    Provincial Assembly Sindh has been established after the 1937 elections. The building of the Provincial Assembly Sindh was built on 11 March 1940. The Historical significance of Provincial Assembly Sindh building is that the Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah has Oath as First Governor General of Pakistan here. Provincial Assembly Sindh's debates are valuable asset. Its profound study reveals the new dimensions of knowledge and literature. Poetry is one of the distinctive genres of the literature.     It is an undeniable fact that one of the paramount aims of the establishment of Pakistan was conservation and flourishment of Urdu language. As two nation theory evolved from Urdu-Hindi controversy, so founder of Pakistan accentuated that national, official and bureaucratic language of the new empire will only be Urdu.     Muhammad Ali Jinnah was a lawyer, Politician and the founder of Pakistan. Jinnah served as the leader of All-India Muslim League from 1913 until Pakistan's independence on 14 August 1947 and then as Pakistan's First Governor General until his death. He is served in Pakistan as Quaid-e-Azam and Baba-e-Qaum.Quaid has the great pain for our national language because one can express his ideas and feelings. It plays a vital role in building the character of an individual as well as a nation. Languages bring closer each other and it creates a sense of harmony among the people. After independence Quaid-e-Azam said in clear cut words that the national language of Pakistan would be Urdu. He said that the National Language of Pakistan is going to be Urdu and no other langugae. Without one state langugae no nation can remain tied up. Urdu progressed well and reached almost all parts of the sub-continent in the 16th century.
