نظریہ کردار کا تعلیمی میدان میں استعمال
Behaviourism is a theory of the late 19th century. Jan B. Watts is counted among its early proponents. Additionally, Bloomfield and Skinner were also supporters of this theory. While it is a psychological theory, its application is common in the field of education as well. According to this theory, learning must be acquired through the means of experimental sciences. Students should be provided with practical opportunities and environments through which they can learn arts and sciences. To facilitate effective learning in Behaviourism, an environment and stimulation should be created in such a way that the student repeatedly provides feedback. The repetition of stimulation and its feedback will enhance the effectiveness of learning. Since Behaviourism encourages applied types of learning, it is necessary to provide students with an environment that is beneficial for applied learning
Family law relating to child custody in Pakistan
In Pakistan, family law concerning child custody is derived from the Holy Quran, which outlines detailed rights and obligations for minors. In divorce cases, guardian courts assess the child's welfare and resolve parental disputes. Surah Nisa in the Quran explicitly addresses the maintenance responsibilities of parents. If biological parents are deceased, maternal relatives are prioritized for custody. These laws are based on the Quran and Sunnah. Physical custody refers to the child's living arrangements, while legal custody involves adoption or when both parents are deceased. In Islam, single mothers have the right of Hizanat (custody) for both boys and girls and cannot be deprived of it. In Pakistani culture, extended families often mediate in disputes to maintain family harmony
’’آثار الصنادید‘‘ کی پہلی دو اشاعتوں کا تقابلی مطالعہ: A Comparative Study of the First Two Publications of Atar al-Sanadid
Athar Al Sanadeed is the main work of Sir Syed Ahmed Khan on the historical buildings and personalities of Delhi. Its first edition was published in 1847, but then a few years later in 1854, the author published it with a new arrangement and a new text. As Atar al-Sanadid is the work of Sir Syed's early age .his research and criticism The study also throws considerable light on his formative period and gives an opportunity to see how the writer's thoughts and tendencies changed under the changing circumstances and demands of life.
A few questions are very important regarding Athar Al Sanadid. For example, why did Sir Syed feel the need to bring out a completely changed edition of it just a few years later? Or what is the main reason for the simple and difficult style of writing in the first publication? And in this regard, how far is the commitment of Imam Bakhsh Sahbai's support correct? I have tried to find answers to such questions avoiding personal prejudices. The last two publications of Athar al-Sanadid will be the subject of my assignment
مکی دورِ نبوی میں حضورﷺ کی صحابہ کرام کی تربیت اور ان سے محبت کے مختلف طریقے اور دورِ حاضر میں اُن کی تطبیق: The training of the Companions of the Holy Prophet in the Meccan period and the different ways of loving them and their application in the present day
Every aspect of the prophet's life has infinite beauty and charm in it, and from whatever angle it is seen, our master, Hazrat Muhammad, peace be upon him, is unique and unparalleled in terms of his beauty. In this article, I want to mention something about the love and compassion of the Holy Prophet for his Companions. The life of our master and teacher, Khatam-il-Nabiyyah, Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa ﷺ, has the distinction that the creator of the universe himself has preserved the glory of this holy being in his holy words forever. In the Holy Quran, Allah Almighty Says You have a great character. God Almighty declares that His Beloved Messenger Muhammad Mustafa (peace be upon him) holds the highest heights of morality. The great creation of Muhammad ﷺ is a masterpiece of all-round and unparalleled comprehensiveness. Two verses about compassion and love for one's companions are particularly noteworthy. On one occasion, Allah testified that Allah's perfect mercy has made the beloved of God the embodiment of mercy If not, this People would never have gathered around you. In another verse, he said: "I have come to you as a messenger of my own dear ones, and I have not given you any desire for salvation." Mٌ (Repentance: 128) O believers! A person from your own nation has come to you as a messenger. Your suffering is burdened by him, and he is hungry for good for you, and he is loving to the believers and very merciful.Faith-enhancing visions of this holy testimony of God Almighty can be seen in places in the holy life of the Holy Prophet ﷺ. That blessed being, who was Rahmatul Laa Lamin, was the embodiment of mercy for all the worlds and creatures, for his namesakes and companions, his compassion and love was something else. The love and compassion of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) continued to shower everywhere, everywhere and on everyone in such a way that everyone's feet were completely filled and there was not a single person who was deprived of this bounty. Children also became fertile and adults too. Women also got a share and so did men. Azad also became a subject of this love and slaves too. The poor were also enriched by this compassion and so were the rich. The love and compassion continued during the day and also at night. Even in poverty, their benevolent master was gracious to them and also in generosity. Therefore, the love and compassion of the Holy Prophet ﷺ continued to rain down on every section of the Companions like heavy rain. Blessed are those holy beings who became the subjects of the mercy of the two worlds, ﷺ, and blessed are those faithful souls who keep on circumambulating this everlasting candle of lov

خالدہ حسین کے افسانوں میں عورت کی نفسیات اور سماجی مسائل: ایک فکری و ادبی مطالعہ: WOMEN'S PSYCHOLOGY AND SOCIAL ISSUES IN KHALIDA HUSSAIN'S SHORT STORIES: AN INTELLECTUAL AND LITERARY STUDY
This study explores the psychological depth and social issues of women as reflected in the short stories of Khalida Hussain, one of the most prominent feminist voices in Urdu literature. Hussain’s fiction delves into the inner world of women, portraying their anxieties, insecurities, and struggles against patriarchal structures. Her stories highlight how social norms, gender discrimination, and cultural constraints shape women’s identities and often confine them to roles defined by men. At the same time, she presents women as complex individuals with their own inner consciousness and existential dilemmas. Through symbolic and abstract techniques, Khalida Hussain skillfully conveys women’s sense of alienation, their suppressed emotions, and their constant search for identity and security. Stories such as Darakhth (The Tree), Tafteesh (The Interrogation), and Masroof Aurat (The Busy Woman) exemplify her ability to blend psychological realism with social critique. Her female characters not only reflect personal suffering but also embody the collective struggle of women in a patriarchal society.By comparing her creative vision to that of Munshi Premchand, this article demonstrates that Hussain’s work, like his, carries a strong reformist impulse. Ultimately, her stories transcend the boundaries of gender to address universal human concerns, making her contribution to Urdu literature both intellectually profound and socially significant
