Because a successful researcher always looks at the phenomena around him with curiosity and truth-seeking plans. Because he has a sensitive, dynamic and searching mind toward what is happening around him. In order to prove historical facts, experienced researchers are constantly trying to identify the authenticity of historical events and phenomena through active methods, especially criticism and analysis, controversy and debate, and make them accessible to the lovers of science and knowledge and human societies.
In the same way, the significance of the research is as the followings: it identifies the characteristics of the researcher with its positive and negative aspects, such as the good ethics of authorship, honesty, maintaining trustworthiness, having professional and specialized literacy, the authority of impartiality towards writing and the truthful expression of the content. However, regarding the negative aspects of the researcher, issues such as: bias, non-personality, biased expression and illegal betrayals of the researcher have been mentioned. Accordingly, the mentioned issues have added to the importance of this scientific research. In addition, more attention has been paid to its positive aspects and avoid its negative aspects.
Furthermore, in general the purpose of study is to include the issues of introducing the main features of researchers in the field of history. Particularly, the purpose of this study is to express the positive and negative aspects of the researcher, keeping in mind the requirements of time and maintaining trustworthiness. Last but not least, a library research method was applied to analyze and discuss the materials
A DIALECTICAL UNDERSTANDING OF KᾹMA, NISHKᾹMA AND SANKALPA
Kāma or desire is the psychic pursuit of attaining any goal. This psychic pursuit is also known as kāmanā in the text of the Bhagavat Gitā. In most all Indian scriptures kama or kāmanā has been considered as the root cause of suffering and at the same time it is strongly admired that kāma is one of the Purusāthas or the values of human life. The word ‘nishkāma’ is generally construed as desireless action. But this seems absurd how can there be any action or creation without initiating a desire. So, desire is a must. So, the concept ‘nishkāma’ should be interpreted in the broad sense of attachment. We must have desires, but we should control our overriding attachment for such desires which leads to pain and suffering in our practical life. Similarly, the word ‘samkalpa’ has also double meaning as described in our scriptures. Sankalpa may mean as bounden desires which lead to the chain of desires and it also means as strong determined desire for perfection. A dialectical understanding can have an assess for the reconciliation of kāma and nishkāma in order to have the best transformation of sankalpa in our personality
Understanding Moroccan Return Migration and Intermarriage Dynamics : The Case of Moroccan Returnees from Japan
The aim of this study is twofold: Firstly, it investigates the role of intermarriage or ‘Kokusai kekkon’ with Japanese natives in facilitating Moroccan migration to Japan. Secondly, it aims to understand the factors which have pushed Moroccan migrants to return home. Over the last decade, a growing number of Moroccan migrants have relied on ‘Kokusai kekkon’ or ‘intermarriage’ with Japanese natives as a strategy to migrate to Japan. Nevertheless, many of these migrants return to Morocco after years of residence and work in Japan. The study takes the hypothesis of structural reasons in Japan and Morocco as the causes of this act. Drawing from in-depth interviews with six former Moroccan migrants who have returned to Morocco, quantitative and qualitative data was collected and analyzed to understand some of the reasons behind this return migration. The study showed that intermarriage was strategic to migration for the majority of the informants; however, it was not a sufficient factor to prevent their return to Morocco. It also revealed many structural factors in both Japan and Morocco that have encouraged this return; including the inability to generate savings, the incapability to remit as well as Japan’s restrictive citizenship requirements

The Impact of Knowledge Management Strategies on Organizational Ambidexterity Mediated by Organizational Learning Capability
Background: This study intends to investigate the relationship between organizational ambidexterity and knowledge management practices, with a focus on travel and tourism industries specifically. The research is conducted using a descriptive-correlation approach and involves 72 businesses located in Qom, Mashhad, and Tehran. A total of 369 managers and personnel from these organizations participated in the study, providing valuable insights into the dynamics of knowledge management and its impact on organizational learning and ambidexterity within the tourism sector. Methods: In this study, descriptive-correlation research methodology was used. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 369 managers and personnel from 72 tourism organizations. The questionnaire focused on assessing the participants' perspectives on knowledge management strategies, organizational learning capability, and organizational ambidexterity. This quantitative approach allowed for the examination of relationships and mediation effects within the specified variables. Findings: The results of the study show substantial correlation between organizational ambidexterity, learning ability, and knowledge management techniques. It was found to be fascinating that the relationship between organizational ambidexterity and knowledge management strategies in the tourism setting was partially mediated by organizational learning capacity. Conclusion: In conclusion, tourism companies should place a high priority on implementing both explicit and tacit knowledge management strategies in order to attain structural ambidexterity. Effective HRM procedures as well as the advancement of knowledge management and information technology infrastructures must serve as the cornerstones of these strategies. Encouraging learning, unlearning, relearning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing are pivotal for enhancing organizational learning capability and, consequently, achieving organizational ambidexterity. This study underscores the need for a holistic approach that integrates human and technological elements to foster a dynamic and adaptable organizational structure in the tourism sector

Spreadsheets Application in Teaching Data Management in Mathematics of the Modern World: Effects on Students’ Performance
This study aimed to investigate the effects of spreadsheet application in teaching Data Management in Mathematics of the Modern World on the students' performances among first-year College Students during the Second Semester of School Year 2022-2023. A quasi-experimental research design with the pretest-posttest non-equivalent groups design was employed in the study with the researcher–made questionnaire comprising 40 items test. The statistical methods used to gather data were treated using mean, t-test for independent samples, z-test for correlated samples, and standard deviation. Data were gathered from the 74 first-year college students in Jose Rizal Memorial State University–Main Campus. Results revealed that the pre-test and post-test performance of the students in the control and experimental groups was good. But their post-test performance in the experimental group was excellent. It is concluded that Spreadsheet Application is a very important and effective tool in teaching Data Management in Mathematics of the Modern World to first-year college students. Its application tremendously increases students' performance from the pre-test to the post-test
Structure and Types of Pashto Syllable
The syllable is the phonological element that plays a vital role in the formation of the word. A complete and standard syllable consists of the Onset, Nucleus, and Coda, but at the same time, the Onset or Coda part of the syllable can also fall down. No syllable can be constructed without Nucleus and vowel sounds. The vowel in the syllable structure has as much value as the syllable has in the word formation. These vowels play a fundamental role in the syllable’s distribution and types. This article explores the intricate structure and various types of syllables found in the Pashto language, primarily spoken in Afghanistan. Syllables play a fundamental role in linguistic analysis, as they constitute the building blocks of words and affect the rhythm, stress, and intonation patterns in speech.
The findings of this study contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the Pashto language's syllable structure, shedding light on its unique phonological features. This knowledge holds significance for various fields, including linguistics, language teaching, and speech pathology, enabling researchers and language professionals to better analyze and comprehend the complexities of Pashto syllables
