     This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the process of the Qur'an's editing, compilation, and standardization, as viewed through the lens of classical Islamic traditions. The collection and codification of the Qur'an is a foundational event in Islamic history, ensuring the preservation of the divine revelation.     T.S Eliot’s ‘The Waste Land’ (1922) is called the most popular and the most influential poem of the twentieth century. With it starts the era of Modernist poetry. Eliot sent the manuscript of the poem to his mentor, Ezra Pound, who made drastic changes in it. After the publication of the poem in 1922, Eliot presented the manuscript to his friend, John Quinn, who died after some months. The manuscript was discovered after four decades, and its facsimile edition was published in 1971. New debates arose after its publication.     This study aimed to gather teachers' psychological empowerment on their principals' leadership skills, and their organizational behaviors. The study aimed to examine the link among all stated factors and assess the mediating influence of psychological empowerment on the organizational behaviors of public sector teachers in their schools. A questionnaire was created to accomplish these objectives, utilizing insights from literature analysis and expert consultations. 361 instructors were recruited for the research using convenience sampling. After data collection, information was coded and input into SPSS for tabulation and result generation. The study's findings indicated that, according to instructors, all dependent and independent factors were at a high level of agreement among teachers. A substantial positive correlation existed between psychological empowerment and effective leadership, positive organizational behavior, and negative behavior. It is advisable that this type of study be undertaken independently across different educational levels and employ a mixed-methods approach to provide a more comprehensive understanding and analysis

Parody is the part of Humor literature and it is used to imitate the style of a serious poetry with deliberate exaggeration for comic effect. Brahui literature is rich in humor. Numerous books have been published of humor literature. Jabbar Yar is the first poet of Brahui language who use the genre of Parody in Brahui language. Then Abdullah Johar showed his ability in Parody writing. In his book named “Takoo ta Teeki”, he has written some parodies of famous Brahui poet’s poetry

    Saifal Nama by Maulvi Lutaf Ali is a masterpiece of Siraiki literature. Saifal Nama also gained great popularity and influenced also countless people. The wonder is that where it influenced poets and writers, it influenced a common man even more. Khawaja Farid says about the Saifal Nama “In the beginning, there was no word except for the words of Saifal written by poet Lutaf Ali. Like all classical poets, Lutaf Ali’s Saifal Nama could not be published in his life time. Eighty-Eight years after the death of Maulvi Lutaf Ali, Saifal Nama was published for the first time. From its first publication, Saifal Nama gained great popularity which resulted in fact that various publishers in Punjab started publishing it regardless of the soundless of the text in view of their financial gained. As a result, there are many manuscripts of the printed text, but none of them meet the criteria of authentic or correct text in view of this need, Muhammad Bashir Ahmad Zami published Moulvi Lutaf Ali’s  Saifal Nama under the name of Saif ul Muluk. This is much better and superior work then the previous work. It is valued in academic and literary circles. Despite all this, the need for an authentic text is still needed. For this reason, for the first time in 2010 a comparative study of Muhammad Bashir Ahmed Zami’s manuscript was done with the belief and hope that in this way we will have the authentic text of Maulvi Lutaf Ali in future. This article includes an introduction to Maulvi Lutaf Ali, a brief history of the printing of his kalaam, an interoduction to Muhammad Bashir Ahmed Zami, and the results of a comparative study of the Saifal Nama manuscript with Muhammad Bashir Ahmed Zami manuscript
