and other paddy weeds. In the laboratory conditions, the extracts from C.sicyoides leaves inhibited the growth of Echinochloa crus-galli by 54.3%. The powders from C.sicyoides leaves inhibited the emergence of paddy weeds by approximately 100.0%. In the greenhouse conditions, the powders from C.sicyoides leaves by adding after 3 and 13 days inhibited the growth of E. crus-galli and the emergence of paddy weeds by 64.4%. Remarkably, negligible harmful effects on rice growth were observed. The findings of the study may provide useful information for the exploitation of this plant species to effectively control weeds in the rice fields for sustainable agriculture production
"Nurturing Balance: A Correlational Inquiry into the Interplay of Family Supportive Supervisor Behaviors, Job Satisfaction, and Work Family Conflict"
The present study aims to explore the relationship between Family Supportive Supervisor Behaviors, Job Satisfaction, and Work Family Conflict. The methodology was takes as per demand of the research and an appropriate research design along with the relevant sampling method was adopted. The sample of 190 university teachers were taken from different private universities of North India. The data was analysed using Pearson correlation with the help of SPSS 21. The results revealed that there is a positive correlation between family Supportive Supervisor Behaviors and job Satisfaction of the teachers, furthermore there was a negative correlation between work family conflict and job satisfaction and a negative correlation between work family conflict and family Supportive Supervisor Behaviors as well

Role Of Bacteria And Their Enzymes In Degradation Of Azo Dyes: A Review
The azo dyes are aromatic compounds containing azo (–N=N–) groups enabling them to be potent in absorbing visible spectrum light. These are considered to be electron-deficient toxic effluents due to the non-biodegradability function allowed through azo linking bonds. The azo bonds make the concerned dye resistant for preventing its degradation by enzymes produced by microorganisms. The most potent enzyme till now found for azo dye reduction is a group of reductase enzyme called azoreductase that facilitate the reaction using some suitable cofactors. Several microorganisms, especially the bacteria are readily used for successful azoreductase enzymes activity in azo dye decolourization. These enzymes are mostly isolated from bacterial cells and are found to be highly effective in case of partial or complete removal of azo dyes. Thus, the reason for the current review relies on a comprehensive systematization of various bacteria those are responsible for production of azoreductase enzymes and their application in azo dye decolourization. This review also compiles different bacterial enzymes responsible for degradation of the toxic azo dyes
Determination Of Combined Functional And Core Training Among Badminton And Tennis Players - A Systematic Review
Core strength training with functional training is gaining recognition and respect in the competitive sports training community in our country. In the past, strength training was focused on specific exercises, but now basic strength training is becoming increasingly popular as a training sport. In racket sports, the capability to swiftly and efficiently vary body direction and location while maintaining stability and postural orientation is key. It requires a harmonious execution of skills and strategies, involving dynamic and agile balancing.
Purpose: The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of core strengthening and functional training on anaerobic power and muscular strength in racquet players.
Study design: Pre- and post-control group designs with pre-and post-test assessments were employed in this investigation. The methodology involved 40 subjects, both male and female, aged 18 to 25 years old, who had been training for at least 1-2 years and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Each participant provided me with general assessment information, such as age, height, weight, practice hours, and medical background. After that, the patients were divided into two groups of equal size. group A for training and group B for control. We evaluated the results before and after the 6-week program, which had three sessions per week.
Measures of success include the Star Excursion Power Test (a vertical leap test), the McCill Test for core muscle endurance, the Illinois Agility Test (IAT), the 10- and 20-meter sprint test (a speed test), the hand grip test (a hand dynameter), and the flexibility test (a sit-and-reach test).
Results: The data was reported as mean SD for Group A (the training group) and Group B (the control group). At a significance level of 0.05%, statistical analysis was done using paired and unpaired t-tests to evaluate the statistical differences between the parameter
