Implementation Of E-Government In Improving Public Service:The Policy of the Directorate General of Taxes at the South Malang, in Indonesia
Taxes are a significant source of state revenue for implementing and improving national development to achieve prosperity and public welfare. Taxes come from the community and are reused for the benefit of the community. People who are active taxpayers are called taxpayers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of E-Government implementation to improve Public Service based on the Policy of the Director-General of Taxes Number KEP-136/PJ/2014 concerning Electronic Tax Invoice Services at the Pratama Tax Office, South Malang, and what supports and hinders the implementation of e-commerce. Government to improve Public Service based on the Director-General of Taxes Policy. The research was conducted at the South Malang Primary Tax Office, and the research informants were employees of the Tax Office who were directly related to the E-Tax Invoice service. The results of this study indicate that the service requirements after the implementation of e-government programs, especially in the service of managing Electronic Tax Invoices at the Malang Tax Service Office, are not by the objectives of implementing e-government where the government wants to provide services that are more concise, easy and simple. The completion time of the E-Tax Invoice service at the South Malang Tax Service Office after the e-government program is implemented only takes one day. Assisted by sophisticated equipment and technology, the Malang City Tax Service Office employees can carry out administrative management, especially in the E-Tax Invoice service, in a short, easy, and fast time. The implementation of e-government, especially in tax e-invoice services, at the level of taxpayer satisfaction with the services provided by the Tax Service Office is still lacking due to the lack of understanding of taxpayers regarding the electronic invoice filling process
The Role of the Police in Managing the Crime of Child Molestation during COVID -19 Pandemic: Study in Trenggalek District Police Legal Area of Indonesia
Cases of sexual violence such as rape and child molestation are rife during the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic. Based on data from the Indonesian Child Protection Commission, 19 cases of children who violated the law were victims of sexual violence in 2020. The second order was children who experienced physical violence, namely 9 cases in 2020. Various efforts have been made by both the government and the community to eliminate crime and violence. sexual relations, in particular sexual crimes and violence against children. However, these efforts can only reduce the intensity of the crimes committed, not stop sexual crimes or obscenity. This article uses an empirical legal research method because it examines the role of the Police at the Trenggalek Police in tackling the crime of obscenity. The practical juridical approach examines legal provisions that occur in practice or reality in society [5]. Primary and secondary data were used, and the initial data was obtained by interview method with open and closed questionnaires. . The role of the police is small in preventing the crime of obscenity through serious efforts such as outreach and appeals to the community. Furthermore, several inhibiting factors in overcoming the crime of child molestation are a) the current COVID-19 pandemic. b) Technology and social media are developing rapidly. c) Direct socialization by the Trenggalek Police to the community about the importance of preventing child molestation is still rare. Suggestions that can be recommended are that in the future police officers in Trenggalek District in carrying out their programs need to collaborate with relevant agencies such as schools, and related agencies of the Trenggalek Regency Government
Study of Management of Village-Owned Business Entities at Malang of Indonesia : Implementation of Village Owned Enterprise Management Policy in Turen District, Malang Regency
The management of the Kertoraharjo Village-Owned Enterprises in Sanankerto Village, Turen District, Malang Regency is an effort to realize village independence through the management of business units that bring economic benefits. This Village-Owned Enterprises or commonly called Bumdes has successfully transformed quickly with a significant contribution to the Village Original Income. However, the success of Bumdes Kertoraharjo still encountered some fundamental problems, such as the problem of the quality of human resources for implementing Bumdes operations and the benefits of all village communities have not felt. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative survey to provide a comprehensive description related to the Management of Kertoraharjo Village Owned Enterprises and describe the problems that hinder the management of Bumdes. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Bumdes Kertoraharjo cooperates with several stakeholders in the management of bumdes, namely Bank BNI and universities, for business unit development and human resource development. Bumdes also optimizes existing potentials to be developed into new business units. Vertical coordination is also routinely carried out through the Office of Community and Village Empowerment, both from the Regency and Province. The delegation of authority for the Bumdes implementing apparatus has been structured but not balanced with sound capabilities. The solution offered to overcome problems in the management of Bumdes Kertoharjo is to increase efforts to develop human resources by cooperating with several educational institutions that focus on the main tasks and functions of each implementing apparatus of Bumdes
The Effect of Participatory Decision Making on Lecturer Performance through Career Development: A Case Study The Performance Of University Lecturers In The LLDikti 6 Area Of Central Java
This study aims to examine the effect of participatory decision making on lecturer performance by using career development as a mediating variable. The development of the social exchange theory model which is used as the basic model of this study examines the exchange patterns that occur in lecturers, namely when lecturers get the opportunity to be involved in decision making and are given support by the university, the lecturer shows good performance behavior towards the university. However, the phenomenon that occurs is that many lecturers have low performance even though they have participated in decision making and received organizational support. Intervening variable career development in mediating the effect of participatory decision making on the performance of university lecturers in the LLdikti 6 area of Central Java.
The research was conducted by survey method. Collecting data using a questionnaire to 153 lecturers who were selected using simple random sampling. The data were analyzed using the path analysis method with the help of the SPSS version 24 program.
The results showed that participatory decision-making directly had a positive and significant effect on career development, and participatory decision-making and career development directly had a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance. In addition, based on the results of the path analysis, it can be seen that career development acts as an intervening the influence of participatory decision making on lecturer performance
Interpretation of Gravity, Magnetic Data and Contribution to the Structural Study of the Congo Basin: A Case Study of the Southern Part of the Province of Sankuru in D.R. Congo
This study is focused on the recognition of the geological structure of the southern part of the province of Sankuru in the D.R. Congo which covers the oil blocks 18 and 18b. Gravity and magnetic data were processed using the horizontal derivative and upward continuation methods. Note also that the Reduction yo Pole (RTP) was previously applied to the magnetic data in order to eliminate the distortions of the anomalies. Thus, we found that the region was affected by several tectonic phenomena, the most important of which was the rifting phenomenon that shaped this region by establishing a large collapsed central zone forming an NW-SE direction graben and raised peripheral reliefs forming horsts to the northeast and southwest. This study also revealed several faults, some of which, which are of the normal type, are parallel to the central graben and others are perpendicular to it. It should also be noted that the large negative gravity anomalies result from the salt domes located for the most part in the central graben. The integration of all the geological information from the interpretation of gravity and magnetic maps has enabled us to develop a structural map that improves our knowledge of the geological structures of major oil interests in this region
Study of Management and Public Information Services: Implementation of Regulations on Information Management and Services in Singosari, Indonesia
This study was conducted to describe and analyze the Management and Public Information Services in the Efforts of Public Information Disclosure. The advantages of research as input, criticism, and evaluation, foster an open culture conducive to good governance. The research method employed is qualitative. According to the concept of George C. Edward III, the theoretical approach analyses four elements that determine the success or failure of a policy's implementation: resources, communication, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The discussion focuses on the Singosari National Artificial Insemination Center's implementation of public information management and services, as well as the limits and mechanisms governing the provision of public information services. This research reveals that the Senior Manager of Information and Documentation of Singosari National Artificial Insemination Center does not have a uniform grasp of Management and Public Information Services. This is due to the inefficient internal communication of the Senior Manager of Information and Documentation the lack of socialization, and the Senior Manager of Information and Documentation's different backgrounds. The signature of a commitment to public information disclosure and budget allocations to assist the Senior Manager of Information and Documentation operations in 2021 demonstrates the leadership's role disposition. Integration of SNI ISO 37001:2016 and SNI ISO 9001:2015 contains a reference to the SOP for Management of Public Information Services. From the research, it can be concluded that the factors contributing to the success of the management and public information services of Singosari National Artificial Insemination Center are adequate infrastructure resources, disposition via support and bureaucratic structure, clarity and conformity of service standard operating procedures, and implementation. Communication is the factor that hinders the success of policy implementation. Therefore, communication and coordination across the Senior Manager of Information and Documentation are required, as well as an increase in human resource capability (HR)
Automated Test Station for Low-Pass Filter Cut-off Frequency Measurements
The primary focus of this research paper is to study the automated test station to determine the cut-off frequency. The study was conducted for the low-pass filter in the frequency range 50 Hz – 100 kHz. A preliminary test was conducted using 10 filters whose cut-off frequencies were measured. The main blocks of the station are described, emphasizing some originality. The test results depict a high degree of accuracy as such were manually checked to confirm the effectiveness of the test station. The automated test station was also developed to include provisions that allow the results to be stored in a spread sheet file against each filter serial number. This is a unique feature of the measurement system
Determination of Minerals of Cassiterite Tailings and its Recycling Potential Using Empirical Method at Plateau State Nigeria
The mineral potential of cassiterite fines from tailing dumps in the Jos Tin Mining Community Resource Centre (MCRC), Plateau State Nigeria, were studied through a wet concentration process and dry electrostatic and magnetic processes and then evaluated using empirical evidence. Three samples of the tailing dumps with the size of mineral smaller than 5 mm were collected at random through the “Tin Mining Community Resource Centre”. The huge pile of the tailing dumps may have an environmental impact in the area, so they need to be treated and recovered for the valuable heavy minerals and sand tailing for the local construction industry. The grade of the average tailing dumps as analyzed using XRF were 2.08% Sn, 3.51% Nb, 25.5% Fe, 14.91%Ti, 8.36% Zr, 12.99% Al, and 45.68% Si. The percentage compositions of the cassiterite tailings were expressed to its simplest genetic mineral forms using an empirical formula. The genetic mineral forms were ilmenite, zircon and sand. Since ilmenite has the highest concentration in the cassiterite tailings and the highest economic values, then recycling of ilmenite should be ascertained. After the wet processing by the screen, hydro cyclone, spiral concentrator, and shaking table, the concentrate consists the most of, ilmenite, zircon, and sand. The following dry processes used rotary dryer, screening, electrostatic separator, magnetic separator to separate cassiterite from the heavy minerals and sand. The final iron and titanium concentrate can be upgraded to 72% Fe and Ti using certain reagents such as fluoride acids which can be sold to the Iron ore smelting plant. 
Influence of Product changes and performance of commercial banks in Nairobi County, Kenya
The business environment within which the commercial banks operate has been very volatile. Further, social reforms, political anxieties, technological advancements, competition from new entrants and effects of globalization are some of the challenges that have caused this volatility, and have greatly affected the performance in this sector. The general objective of this study was to investigate the influence of product changes and performance of commercial banks in Nairobi County in Kenya. A descriptive research design was adopted in this study. All management persons or their equivalents in all branches of commercial banks in Nairobi County were the target respondent. All of the commercial banks have a total of 126 managerial personnel. Closed-ended questions were used to acquire primary data. The study instrument was pre-tested to guarantee its validity and reliability. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics such as frequencies and percentages. The study discovered that product modifications have an impact on commercial bank performance
Study of Small Dataset of Images for Seismic Fault Imaging with a Supervised Convolutional Neural Network
Recognizing faults in seismic images is crucial for structural modeling, prospect delineation, reservoir characterization, and well placement. Basically, faults have the appearance of lateral reflection discontinuities in seismic images and are interpreted using seismic attributes that measure those discontinuities such as coherence, and curvature. However, methods based on seismic attributes are often more challenging, time-consuming, and may suffer from noises and sensitivity of stratigraphic features, which also tie in reflection discontinuities. Therefore, we propose a solution for delineating faults from 3D seismic images using a supervised fully convolutional neural network (CNN). This approach uses a pixel-by-pixel prediction in 3D seismic images to classify whether a given pixel is a fault or a non-fault. The trained model learned to bank on rich and proper features that are important for the recognition of faults and achieved 97% of accuracy. To test the effectiveness of our model, we used new 3D seismic images, and the results displayed clean and accurate recognition of faults within only milliseconds, saving time and optimizing the accuracy. In this paper, we showed that by using only a few 3D seismic images from a given seismic volume to train the model, not only do we handle one of the difficulties encountered by researchers to obtain a sufficient amount of data needed to train common CNN models but also, interpreters can successfully predict faults in any other seismic image from the same volume
