According to him, the modernity is an extra thing, something that belongs to a moment, a particular time or period, it will be extra, not absolute. The Western system of thought is based on the science and scientific thinking. Therefore, we can seek the modernity only by making scientific thinking a part of our consciousness and style of sense. And at the same time, we can take the creative work really, seriously and responsibly with the modernity. He says that in this age of science, literature is the search for a center, rather than an expansion and this center can be self-identifying for a new generation.
The new form of the modernity is defined by Dr. Jamil Jalbi with living amp; creative modernity. He says that living amp; creative modernity will be born from the leap of historical consciousness with a scientific approach. When this modernity incorporates historical consciousness, the poignant voice of tradition will add to it, then its tone will bring it dignity and confidence. This is the critical consciousness of Dr. Jamil Jalbi that needs to be understood today
