    Salahuddin Haider is a progressive prose writer in Urdu literature. Besides other genres of literature, he has also shown his mastery in writing Fables. His collection of Fables entitled "Darindgi ky Ehd men Pagal moor" was published in 1999. He describes various segments of the society in allegorical portrayal of animals and birds. His short accounts are an expression of social injustice, inequality and communal conflicts. As a keen observer of the society, he discusses good as well as bad elements that are pivotal in formation of a societal make up. He also brings forth the factors which are the sole reason of exploitaion of the weak by those who are in power. Through his powerful satire, he discourages the negative aspects and appreciates what is constructive in society.

    The character of every poet reflects in his poetry. However, it is portrayed on different intellectual levels for various poet. Sometimes poet can employ literary techniques for this purpose. John Elia is a prominent and significant figure of Urdu poetry. His personality was distinct and complex. We find his characteristic expression on both technical and intellectual levels eg the usage of opposite a literary technique (Sanat-e-Tazad) opposites refer to using two different words in a verse. Another technique, (Sanat-e-Talli) means that the poet glorifies his exaggeration. These are the additional ways to enhans the beauty and impact of the poetry.     Waheed Ahmad is a well-known name among Urdu Novelists. مندری والا his second novel, has been written in mode of Magical Realism. Magical realism comprises many elements, for instance, it mixes evident elements with fact–writing.     Literature is the reflection of any society. It represents the civilization, culture, rituals along with the political and historical circumstances, it brings to light the economic life of the individual living in that society. The Financial difficulties become the part of literature at individual and collective level. We can get an awareness about the economy and the economic conditions of a society by reading the literature produced by that society. The Urdu Poetry remarkably presents the economic problems of the society. From the development of Deccan to the financial devastation of Delhi and the financial problems of today are a mighty theme the Urdu Poetry. Jaffar Zattali, Meer Taqi Meer, Aatish, Ghalib and other classical poets have vastly highlighted the financial problems of that era in their poems. Nazir Akabarabadi presented the social problems of the common man in his poetry, he too presented the financial problems of his age. The Progressive Writers Movement poets made the financial problems of India an important theme of their poetry. Dr Iqbal criticized both the capitalism and the socialist systems because both exploit the worker. Fiaz Ahmad Faiz, Noon Meem Rashid, Majeed Amjad and other modern poets have presented the financial problems with stylistic beauty.

This is also the case with travelogues. In relation to the teaching of travelogue, it is important to determine the definition of travelogue, its evolution from era to era and technical accessories. In this research paper, the researchers have made a detailed review of the definition of Urdu travelogue, as well as its evolution so that the process of teaching of this important genre of literature become easier and more effective for teachers.

    Every religion in the world has its own sacred places, cherished by its followers, and Islam is no exception. Muslims hold certain places in the highest spiritual and emotional regard, considering them central to their faith and devotion. These revered places are not only spoken of with profound respect in everyday conversations but also occupy a prominent place in their literary works. Each year, millions of pilgrims embark on journeys to visit these sanctuaries, including Makkah and Madinah, along with Najaf, Karbala, and numerous shrines of prophets, companions of the Prophet (SAW) and historic mosques scattered across Iran, Iraq, Syria, Jordan, Egypt, and other regions. In Pakistan, particularly in travelogues, these sacred places have been frequently highlighted. Writers from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, too, have contributed significantly by documenting their spiritual journeys and experiences at these sites. Women writers from the region have also played a vital role in capturing the sanctity and grandeur of the holy places in the Arabian Peninsula, Iran, Iraq, and Syria, leaving a lasting impression on their readers. Among the reputable female travelogue writers, notable names include Qudsia Qudsi, Musarrat Jahan Khattak, Bushra Farrukh, Musharraf Mubashir, Atiya Parveen, Tabinda Farrukh, Nilofer Sami, Aftab Iqbal Bano, and Nusrat Naseem. Despite facing numerous challenges, these writers undertook sacred journeys, observing these places with deep reverence. They not only shared spiritually enriching insights with their audience but also provided valuable guidance for future pilgrims through their writings.   These travelogues hold immense religious and literary significance, serving as a useful resource for those planning to visit these sacred places. Additionally, they act as a source of motivation for aspiring female writers in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, encouraging them to explore and document their own travel experiences.
