Behavior of Millennial Beginner Voters in Regional Head Elections, in Kepanjen District, Malang Regency of Indonesia: Study in the Paradigm of Social Behavior in the Political Life of Millennial Young Generation in Kepanjen District, Malang Regency
Regional Head Election is a political event, an instrument for realizing people's sovereignty, and a discourse for the rulers and society to interact with each other so that what is discussed in the election or regional election is a fundamental issue for governance. So in this context, it is very clear that the Regional Head Election is not just a mere ceremonial revelry of democracy at the local level. Regional Head Election basically has various functions, namely transferring community authority to the elite, mediating between the people and the government, limiting government behavior, and controlling the public agenda, means of rotating power and controlling conflict by moving conflict from the social order to the level of this generation is considered a unique generation compared to previous generations in the context of election or regional elections, According to several survey agencies, estimates that around 35% to 40% of voters come from among the millennial generation, this figure is significant enough to determine victory in the election and regional elections. This is the reason why the millennial generation is looked at by various groups with an interest in the election and regional election rivalries. Based on the above background, the following problems can be formulated: How is the behavior of millennial beginner voters in the regional head elections in Malang Regency in 2020? as well as what factors are behind the behavior of millennial beginner voters in the 2020 regional head election in Malang regency.? Yield Responses of Maize (Zea mays L.) and Successive Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) Crops to Maize Stover co-composted with Calliandra Calothyrsus Meisn Green Manure
The present investigation aimed at evaluating the effect of Calliandra calothyrsus Meisn green manure on the quality improvement of maize (Zea mays L.) stover compost. To that end, two field experiments were installed with maize (Zea mays L.) and a successive potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) crop, which was specifically set up to investigate the potential residual effects of tested organo-mineral fertilizers. The potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) crop did not receive any fertilizer, either organic or mineral. The experimental design was a randomized complete block with three replicates. The basic experimental plot was 1.6 m wide and 3 m long (4.8 m²). Treatments under evaluation were: T1=Control, T2=Maize stover co-composted with mineral fertilizer, T3=Maize stover co-compost with Calliandra calothyrsus Meisn green manure; T4=Farm manure+45-60-30; and T5=Maize stover co-composted with Calliandra calothyrsus Meisn green manure+45-60-30. Evaluated parameters were grain yields, root biomass, above-ground biomass, Harvest Index, and Root/Shoot ratio for maize (Zea mays L.). Potato yields were categorized into small size (< 35 mm), medium size (35-65 mm) and big size tubers (> 65 mm). Significant effects (p < 0.001) of tested fertilizer treatments were observed for maize grain yields (GY), above-ground biomass (AGB), and root biomass (RB). No effect (p > 0.05) of fertilizer treatments could be noticed on the harvest index (HI=0.31-0.38) or R/S ratio (0.079-0.088). For the successive potato crop, a significant effect (p < 0.001) of tested treatments was only observed for the seed-oriented medium size tubers (MST) potato yield. Overall, the most relevant observation of the maize experiment is that treatments T4 and T5 gave higher and equivalent grain and biomass yields. From there, we derive that maize stover co-composted with Calliandra calothyrsus Meisn green manure could be a sound substitute to farm manure. Additionally, the potato experiment highlighted the residual effects of the T3 treatment, statistically equivalent to that of T2. Consequently, we advise that the effects of compost-based organo-mineral fertilizers on crop yields should be evaluated beyond a single seasonal crop, in order to fully catch their residual fertilizer potentials.
Determinants to Elimination of Mother to Child Transmission of HIV among Patients at Nakuru County Referral Hospital, Kenya
Elimination of mother-to-child transmission of HIV (eMTCT) services are critical to achieve national and global targets of 90% antiretroviral therapy (ART) coverage in PMTCT, and mother-to-child transmission rates less than 5%.
Despite substantial progress in efforts to reduce MTCT of HIV in Kenya, HIV transmission from mother to child remains at 3.6 % .MTCT rate in some of the health facilities in Nakuru is still higher than the global initiative recommendation of <5% due to socio-cultural factors.
In this paper, important issues concerning sustained high MTCT rates are addressed and potential determinants contributing to high MTCT rates in some of the health facilities in Nakuru County are also highlighted.
A mixed study was conducted among patients in whose main objective was to investigate the determinants to eMTCT. Specific objectives were to determine the level of knowledge on eMTCT among patients at the facility, to investigate the social determinants affecting eMTCT, and to establish cultural beliefs and practices causing high rates.
The paper argues that various stakeholders, including the community, need to scale up of socio mobilization and awareness on Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission program, increase knowledge on PMTCT to reduce socio-cultural practices which will lower the eMTCT rates in the facilities

Development of Face Recognition Based Smart Door Lock
Nowadays, there is a growing interest in the smart home system using the Internet of Things. One of the important aspects of the smart home system is the security capability which can simply lock and unlock the door or the gate. This paper proposed a face recognition security system using Raspberry Pi which can be connected to the smart home system. The components that we will use for this solution are Raspberry pi, camera, Blynk app, and SD card. The output of the face recognition algorithm is connected to a relay circuit, in which it will lock or unlock the magnetic lock placed at the door. Results showed the effectiveness of our proposed system, in which we obtain around 90% face recognition accuracy. We also proposed a hierarchical image processing approach to reduce the training or testing time while improving the recognition accuracy
