No full textThe contemporary Urdu ghazal has emerged as a vibrant literary form that preserves its classical heritage while simultaneously embracing new themes and stylistic innovations. In the literary context of the twenty-first century, the ghazal is no longer confined to the expression of romance or the aesthetics of beauty; rather, it has expanded to address pressing social, political, cultural, and existential concerns. Contemporary poets increasingly incorporate issues such as individual alienation, social oppression, global political transformations, cyber culture, and postmodern sensibilities, thereby extending the thematic breadth of the ghazal. Alongside this thematic evolution, significant stylistic shifts have also taken place. While traditional symbolism and classical metaphors remain, they are now complemented by fresh imagery, everyday language, prosaic tones, and experimental techniques, offering the ghazal new dimensions of expression. This study aims to highlight how the contemporary Urdu ghazal negotiates its rootedness in tradition while simultaneously adapting to changing cultural and intellectual currents. In doing so, the ghazal stands not only as a testament to its enduring relevance but also as a mirror of the literary consciousness of the modern generation

However, in contemporary times, there is a noticeable trend of distancing from formal religious learning, especially among the younger generations. This study aims to analyze the underlying causes of this phenomenon through a comprehensive examination of social, economic, cultural, and institutional factors. Key contributing elements include the increasing influence of secular education, urbanization, peer pressure, lack of family guidance, misconceptions about religious teachings, and limited access to qualified religious educators. The study also explores the role of media, technological distractions, and modern lifestyle choices in diverting attention away from religious education. By identifying and critically evaluating these causes, the research provides insights into strategies for promoting the relevance and integration of religious education in modern society. This analytical approach serves as a foundation for policymakers, educators, and religious institutions seeking to address the decline in religious engagement and enhance the holistic development of individuals

No full textBlasphemy remains a contentious and highly debated issue in contemporary society, drawing widespread attention and controversy. Incidents of blasphemy often trigger extensive debates surrounding Section 295-C of Pakistani law and our societal attitudes towards this sensitive subject. This controversy is exacerbated by those who, under the guise of absolute freedom of expression, assert their right to insult religion and sacred entities. Such actions often stem from ignorance and a lack of understanding of religious principles, making the issue even more contentious. This study seeks to explore the concept of blasphemy and examine the perspectives of jurists regarding its punishment. Additionally, it investigates how the teachings of religion and the life of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) can guide us in avoiding misguided approaches to this issue. The study also aims to uncover the internal and external elements that conspire to insult religious sanctities. Two primary aspects of negligence are identified: the misuse of the law, often driven by malice, and ignorance among the populace, where individuals are falsely accused and subsequently harmed or killed. This paper focuses on the latter aspect, discussing false accusations arising from ignorance. It contextualizes this discussion with examples from the Sirat-un-Nabi (the life of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH), which provide valuable guidance for addressing this issue responsibly and ethically

No full textThe manifestations of eloquence and rhetoric of the Arabic language are many. If you study the book of Allah, each letter of it is a proof of eloquence and rhetoric, even if we only consider it for a few words, lines, verses or a few Surahs. Keep it limited. In the same way, the precious words of pearls, jewels, rubies and corals spoken by the blessed tongue of the Holy Prophit Muhammad , the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, are proof of this. Moreover, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, himself expressed this in this way: With the words "that I was sent with the Collections of speech." Similarly, in Arabic literature, such as prose, poetry, etc., its manifestations are found in such abundance and comprehensiveness that even though it is not impossible to cover them in writing, it is definitely a difficult matter.  
Chaos and Disorder in Italo Calvino’s Invisible Cities: A Phenomenological Study
Full text linkThe present study analyses the chaos and disorder in Italo Calvino’s novel Invisible Cities through the lens of Husserlian Phenomenology. In Calvino’s novels, chaos is prevalent which invites the immediate attention of the narrators to formalize this chaos. In this qualitative study, the close reading technique was used to collect data from the novel for analysis. The study proceeds from the phenomenological journey of the perception of chaos by Calvino’s narrators to the management of that chaos through the phenomenological stages of presuppositionlessnes, reduction, and intentionality. It explores postmodern anarchies like confusion, frustration, and chaotic proliferation through the phenomenological study of chaos and disorder. The study explores the intention of the narrators to find the true essence of the universe filtered through cosmic chaos. The study found out that Calvino is wrestling with the phenomenon of chaos and disorder in the novel which portrays the actual picture of the man of today

No full textمولف مثنوی گل کشتی عبدالعال میر نجات اصفھانی است، وی در عھد صفویان زندگی می کرد۔ این مثنوی را در سال ۱۱۱۲ق سرودہ و حدودا مشتمل بر سیصد بیت است۔ وی اصطلاحات کشتی گیری را با موضوعات عاشقانہ آمیختہ است۔ افرادی بہ جھت اھمیت این اثر اقدام بہ شرح این مثنوی کردہ اند، یکی از این شارحان ابوالفیض محمد ملاحت است۔ وی غیر ازین مثنوی، شروح دیگر ھم کردہ بود۔ وی در این شرح علاوہ بر معنا کردن و توضیح دادن اصطلاحات ورزش کشتی بسیاری از واژہ ھا و عبارات را نیز شرح کردہ است۔ ملاحت در تالیف خود از شروح دیگر نیز بھرہ بردہ است و در برخی از مواقع نظرات شارحان را نقد کردہ است
Transforming Gender Roles Amid an Aging Population in Korea
Full text linkThe aging population of South Korea, especially women, will eventually encounter social and economic shortcomings. This essay highlights the need for a gender paradigm shift by looking at the impoverished, lonely elderly in society and the social conventions that dictate women's position as primary family caretakers. This study deeply explores the evolving dynamics of gender roles in South Korea, particularly in the context of rapid population aging. By investigating the impact of population aging on traditional gender roles, the research aims to understand the challenges faced by women and men in navigating new gender expectations. The study will examine how these changes influence familial structures, intergenerational relationships, and overall societal well-being. To achieve this, a mixed-methods approach will be employed, combining quantitative and qualitative research methods. The findings will be analyzed to identify trends, patterns, and individual experiences related to gender, age, and societal outcomes. Based on the research, the study will propose evidence-based solutions and recommendations to address the challenges and maximize the opportunities presented by the evolving gender dynamics in South Korea
UNVEILING THE BUFFERING ROLE OF INTERPERSONAL TRUST: AN EXAMINATION OF AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP AND HARMONIOUS PASSION INTERPLAY
Full text linkThe study explores positive association among authentic leadership & knowledge sharing with employees, carried out with passion as mediator and interpersonal trust as moderator. Using quantitative techniques, the data collected from diverse samples across various public sector university employees in Peshawar region. Convenience sampling was employed, resulting in a sample size of 400 participants. Moreover, study reveals authentic leadership significantly positive relationship via knowledge sharing. Also, harmonious passion identified mediating influence via authentic Leadership & knowledge sharing, emphasizing employees' passion of translating authentic leadership behaviors into increased engagement and knowledge sharing. Moreover, the study uncovered interpersonal trust moderating between authentic leadership and work outcomes. Moreover, elevated interpersonal trust enhanced authentic Leadership's positive effects on work engagement and knowledge sharing, whereas lower levels of trust weakened these relationships. The research findings hold essential theoretical and practical implications
Impact Of Supply Chain Collaboration and Supply Chain Flexibility on Operational Performance: Mediating Role of Digital Technologies
Full text linkThis study aimed to investigate the mediating role of digital technologies on the relationship between supply chain collaboration and supply chain flexibility on the operational performance of private hospitals in Pakistan. The study used a quantitative research paradigm and cross-sectional survey research design. Percipients of the study were 229 managers and administrators from private hospitals in Pakistan. As hypothesized in this study, structural equation modelling (SEM) was used to provide estimates of the relationships between the study variables. The findings of this study confirmed the direct effect of supply chain collaboration, supply chain flexibility and digital technologies on operational performance. Furthermore, the study revealed a partial mediation effect of digital technologies between supply chain collaboration and operational performance in private hospitals in Pakistan. This finding has practical implications for the management of private hospitals in Pakistan, empowering them with actionable insights. It highlights the importance of nurturing strong supply chain relationships, strategically adopting digital technologies, and aligning digital transformation with supply chain improvement efforts. The study also suggests that enhancing organizational collaboration and flexibility and leveraging big data for decision-making can be effective strategies for improving the operational performance of private hospitals
