Brain Regions and its Correlates of Multifarious Sexual Desire Disorders from the Vantage Point of Neuropsychology

    No full text
Purpose: The most a set of illnesses that impact both men, as well as women; include sexual aversion disorder (S.A.D) and hypoactive sexual desire disorder (H.S.D.D). Nevertheless being common, those same two illnesses are frequently ignored by medical professionals as well as clients owing to their private and more intimate character. In order to accurately handle our clients' sexual difficulties and execute effective therapy, we as clinicians must go over our own discomfort and in this paper, common sexual disorders will be addressed with the touch of their neuropsychological etiology.  Objective: The major objective of this article is to describe numerous sexual desire issues and how they relate to the brain. Erectile dysfunction and a few other sexually transmitted diseases are at least known to people (STDs). In addition to having a limited understanding of sexual problems brought on by viruses and other microbes, society also has little to no awareness of those brought on by brain injury or the dysfunction of certain brain areas. Therefore, one of the primary goals of this essay is to clarify popular and widespread diseases of sexual desire and their relationship to illnesses of the brain or other pathologies. Design/Methodology/Approach: The scientific and secondary clinical data for this work were gathered from reliable sources like Google Scholar, Academia, Researchgate, and others. The results of national and international studies on the topic issue have been assembled methodically and scientifically. In order to make this document more scientifically sound, reliable, and accurate, each scientific journal research result underwent a thorough, methodical, and scientific assessment. To increase this paper's uniqueness and reliability, we gathered the thoughts of a variety of experienced experts. Findings/Result: According to emerging knowledge, the temporal areas play a critical role in the regulation of erotic functioning. The amygdala is assumed to play a major role in managing human sexual impulses. This approach emphasizes the need for more study into the neural mechanisms behind this fundamental and permanent aspect of human nature. It is hoped that such an examination would lead to more studies, particularly through key brain regions that have already been identified by researchers. Another viewpoint is that sexual arousal disorders are poorly understood and treated, which leads to significant comorbidity as well as mortality in romantic relationships. Originality and Value: An innovative attempt has been made to provide information on a number of common sexual desire problems and how they may be treated with psychotherapy and psychopharmacology. Information is gathered from researchers and subject-matter specialists to make the paper vibrant and precise. The report was written so that everyone who read it, regardless of academic background, could grasp this clinical problem. A fresh attempt has been undertaken to spread a clinical understanding of sexual desire problems and their relationship to the brain in a more straightforward manner. This paper was created in the hopes that readers will be able to comprehend problems of sexual desire by bearing in mind how they relate to the brain. Paper Type: Clinical analysis pape

In-store Customer Perception towards Furniture in a Multi-product outlet – A Synthesis of Literature Review and Research Agenda

    No full text
Purpose: Consumers’ when getting into a store; behaviour is critical; to be observed-and to understand their perception of products that they are eager to buy. When customers look at products, in general, as they walk through the retail outlet, their perception gets influenced due to various factors like atmospherics and visual merchandising, sales executives, price display offers, and many more. This interesting; study leads us to understand what would work and what needs improvement. A customer would buy based on the influence that he is subjected- to through various mediums of impact created in an outlet like lights, music, air conditioning, product feel, and many more or through digital media. Hence this article synthesizes; many years of scholarly research on consumer perception published in a few of the leading journals in this field; globally. Design/ Methodology/ Approach: Buying products from a store is a dynamic process involving individuals and families; therefore, the cornerstone of purchase is to buy the best value product at a cost that matches the value the product delivers. The base of creating a good customer relationship is on the present value and the future value and longevity of a product that customers utilize and enjoy. This literature synthesis is- undertaken; to uncover various aspects that pull a customer to a multi-product store via digital marketing applications or conventional marketing processes. Expectations created by the digital marketing team vs. reality in the store create better bondage with the store team therefore and the perception towards the store changes with time and the product satisfaction that he derives. Findings/ Results: This literature synthesis establishes that the concept of customer perception is highly personalized as each one tends to perceive differently based on their age, gender, qualification, religious beliefs, cognitive as well as social and cultural background. Their perception of positive thoughts and negative feelings is, observed while handling products. The research gap and the identified agenda for further synthesis were distinct and assessed using the most valuable ABCD structures. Accordingly, the literature investigation findings are synthesized and analyzed by submitting recommendations for creating a wide-ranging research agenda about customer perception in the Indian Retail market. Originality: This is to understand how individuals and families behave when they visit a store. An attempt by the author to further enhance these studies for a doctoral thesis presents an attempt to learn and explore what actions and behaviours lead to a purchase of a furniture product by a customer. If these; cues; could be found from a large segment of customers, then it would be easy to create an environment of conducive signs that lead to a close of a sale[s]. Paper Type: Literature Revie

Real Time Body Orientation Recognition for Customer Pose Orientation

    No full text
Background/Purpose: One of the most significant areas in marketing is consumer position analysis. Retailers can assess the extent of client interest in the goods based on customer pose data. Due to occlusion and left-right similarity difficulties, pose estimation is problematic. We describe a CNN-based solution that includes the body orientation and visibility mask to overcome these two challenges. It provides global information about posture configuration using simple gaits in a retail setting. When a person looks to the right, for example, the left side of his or her body is hidden by the body orientation.  In the same way, the person faces the camera, the right shoulder will most likely be on the image's left side. A novel Deep Neural Network design is used to merge body orientation and local joint connections. Second, the visibility mask simulates each joint's occlusion state. Because body orientation is the major source of self-occlusion, it is inextricably tied to it. Detecting an occluding object (such as a shopping cart in a retail setting) might provide give visibility mask prediction clues. Global body position, local joint connections, client mobility, and occluding obstructions are all taken into account in the final advised method. Finally, we run a number of comparison tests to see how effective our technique is. Objective: This work presents customer posture estimation, and a visibility mask to build a prototype for inner and self-occlusion. It also concentrates on local joint connections, global body orientation, and customer mobility. Methodology: The suggested technique is depicted in its entirety in Figure-2. To figure out which portion of the human picture is concealed, we employ stance markers to identify the viewable areas. The landmarks in the occlusion zone have a lower confidence score when we extract posture landmarks. As a result, it is possible to obtain visible masks incorporating occlusion information. We employ visible signs to assist the hidden individual in three ways. To begin, visible masks are utilized to detect viewable parts and to construct spatial masks that filter noise caused by occlusions. Findings/Results: The proposed method outperforms to overcome left-right similarity difficulties, the network incorporates body orientation information, and the visibility mark layers are introduced into the network to enhance the efficiency of occluded joints. Conclusion: For customer pose estimation, A novel architecture using the concepts of Deep Learning is proposed and the occluding object detection clearly provides inter-occlusion by object cues.  As a result, local joint connection, the global body orientation, and occluding object and human motion.
