صدر الدین آزردہؔ کی شاعری کا تجزیاتی مطالعہ
During the course of 19th century Mufti, Sadaruddin Azurdah (1789-1868) had been an eminent scholar and a renowned literary figure of undivided India. His contributions towards the glorification of Delhi, the unmatched city of that time, had been multiple. Sir Syed Ahmed Khan ranks him, in his famous book Aasar-ul-Sanadid, as an accomplished theologue. No doubt he was regarded as virtuous, saintly, and reliable in the field of metaphysical branches of knowledge. He played an important role in promotion of Urdu poetry. His literary pursuits earned him a Laurel for his authenticity in Arabic, Persian and Urdu poetry. He was known to be an acquaintance and admirer of Ghalib. His house was a meeting place for scholars, poets, and literary figures. His Urdu poetry is not in multitude but cannot be ignorable because of its impressive style. Though less in quantity, it is rich in quality. It is simple in narration, easy to understand and far from ambiguity. In this article Mufti Sadruddin Azardah's contributions and services towards Urdu language and literature are specifically discussed and analyzed

Visual Literature based on Biblical Narratives have always been prepared for religious teachings in an artistic way. These movies or comics are translated in many languages. There is a great tendency of translating this animated literature into Urdu. These translations have been done as an individual work and also as an institutional job. There is a great need to analyse the method, tacts, importance and authenticity of Urdu translation of this Animated Literature. This article signifies the importance of such translation into Urdu. It not only appreciates the Urdu translations but also points out its weaknesses amp; suggests possible improvements.

The history of review writings on Urdu books is not ancient.This literary branch was revealed by Sir Syed's "School of thought".The First and foremost objective in the back ground of this art was to make the readers aquainted to the new books. This art has been endowed with proper structure and frame work by M. Kazim in the recent era. Muhammad Kazim's unique way of review writing has taken this kind of literature to the status of an "art".

Language is a medium of expressing our thoughts and sentiments. Through this, we are able to convey our thoughts efficiently to others. "َDialect" is a sub-branch of language. Due to variation of regional characteristics in a big linguistic circle or among people living in a wide area, numerous dialects of a parent language are born. According to linguists, there is no difference between a language and its dialect as both follow certain rules, but a language has a script (Rasmul Khat).This research article discusses various types of dialect. Regional dialect, social dialect and its further types i.e. slang, jargon, cant and argot are also taken into account.

The love tale of Heer and Ranjha has been indisputably the much loved tale of Punjabis through all the times since its inception. Persian was a language of great intellectual worth and the state language of sub-continent as well when this tale emerged and got fame. Some of the Persian poets, who travelled with the invaders coming from West, translated popular folks and tales of Punjabi in Persian poem. Using their own language as a medium and embracing the indigenous tales was a laudable effort. By this way, they earned a quick response from the locals and inspired many local poets to write this tale in Persian. This article is a brief introduction to poets who ventured this tale in Persian along with a comparative analysis of the tale, the characters and chronological order of the happenings.
’’آخرِ شب کے ہم سفر‘‘: لفظیات کا سماجی و لسانی مطالعہ
Qurat- UL- AinHaider has constructed the world of his own in fiction and paved the way for new literary experiments through her novel writing and remarkably changed the ancient tradition of Urdu fiction and took the Urdu novel to new creative expression and paths. Her novels helped in reconstructing the layers of civilization, culture, history, politics and fine arts.
The following thesis revolves around the linguistic and social analysis of Qurat- UL- AinHaider`s magnum opus work of Urdu fiction named as “Aakhiri Shab Kay Hamsafar’’ (1979) in short. Discussion of the technicalities of the story line of the novel is also included. The terms used in the articles are mentioned in alphabetical order at the end as a glossary. A short and etymological overview of the way the writer has presented the atmosphere of Bengal in a cultural context is also presented. A research based and analytical study of terms used in “etymological analysis” is also being carried out. The meanings and linguistics of the terms used are explained and expressed with the help of authentic dictionaries and research articles. And it has been made sure that expressions and word which are important with regards to linguistics and meaning are included in the glossary
سرسیّد ’’مسافرانِ لندن‘‘ کے تناظر میں
Sir Syed Ahmad Khan (1817-1898 AD) was a versatile personality.He is known as a far-sighted Reformer of the nation, educator, historian, researcher, writer, religious scholar, Qur'anic commentator. Although much has been written about the all-round personality of Sir Syed Ahmad Khan, much remains to be written.When Sir Syed took steps for social reform, he was alone in the crowd of thousands. One of the great achievements of Sir Syed is that he not only diagnosed national diseases but also accurately assessed their causes.
Sir Syed believed in the living moments of the present time and was striving for the identity of the sub-continent. In the same search, he left for London on First of April, 1969 and stayed in London till 4th September. He continued to write travelogue and send to Aligarh which were published in Akhbar Aligarh institute. Later, this travelogue of Sir Syed, entitled 'Musafiran e London', was published by Majlis-e-TaraqiAdab, Lahore, almost a century after his death.
The special thing about this travelogue is that along with all the details of the journey, some special aspects of Sir Syed's personality also come to the fore. During this journey, he is repeatedly reminded of his homeland. Hardly a day goes by without a purpose. It seems that during this journey, he never lost sight of his people. The outlines of the nation-reform plan continued to form in his mind. The reader feels that Sir Syed himself is undergoing a process of self-accountability as a nation. That is why this travelogue of Sir Syed is also a statement of his mental and esoteric events.
The purpose of this article is to highlight the different aspects of Sir Syed's personality in the context of 'Musafiran e London'.

The importance of translation work in the science and literature cannot be neglected. With the help of translation, the nations of the world get an opportunity to be familiarized with each other's literature. Due to this reason, transitions are being done at international to increase the scientific and literary capital. In Pakistan, work is being done at the provincial level in this regard as well.
This article, written under the above title, also examines some of the well-known translators from Interior Sindh, like Dr. Hasrat Kasgangvi, Imdad Husani, Naeem ur Rahman Jauher, Aslam Yousuf, Suraiyya Soz Deplai ,Dr. Sadia Naseem, Mahtab Mahboob, and their Urdu translations of Sindhi fiction and novels.
صنعتِ غیرمنقوط میں مرزا دبیر کا باکمال مرثیہ
Mirza Salamat Ali Dabeer (1803-1875) was a renowned Urdu poet who specifically excelled and perfected the art of Marsiya. Dabeer, along with Mir Anees, played a key role in the transformation and amplification of Urdu Marsiya as a well distinguished genre of poetry. Being a representative of Lucknow School of Poetry, Dabeer had a diversified command on peculiar language. He wrote hundreds of Marsiyas. He also penned an undotted Marsiya (Ghair-e-Manqoot). It is considered a unique piece of art in Urdu Marsiya. In this, in addition of using variety of undotted alphabets, he also used "Utarid" as his penname instead of Dabeer
