Study on Capacity Building Evaluation for Heterogeneous Network
There’s a rise in hefty data practice by indoor users as a result of using their smartphones laptops routers and much more data-related as they interact with downloaded imagines videos and other multimedia accessories. This heavy rise in data use can be solved by a heterogeneous network when a cellular network is incorporated with Pico cells into the existing Macro cells station. This will not only improve the spectral efficiency of users per unit area but also help operators to upgrade their existing networks to meet up the demands of users. This paper presents a comparison solution considered for the existing layout and the challenges faced by base station layout design are presented
Impacts of Fuel Subsidies in ANGOLA on the Instability of the Fuel Market in the DRC : A Case Study of the Western Supply Route in DRC
In this article, we have studied the unintended effects of petroleum product subsidies in Angola in the development of fraud and smuggling in the Democratic Republic of Congo as well as its consequences on the economic life of the DRC, at least for the track supply from western DRC. The relatively weak porosity and security at the Congolese borders facilitate the development of the illicit trade in petroleum products between Angola and the DRC. This extensive trade is explained by the price disparities on both sides of the borders. exchange rates, differences in energy policies and fiscal variations between the two countries have contributed to creating a noticeable gap between prices in Angola and prices in DRC. There are, of course, no official records to quantify these flows. the direct estimation methods through the counting of vehicles, drums, cans, etc. lack reliability, in particular, due to the insufficient geographical and temporal coverage: the fuel fraud circuits are relatively diversified and characterized by high variability over time which would require permanent observation, too cumbersome to implement.
These fuels are illegally imported from Angola, where they are highly subsidized. This illegal market constitutes a major source of income for young people, generally deprived of a decent job, in the trade of street vendors by generally exhibiting bottles and cans on street corners at prices generally 30% lower than the prices of stations -service official. In addition, smugglers have entered the official distribution network through service stations scattered throughout the country's major cities. the consequences of these fraudulent activities on the economic life of the DRC are incalculable, especially since the politico-military authorities of the DRC are complici

Meanwhile, the non-verbal symbols or symbols used are moving the pen back and forth many times, moving the pen left and right and shaking the head, sitting back and not leaning, the clothes worn and other symbols of success. Members' perceptions of the symbol or communication symbol used by the Management (Chair) in interacting are very positive, it can be seen from the daily lives of cooperative members according to what the Chairman of the Cooperative says.Efforts to legitimize symbols or symbols with the values of the cooperative community, also aim to build an impression (image) to the community, that the symbols used by the cooperative are symbols that do not conflict with social values of society. In fact, it is said that the content of these symbols or symbols complement and co-exist with the social values of society. Furthermore, a compromise attitude towards the Cooperative movement creates a new atmosphere in symbols, meaning that these symbols are given a rational nuance, with the hope that the function of the symbol or symbol will gain legitimacy from the Cooperative community, with the aim that these symbols can survive in practice. -practices of life in the cooperative community
Design, Construction and Performance of a Solar Cloths Drying System
This paper presents the design, construction and performance evaluation of an efficient stand-alone PV- integrated solar clothes drying system for drying applications. The solar clothes drying system was constructed to reduce the reliance on unsustainable electric dryers, which are high electricity-consuming appliances resulting in the emission of large CO2 amounts to the environment. All these developments were geared towards improving the performance and reliability of the alternative sustainable energy systems and help to reduce environmental hazards. After testing different materials for the construction and the evacuated collector tube, the result shows that copper is the best for high performance and efficiency followed by aluminum. But aluminum was used for the casing and a copper tube for the evacuated collector tube.
From the performance evaluation test of the hybrid solar clothes drying system, it was observed that The trend of the variation in temperature was a result of the weather condition the solar drying system was able to dry a pair of clothes within 3 hours during the outdoor test and about 3 hours and 45 minutes during the indoor test with a relative humidity of 30%.
The economic analysis of the solar drying system was also carried out and the payback period was calculated to be 2.87 years, which was small compared to the life of the hybrid solar drying system
Evaluation of the productivity of the Corn (Zea mays L.) under Organic soil conditioners and mineral in the town of Mbandaka, Democratic Republic of Congo
This study aims to evaluate the effect of Entada abyssinica and Tithonia diversifolia hidden on the ground compared to the NPK (17-17-17), only and in organomineral combination on the growth and the yield corn.
The treatments, in three repetitions, consisted of a witness (T0), of five levels of fertilizer contribution: biomasses of E. abyssinica and T. diversifolia, NPK, E. abyssinica +NPK and T diversifolia +NPK. The observations had related to the parameters of growth and production. The results obtained inform that the corn answered positively in the phase of growth under effect of fertilizer indistinctly of their nature (p<0.05) compared to the witness. The highest height was observed on the treatment E. abyssinica +NPK with 180 cm against the pilot treatment with 123.33 cm. The diameter with the collet followed the same tendency with E abyssinica (2.20 cm) against 1.03 cm for the witness. What made it possible to observe significant differences. The organomineral combination Entada abyssinica +NPK emerged on all the parameters in this study by taking the head of the group. The level of output gave Entada abyssinica +NPK (2653.33 kg/ha) > Tithonia diversifolia +NPK > Entada abyssinica > NPK > Tithonia diversifolia > Témoin (466.42 kg/ha).
The application of the biomasses T. diversifolia and E. abyssinica in organo-mineral combination on a corn culture exploits a multiple role physics, the chemistry and the biology of the ground with like consequence an increase in the output of about 2186,91 kg of grains compared to the ground untreated. The biomasses used only also gave good results compared to the witness. Considering the difficulties of accessibility to mineral manure, the use of E. abyssinica and T.diversifolia in an environment as this one would contribute to the promotion of the contribution of this organic matter in the majority of the poor grounds

Migrant Village Economic Development Strategy Through Tourism Development: Case study of Malang Regency of Indonesia
Tourism is a source of income for developed and developing countries, especially the Indonesia-Malang Regency. This research was conducted in sub-districts that have tourism potential and are based on migrant villages. This study indicates that Malang Regency has high tourism potential but has not been widely used by rural communities. Eventually, many rural communities become migrant workers due to limited opportunities & work opportunities, income disparities, and less productive use of income. Especially in Malang Regency, in 2016, there was an increase in the number of migrants by 21.8%, in 2015 (1,947 migrants) and 2016 (2,490 migrants). So that a migrant village tourism development strategy is needed through the analysis as follows: Optimizing the condition of its natural potential, namely in the form of beautiful beaches and attractively packaged fish catches, to improve the quality and diversity of tourism products and increase the diversity of tourist attractions both within the attraction location. Tourism and raising the potential of natural resources that have not been developed and packaging them more attractively through tour packages, adequate facilities, homestay development, and developing cultural arts as tourism events to increase tourist attraction and face competition with similar tourist attractions
