Effects of Natural Zeolite Mineral on Chemical Properties of Saline Soil
The utilization of Zeolite minerals has recognized as new technology of recent few years, whichdecreases negative effect of chemical and nitrogen fertilizer with causes chemical, biological, physical andhydrological recovery of soil. Additionally, Zeolite decreases soil and underground water pollution, as well as it’s agood amendment of soil and water. The goal of the study is, the effect of natural zeolite on part of soil traits onchemical properties. In this research three treatments (Zeolite 20% plus 80% soil, Zeolite 10% plus 90% soil, andSoil (control) in three replications were used. Soil into pots treated and remains for ten days, then someparameters soil reaction (pH), Electric Conductivity (EC), organic matter (OM), lime, Cation Exchange Capacity(CEC) and exchangeable sodium) was measured. Result revealed different amount of zeolites effect on soil, pH,EC, OM, lime, CEC, exchangeable sodium, showed significant difference (P≥0.05) in each of them. 
Integrated Weed Management in Mustard (Brassica juncea L.)
To study the efficacy of different herbicides integrating with hand weeding inmustard, a field investigation was planned during rabi season of 2011-12 and 2012-13 atResearch Farm of Department of Agronomy CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar.Various treatments included were trifluralin 750 g/ha PPI (pre plant incorporation), trifluralin750 g/ha PPI + 1 HW (hand weeding) 45 DAS (days after sowing), trifluralin 1000 g/ha PPI,trifluralin 1250 g/ha PPI, pendimethalin 750 g/ha PPI, pendimethalin 750 g/ha PPI + 1 HW45 DAS, pendimethalin 1000 g/ha PPI, pendimethalin 1250 g/ha PPI, pendimethalin 750 g/haPRE (pre emergence), pendimethalin 750 g/ha PRE + 1 HW 45 DAS, pendimethalin 1000g/ha PRE, pendimethalin 1250 g/ha PRE, 1HW 30 DAS, 2 HW 30 and 60 DAS, weedy andweed free check. The seed yield and various yield attributes of irrigated mustard wereincreased when trifluralin (PPI) or pendimethalin (PPI & PRE), each at 750 g/ha integratedwith 1 HW at 45 DAS, and these were comparable to the treatment of 2HW (30 and 60 DAS)and also to the weed free conditions. In mustard, the PPI application of pendimethalin wassuperior over PRE application, however there was no significant differences in yield. Weedsallowed to grow through the crop season reduced the seed yield of mustard to the extent of30.4 and 33.9% during 2011-12 and 2012-13, respectively
Potential of Cropping Sequences on Soil Carbon Sequestration

The different cropping sequenceswere T1 (green manure- rice – black gram (relay crop), T2 (GM - Rice- Sesame), T3 (GM - Rice +Daincha - Maize + Green gram),T4 (GM- Rice + Daincha – Bhendi),T5(GM- Rice + Daincha –Ragi),T6 (GM- Rice + Daincha – Varagu), T7 (GM - Rice + Daincha – Fodder Cowpea). From thestudy, higher sequestration was recorded under the T3 cropping sequences (0.36 t ha-1) and also thehigher soil carbon pools were seen as well as the legume included maize based cropping sequences.Hence the inclusions of legume in the maize based cropping sequences leads to sequestrate morecarbon in the deltaic zone of Tamil Nad

Spatial and Temporal Variability in Climate Variables Trends in the Marathwada Region of Maharashtra, India
India, a sub-tropical country is highly sensitive to climate change and its variability. Themain reason for its high sensitivity is the variability in rainfall and temperature. About 80percent of the total rainfall over India occurs during the four months from June to Septemberas a result of the south-west monsoon. With this background, present study was conducted inmarathwada region of Maharashtra to examine spatial and temporal variability in climatevariables. The result shows that variation in seasonal rainfall was found more in postmonsoon period followed by pre-monsoon and monsoon period.The average rainfall washighest in August month. June and October rainfall over the years has decreased sharplywhile, august and September rainfall has increased. The principal rainstorm months are notcontributing as normally. From an agronomic point of view dry spells at critical growthstages can be extremely hazardous and it is one of the prime reasons for dwindling crop yield.Analysis of trend in climatic variables reveals that Marathwada region is more affected withchange in frequency of rainfall, less number of rainy days and frequent dry spells. 
A Study On Association Between Usage Pattern Of ICT Tools And Socio-Economic Characteristics Of Farmers In Ikauna Block Of Shrawasti District, U.P
This study was conducted to find out the impact of ICT tools on the agricultural developmentamong farmers of Shrawasti district of UP of India. A total of 120 farmers were randomly selected for the studyduring November 2018 to May 2019. The results showed that majority of the farmers owned mobile phones aswell as television and radio. The most frequently used ICT was mobile phone. Mobile phones were widely used bythe farmers for social communication, contacting middle men for the marketing of produce and contactingexperts on real time basis for getting agricultural advisories. The present study aims to study the agriculturedevelopment with the emergence of the new communication technology. The study is being undertaken to knowhow agriculture development is possible through an effective communication tools that is ICT (Information andCommunication Technology). Major problems in the use of ICTs by the farmers were lack of confidence inoperating ICTs, erratic power supply, low network connectivity and lack of awareness of the benefits of ICTs. 
Impact of Various Cultivation Systems on the Growth and Yield of Strawberry cv. Chandler
To study the impact of various cultivation systems on performance of strawberry the proposedresearch study was conducted in the experimental plot of nursery of Department of Horticulture,Khalsa College, Amritsar during 2018-2019. The experiment was carried out followingRandomised Block Design (RBD) replicated thrice. The runners of the strawberry cv. Chandlerwere collected from the Department of Pomology, Dr. YS Parmar University of Horticulture,Nauni, Solan Himachal Pradesh as bases of plant material. Different cultivation systems wereadapted i.e. Flat beds( T1), raised beds( T2), ridges (T3), soil less media(T4), polythene bags(T5),Cement pots (T6), plastic crates (T7) and low tunnels (T8) to find out the best cultivation systemfor better vegetative growth, yield and fruit quality of strawberry. The results of the studyrevealed that the vegetative growth in terms of plant height, number of shoots, leaves, flowersand fruits were found significantly higher in the plants grown in plastic crates while fruit yieldwas increased under low poly tunnels. 
Trajectory of Aquaculture Growth and Agriculture Risk with Predicted Scenario in the Western Bank of Hooghly Estuary using Remote Sensing and GIS – A Review
Aquaculture farming is at its boom in the last two decades. Most of the rivers and canals are banked with aquafarmsglobally with India as no exception. India ranks third in the world in aquaculture production. East coast indicates significantgrowth of aquaculture farms in the past few decades. The western bank of Hooghly estuary is one of the noted zones foraquaculture farming. This paper detailed the growth of aquafarms in the above mentioned coastal zone in the last few decadesalong with predicted scenarios in the next two decades. The impacts of increasing aquafarms in the inland, river banks and alongthe coast were also discussed in the paper. Temporal analysis and predictions were done using Remote sensing and GIStechniques along with CA-MARKOV land use/land cover prediction model
Impact on Sustainable Rural Livelihood of Integrated Watershed Management Program of Beneficiary Farmers in Khandwa District of Madhya Pradesh
This study concentrates on the Integrated Watershed Development program and impactof the program in terms of crop production, water consumption in farming system, as well asincome and employment generation. Again it is found to use to the maximum extent waterresources and provide betterment in farmer’s livelihood. Evaluation studies on IntegratedWatershed Development Programme have shown that the impact of the programme in terms ofproduction, consumption, income and employment generation was found to be satisfactory to aminimum extent. Hence it is worthwhile to study the changes occurred in livelihood activities ofbeneficiaries farmer of Integrated Watershed Development Programme (IWMP) in Khandwadistrict of Madhya Pradesh with 80 beneficiaries farmers. In the society we live in today there is a strong difference between what is considered “boy”and what is considered “girl”. This is because from the time we are born; to the time we die weare expected to conform to a gender role. A gender role is a set of behaviors, attitudes, andpersonality characteristics expected of a person based on their sex. This process of gettingpeople to conform to their gender roles is called socialization, and it affects children verydrastically. There are many different places that gender socialization comes from. It comesmainly from family, peers, and the media. Girls are made to believe that they are supposed tobe gentle and nurturing, whereas boys are taught to be tough and even aggressive. (McKie,2010
