An Assessment Of Opioid Poisoning
Opioids are commonly used for management of pain. The term opioids include compounds that are extracted from the poppy seed as well as semi synthetic and synthetic compounds. Their regular non-medical use, Prolonged use, misuse and the use without medical supervision can lead to opioid dependence and other health related problems. Opiate dependence is the disorder of regulation of opioid use arising from repeated or continuous use of opioids. In worldwide, about 275 million people or {5.5 percentage of global population aged 15 to 64 yrs.} Used drugs At least once in 2019. Among them about 62 million people used opioids. Opioid use can lead to death due to effects of opioids on the part of the brain which regulates breathing. The number of opioid overdoses has increased in recent years in several countries in part due to the increased use of opioids in the management of chronic pain. Males, People of older age and people with low social economic status are at higher risk of opioid overdose than women. In this article we highlighted about various types of opioids, how it causes effects and symptoms for acute poisoning and chronic poisoning and suggested some of the safety measures and treatment guidelines regarding the opioid overdose condition

Design And Fabrication Of Emergency Braking System InFour-Wheeler
Mostly people prefer using cars and four wheelers for efficient transportation. Vehicle Technology is increasing to a wide extent especially in braking systems and sensing systems. Vehicles equipped with modern braking technology is designed with simple collision avoidance system, which will help to detect a collision which is likely to occur and applying emergency brake to avoid it. Such technologies will reduce the number of accidents which causes worst damages, serious injury, and even death. In this automatic braking system, there is a four- wheel cart in which rare wheels are being motorized for drive wheel. FRONT wheels have been pivoted for staring mechanisms. New friction brakes are designed for emergency braking. The brakes are operated by motorized mechanism, which is spring-loaded. The drive of the car is remote operated. Two sensors are used for front and rare for avoiding damage to the car at the time of parking. The sensors used are a capacitive type which can sense both Metal and non-metal obstacles. Also, two relays are used after the sensors which activate the braking motor when obstacles are sensed either in forward or reverse direction

Isolation Of Bacillus Thuringiensis From Soil Sample, Identified By 16s Rrna Analysis And Identify Its Larvicidal Activity On Jasmine Plant
Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) is having a most important role in the field of agriculture and genetic engineering because of its uniqueness in protein production. It supports to control various pest in plants such as green fly, white fly, beetles and few types of larvae by its toxic nature. It works well as insect and pest controller in the genetically modified crops. The Bt toxic genes were used in some crops for the pest control. In this work, we had to isolate the target bacterial strains from agricultural soil. The isolated bacterial strains were identified by macroscopic and microscopic observations. Later the isolated bacterial strains forwarded to 16s rRNA analysis for the bacterial confirmation. The isolated bacterial strain used to control pest in the jasmine plants and positive level of results were collecte

Glimpses Of Modern India In Gita Mehta’s ‘Snakes And Ladders
Gita Mehta, in her fiction and non-fiction, has dealt with the paradox of the old and the new as a significant component of Indian culture. Scholars tend to believe that the twin factors of tradition and modernity are not antithetical to each other, as some earlier thinkers used to consider. They always co- exist, drawing regularly from each other and work together for the progression of society. Taking into consideration the observations of the scholars on the aspects of tradition, modernity, modernization and westernization, the present article is an effort to study Gita Mehta’s attempt to explore the dual strands of the Indian ritualistic past and its modern rationalistic present, their interaction and their impact on the Indian culture. For this study, Mehta’s non-fiction Snakes and Ladders: Glimpses of Modern India is being taken into consideration
Adulticidal, Ovicidal And Repellent Properties Of Parthenium Hysterophorus Extract Against Dysdercus Cingulatus (FAB.) (Hemiptera: Pyrrhocoridae)
The advent of synthetic pesticide resistance poses a challenge to insect control and can have hazardous effects on the environment. In the future, botanical insecticides could make good substitute biocontrol methods. This study was designed to assess the adulticidal, ovicidal, and repellent potential of the crude methanol solvent extracts from Parthenium hysterophorus. In adulticidal activity, methanol extracts of Parthenium hysterophorus leaves were prepared and used at different concentrations ranging from 100 to 1000 ppm. Methanol extracts of Parthenium hysterophorus were allowed to continuously feed on adult Dysdercus cingulatus for 96 hours. Taken extracts were tested for their ovicidal activity by spraying them on freshly laid down Dysdercus cingulatus eggs. One hundred newly laid eggs were given a total of six treatments with varying concentrations of methanol extract, i.e., 25, 50, 75, 100, and 125 ppm. In study of repellent, half of a filter paper disc was evenly coated with methanol extract of Parthenium hysterophorus at various concentrations, i.e., 25, 50, 75, and 100 ppm. Each filter paper\u27s other halves were left untreated. After air-drying, the modified half discs were assembled again as full discs in a Petri dish. Five insects were placed in the centre of each filter paper, then placed in a Petri dish. The ovicidal and repulsive activity data were expressed as mean ± S.D. and One-way ANOVA with a significant (p<0.05). The adult D. cingulatus mortality rate notably increased with the increase in the concentration of plant extract of the P.hysterophorus egg hatchability was significantly declined by methanol extract of P. hysterophorus exposure and was found to be concentration dependent .The repellent activity also was found to be concentration dependent .This result show methanol extract of P. hysterophorus leaves can may kill the red cotton bug adult, egg and show repellent activity against D. cingulatus in dose dependan
