Advertisement Tax Policy in Malang Regency: Study on the Implementation of Regional Regulation of Malang Regency
This research is entitled "Advertising Tax in Malang Regency (Study on the Implementation of Malang Regency Regulation Number 1 of 2019 concerning Amendments to the Regional Regulation of Malang Regency Number 8 of 2010 concerning Regional Taxes [1])" which is the result of interview and literature research to answer questions: How to implement the policy implementation in the advertisement tax service. There are two problems that will be examined in this research, namely: 1. What is the form of the advertisement tax service implementation (tax potential data collection, supervision and collection strategies)? 2. What are the driving factors and constraints both internally and externally in policy implementation. To answer this problem, this researcher uses qualitative research methods. The study used several data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. So the researcher will go directly to the field and conduct research by means of observation and in-depth interviews with several related informants. The data obtained were then presented descriptively and analyzed using descriptive analytic techniques. From the results of this study, the aim of this research is to provide an understanding of the community regarding "Implementation of the advertisement tax service policy in the Regional Regulation of Malang Regency Number 1 of 2019 in Malang Regency". Based on the existing data, the author tries to describe / describe systematically. 1. Potential data collection is realized with npwpd services and periodic field data collection. Supervision is carried out to provide control and inspection. The collection strategy has been running according to good policy and governance. 2. The factors driving and constraining the implementation of policies, the driving factors are the improvement of facilities, the competence of officers and the support of regional banks. While the obstacle factors are the number of types of taxes, the area of Malang Regency and the low level of compliance
Physicochemical Characterization of the water of the River Ruki in the Garden of Eala in Democratic Republic of Congo
The present study consists with the physicochemical characterization of the water of the Ruki river by the measurement of some physicochemical parameters on six sites of selected sampling of Mars to May 2018.
We studied the effect of some physicochemical parameters which are mainly: temperature, pH, electric conductivity, solid substances in suspension, oxygen salinity and rate dissolve.
The measured physicochemical parameters reveal that the quality of water of the Ruki river is still good. Indeed, the temperature is raised a little, oxygen dissolves is in deficit, the self-purification of this river is slow. The solid substances in suspension approach the limiting values for surface waters following an occasional market at the edge of the river in the botanical garden of Eala
Obturator Prosthesis for Edentulous Hemi-Maxillectomy patients: A Case Study
The maxillary tumors include various histological entities which are the subject of a very particular treatment. Clinical, radiological and anatomopathological criteria are used to determine the diagnosis. In spite of the evolution of reconstructive surgical techniques and the development of microsurgery, the conventional obturator prosthesis is still in use nowadays. In this context, it must restore the main functions of chewing, phonation and deglutition and give the patient a satisfactory aesthetic appearance.
 
Multivariate Analysis of Genetic Divergence and Character Association in Ethiopian Kale Accession (Brassica Carinata A.)
Ethiopian kale is an important crop of Ethiopian origin and it has been grown in Ethiopia since antiquity both as a vegetable and oilseed crop. Cultivation of Ethiopian kale, as a vegetable, requires genetic improvement which relies on its genetic diversity and interrelationships among traits. The present study had objective, to assess the association among seed-yield and yield related traits. The experiment was carried out using 7x7 simple lattice design at Debre-zeit agricultural research center during the 2017/18 main cropping season. In this study, genetic diversity in 49 Ethiopian kale accessions, collected from the diverse agro-ecological area of the country were assessed using the techniques of cluster and principal component analyses based on 14 traits. Multivariate analyses of genetic divergence among accessions have resulted in the formation of three clusters, and have shown the presence variability for further selection and breeding. The largest and smallest numbers of accessions were found under cluster one and three respectively. The accessions subjected to divergence study fall in to different cluster showing the existence of significant difference (p<0.01) between all pairs of clusters. The maximum inter-cluster distance was found between cluster one and three which are better to use as a parent, while the minimum distance was showed between two and one. 75.8% of the variation was contributed by the fourth principal components among the accessions using agro-morphological traits. PC1 had 33.94% of total variation in agro morphological traits; PC2 depicted 21.45% of total morphological variability, while PC3 and PC4 accounted for 12.11% and 8.3 respectively, for the total variation
The Role of Military Education and Task Experience of Warrior Performance
This study aimed to analyze and explain the effect of military education and task experience simultaneously on Soldier Performance, the effect of military education on Soldier Performance, and the effect of task experience on Soldier Performance. The sample of this study was 80 soldiers. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The analysis results show that military education and task experience simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of the officers and non-commissioned officers. Military education has a significant effect on the performance of both Officer and soldiers. Task experience has a significant effect on soldiers' performance both for soldiers as a whole, officers and non-commissioned officers / enlisted men

Review: Effects of Using Different Materials on Filtration Process of Wastewater : Review Article
In many low-income countries, access to improved sanitation is frequently lacking and nearly 90 percent of sewage is discharged without treatment into water bodies. Even with the immense social and technical developments, many researchers around the world still concentrate on pollution issues. Filter unit which consist of single media or mixed media can be improve by using different material with various physical and chemical properties, so, this property must have positive influence when mixed with original material of filter or in the other word the new material must promote, also alter the hydraulic and environment behavior of filter unit and this will reflect on treatment coast of wastewater and drinking water regardless the source. The inequality in physical and chemical properties of mixed or added material must increase the operation efficiency by reduce the virus and pathogenic, also increase the removal of suspended solid, diminish the water salinity and reduce the concentration of harmful materials. Over all the modified filter unit must work with satisfactory level as compared with standard filter unit considering the operation and maintenance coast. In general, the modification in filter unit lead to the dramatic increase in removal of total suspended solid with increase in COD and BOD5 level, also increase the removal of chemical material
Nonlinier Time History Analysis of Anti Seismic Device on Highway Bridges
There are many earthquake suppression technologies offered by experts, one of them is the use of Lead Rubber Bearing (LRB) in civil buildings. LRB works by reducing the dynamic load acting on a bridge caused by seismic loads. It diverts the load that works through the dynamic system by maintaining a balance between the force and displacement that occurs. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence are the use of LRB on the reduction of seismic loads received by a flyover. This study compares the structure of the highway bridge using LRB to those non- LRB, where the results show that the use of LRB can reduce the base shear occurs in bridge piers and is able to increase energy attenuation, but causes additional displacement and acceleration
The Effect of Education Level, Work Environment and Teacher Professional Competency Development on the Performance of Teachers
This study aims to describe the Education Level, Work Environment and Teacher Professional Competency Development and Teacher Performance, examine the Education Level, Work Environment and Teacher Professional Competency Development Simultaneously significant effect on Teacher Performance, test Education Level, Work Environment and Teacher Professional Competency Development as a whole. Partial has a significant effect on Teacher Performance, and knowledge among variables Education Level, Work Environment, and Teacher Professional Competency Development that has a dominant influence on Teacher Performance. The total sample of 64 teachers. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The analysis shows that the level of education, work environment, and the development of professional competence of teachers simultaneously influence teacher performance. The level of education and development of teacher professional competence partially influences teacher performance. The work environment has no effect on teacher performance
The A Study on Influence of GGBFS on Micro and Macro Polypropylene Fibre Reinforced Concrete
Polypropylene fibres are the new form of chemical fibres. Addition of polypropylene fibres decreases the unit weightof concrete and increases its strength. In this paper the behaviors of the normal concrete and concrete with different types of fibres such as macro-polypropylene and micro-polypropylene fibres have been studied. These fibres were added to the concrete at 0.5%, 1%, 2% and 4% with respect to the volume of concrete. Replacement of cement by a pozzolanic material, by-product from steel manufacturing industries known as Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBFS). The present study is to evaluate the mechanical properties of GGBFS as partial cement replacement in micro and macro polypropylene fibre reinforced concrete. Cement replaced with 40% GGBFS with 1% micro polypropylene fibre and 2% macro polypropylene fibre shows higher compressive strength. Bond strength of various mixes was determined by using pullout test
