Effect of Fermentation on Some Minerals and Antinutrient Content of Telfaira Occidentalis and Gnetum Africanum Leaves
Antinutrients are natural compounds in plant foods that interfare with the absorption of nutrients, thereby reducing there theirbioavailability. Hence, the need to curb their effect in order to prevent deficiencies of micronutrients becomes paramount. This study therefore aimed at determining the effect of fermentation on some minerals and antinutrients content of Telfaira occidentalis and Gnetum africanum leaves. The vegetables were fermented in the open using deionized water. T. occidentalis and G. africanum leaves were fermented for 24 and 48 hours respectively. Mineral and antinutrient contents were determined using standard methods. The results showed that Fe, Zn, Ca, Cu and Mg content were significantly (p<0.05) higher in T. occidentalis than G. africanum, and fermentation significantly (p<0.05) increased the level of Zn, Ca, and Cu of both vegetable leaves, while iron (Fe)significantly (p<0.05) increased and Mg significantly (p<0.05) decreased in T. occidentalis, Fe significantly (p<0.05) decreased with Mg showing no significant (p>0.05) change in G. africanum. The antinutrient content of phytate and oxalate is significantly (p<0.05) higher in G. africanum and fermentation significantly (p<0.05) decreased these antinutrients in both vegetables. The study shows that fermentation significantly (p<0.05) increased the level of Zn, Ca and Cu, and significantly (p<0.05) decreased the phytate and oxalate content of both vegetables
Impact of Tax Exemptions on the Attractiveness of FDI – The case study of Morocco
Morocco is resolutely committed to a policy that seeks to make investment both national and foreign, strategic support foreconomic and social growth, through the implementation of institutional, economic, legislative and regulation. Improving the business climate, focusing in particular on the adoption of tax exemptions has fostered the inflow of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). Empirical studies have explained the close connection between attractive taxation and inflows massif des (FDI), an important vector of globalization, which is currently experiencing considerable development. The results of this policy are no longer expected, and in the light of the reports published these in recent years by UNCTAD and the exchange office, Morocco has received 23% of FDI intended in the African country and is among the top five destinations in Africa and first African country francophon

Describe and analyze the role of Keujruen Blang in Wetland Management Perspective Local Wisdom in Mukim Kuala Southwestern Jaya sub-district of Aceh Jaya, (2). To Describe and analyze the Wetland Management Perspective Local Wisdom in Mukim Kuala Southwestern Jaya sub-district of Aceh Jaya. In answering the research objectives pursued by using the qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques using observation, interview, documentation study and technical FGD. Informant determined purposive sampling. The majority of Indonesian people are farmers who live in rural livelihoods especially paddy rice farming. Modernization of agriculture, on the basis of new agricultural science and technology, one of the targets to be achieved is to increase agricultural production, especially rice. In turn, it can be insurmountable poverty of the majority of the Indonesian people. But behind it the policy of agricultural modernization has affected the social structure of the farming community culture. Based on the research results can be seen that the role of Keujruen Blang in the wetland management perspective of local wisdom in Mukim Kuala Southwestern Jaya subdistrict of Aceh Jaya, has undergone a change. Initially the role Keujruen Blang greatly determine as petua blang (regulatory governance fields), Keuneunong (calendar farmed), Meu uroe '(mutual assistance), Kanduri and peusijuek (ceremonial religious rituals) thick done in stages of its work, now has faded with the presence of modern mechanized farming system (seeds, new farming technologies and formal institutions such as P3A). However, paddy farming culture (Meugoe ') still exists as the core culture of a society based on hadih Maja, which contains fundamental values have been expressed as ideology and philosophy of life of farmers, only some parts of the farming culture structural elements are modified. The values of local wisdom in the move will encourage the development of agriculture. Blang Keujruen very decisive role in the implementation of cultural activities blang (paddy). Therefore, this office must Keujruen lap by someone professional and should know the ins and outs of indigenous blang (paddy)

Learners were placed in groups according to various strategies and given the same treatment under similar conditions. Afterward, a test was administered to gather the feedback of every grouping strategy and the results analyzed. Mixed-ability grouping based on academic achievement was observed to be the most effective grouping strategy
Effect of Temperature Variation on Viscosity of Selected Cooking Oils
The viscosity of a liquid is a measure of that fluid's resistance to flow when acted upon by an external force such as a pressure differential or gravity. Effect of temperature variation on the viscosity of selected cooking oils were studied at five different temperatures (10oC, 30oC, 50oC,70oC and 90oC). Viscometer (cannon model 2020) was used to carry out the study. The results obtained showed that the viscosity of the three samples differs significantly while the temperature reduces the viscosity of all the oil significantly especially for groundnut oil at 300C. At 100C coconut oil solidified, the variation in temperature and viscosity of the oil reveals that viscosity is a temperature-dependent for satisfactory mass transfer rate and low energy input during flow operation

Reliable Loan Information System Using Eager Replication
Replication is the process of sharing information so to ensure consistency between redundant resources, such as software or hardware components. One of the challenges in database replication is to introduce replication without severely affecting performance. Because of this difficulty, current database products use lazy replication, which is very efficient but can compromise consistency. As an alternative, eager replication guarantees consistency but most existing protocols have a prohibitive cost. In the distributed systems community, software-based replication is seen as a cost-effective way to increase availability. Depending on the application, data to be replicated may be stored in a file or a file collection, a database or a database table, or an object stored in a file or in a database. This system is applied eager replication method for loan databases in loan organizations. This system can support reliable replicated data for the loan system between replicated databases
The Legislative Institution of People's Representative Council Aceh (DPRA) in the Formulation of Qanun: Study of Policy Formulation in 2018 Population Qanun Formulation in Aceh Province
The People's Representative Council Aceh (DPRA) is the organizer of the Aceh Government whose members are elected through general elections consisting of national political parties and local political parties. This Legislative Institution has a special name and has 1¼ percent more members than the DPRD of other provinces in Indonesia. The various tasks and authorities carried out by the Aceh Parliament in addition to referring to Law Number 11 of 2006 concerning the Government of Aceh also refer to various legislative products relating to the Regional Government. This research aims to analyze and describe the Legislative Body in the Formulation of the Population Qanun in Aceh, the process of policy formulation in the formulation of the Aceh Population Qanun, and the factors supporting and inhibiting the formal process in the formulation of the Aceh Population Qanun. The approach of this research method is a descriptive qualitative method with research techniques with an interview approach. The results of the study are first, the stages in the process of formulating the qanun are carried out with various stages, starting from the preparation of the Qanun raqan proposal for initiatives from the government / DPRA starting from planning and coordination, forming the committee, the academic committee of the special committee until the discussion on qanun. This is done jointly between the legislature and executive until the plenary discussion. Second is the process of formulation in the formulation of the Aceh population qanun. The implementation of the policy formulation process is carried out by meetings of relevant agencies, jointly conducting consultations with ministries to decide on policy recommendations and monitoring/evaluation. In the process of formulating this policy, it is often hampered by various preoccupations from both the legislative and executive, so that the formulation of qanun takes a long time, out of the plan. The third is the supporting and inhibiting factors in the formulation of the Aceh population qanun, namely the level of education, experience, talent, planning, and coordination as well as information to the public. The inhibiting and driving factors are more on the personal ability of DPRA members from the level of education, experience, coordination, and access to public information so that it influences the process of formulating and implementing policy products that are determined to attract various criticisms from the public
