Using both qualitative and quantitative data from primary and secondary sources, including surveys, interviews, scholarly publications, and official documents, the review uses a mixed-methods approach. To produce a thorough and exacting evaluation of the research questions, the data is analyzed using a variety of methodologies, including content analysis, statistical analysis, and scenario analysis. Including case studies on major agreements, like the START-3 agreement and the Iran nuclear deal, the review offers concrete insights into the useful application of AI in real-world scenarios. The ethical implications of AI’s role in nuclear arms control are examined in detail, highlighting the necessity of putting safeguards and procedures in place to guarantee deployment that is both responsible and moral. The conclusion’s summary of the main findings highlights AI’s transformative potential and stresses the need to address ethical issues to ensure a more secure future for everyone on the planet. Full text link
Sustainable growth and efficient public administration depend profoundly on good governance, particularly in nations like Pakistan where various forms of government face formidable obstacles. This study explores the problems associated with effective governance as well as the challenges presented by different forms of government in Pakistan. Pakistan has made an effort to address these issues, however there are still barriers in the way of putting good governance policies into place. Resistance and entrenched power dynamics have hampered legislative changes intended to decentralize power and offer autonomy to provinces. Good governance initiatives are hampered by persistent corruption, which is made worse by inadequacies in taxation and government accountability. The distribution and administration of financial resources, both social and economic, pose challenges to the provision of public services and equitable development. This study collects and examines qualitative data using a secondary qualitative analysis approach in order to find patterns and insights about good governance concerns and practices in Pakistan. The results underscore the pressing necessity of tackling corruption, augmenting administrative efficacy, and advancing transparency in order to fortify governance frameworks and cultivate sustainable development within Pakistan

Mekran, an ancient and historically significant region, is closely linked to Prophet Noah's grandson, who settled in the area. The region gained further prominence during the era of Caliph Umar (RA) when it was conquered by his companions, marking the beginning of Islam's widespread acceptance among its inhabitants. This Islamic influence has continued over the centuries. Mekran holds a special place in Islamic scholarship, particularly in the fields of Tafseer (Quranic exegesis) and Hadith. Its contribution to Islamic knowledge is immense, as it was home to some of the earliest scholars in these areas. Among these scholars was Allama Abd bin Hamid, who is credited with writing the first known book on Tafseer and Hadith. His work, rooted in the "Kas" region of Mekran, further solidified the area's academic significance. The legacy of Mekran in Islamic intellectual history remains noteworthy to this day, especially for its early contributions to the study of Islamic texts

Prophet Muhammad (SAW) is the most influential figure in the entire history of mankind who reformed the most ignorant, uncivilized, brutal worrior and violant assassinator Arabs into civilized, peaceful and men of knowledge and wisdom in a short span of time (almost 23 years). Accustomed to idolatry were transformed into custodian of Tauheed and got uniformed as the beeds of neckless. The world’s famous writer Micheal H. Hart has categorized the hundred most successful men according to the level of their prosperity in his most famous book “The Hundred”. Despite of being a Christain, he has mentioned the name of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) at the top and Prophet Esa (AS) as third in the human history and he himself depicts the reason to keep Prophet Muhammad (SAW) on the top by saying that: “He was the only man in history who was supremely successful on both the religious and secular levels.” (Pg: 3) While evaluating the profound life of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), two spans of time are found; Makki era and Madni era. The stratigies and activities of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) appear differently in both of the eras for implementation of Allah’s word and transformation of the mankind. The paper aims to describe the transformation of the policies of Prophat Muhammad (SAW) according to the need of time from Makki era to Madni Era. It elaborates how Prophet Muhammad (SAW) kept on changing his preaching stratigies as well as social and political activities while keeping in view the conditions and circumstances in both of the eras. Moreover the paper also aims to highlight His dimensions in both of the eras in order to evaluate how He brought such a great revolution in such a short span of time

اسلامی ریاست میں عوام کو نظم و ضبط کا پابند بنانے کے طریقے تعلیمات نبوی ﷺ کی روشنی میں: Ways to Discipline the People in the Islamic State in the light of the teachings of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)

There were great revolutions in the world, some of which had far-reaching effects on human history, but the revolution brought by the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was in every sense the greatest revolution in human history. Its greatness lies in the fact that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) not only improved the appearance of the nation, but this revolution changed even within them. Most importantly, this revolution reached its peak in a short span of only twenty-three years and the whole of Arabia was transformed. Thirsting for each other's blood became grateful to each other as if they were a wall of lead.  The question is, what was the strategy on the basis of which such a great revolution took place in humanity, and in the short period of thirteen years, such a group of highly trained people was prepared that as soon as a state (in the form of Medina) was found, each member of the pre-trained party handled their assigned task so smoothly as if they were made for it.  Human training done with this level of skill can only be the characteristic of a prophet. He carved every person associated with Islam and made him a diamond out of coal. In this regard, an important point in the prophetic strategy adopted by the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is the establishment of discipline. He disciplined the people not only at the individual level but also at the collective level, which led to the establishment of a true welfare state. This research article first highlights the teachings of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to organize the masses through worship. This is followed by a light on the Prophet's teachings of maintaining discipline in private and personal life, and finally on the Prophet's principles of maintaining discipline in social life and interpersonal matters
