Studying the Geographical explorations of the Portuguese and the Spanish in the 15th century
This article explores the dynamics of domination and subordination during the mid-15th century, marked by the Arab and Ottoman Empire's dominance in the Middle East, posing obstacles to European relations with China and India. In response, Western European nations, particularly Portugal and Spain, emerged as leaders in exploration, seeking alternative routes to bypass the challenges of the Middle East. Liberated from Muslim influence, these nations focused their efforts on discovering new sea routes to India and beyond. The narrative centers on Portuguese sailor Henry's role in planning expeditions to the Canary Islands, aiming to identify novel commercial routes for Portugal's development in Africa. Subsequently, the Spanish, influenced by Portugal's efforts, discovered new lands by employing Christopher Columbus. Columbus initially proposed his plan, 'The Way to India,' to the King of Portugal, but it was rejected. Turning to Spain in 1484, he secured the Queen's consent with the help of his shipbuilder brother, ultimately discovering America. Employing a descriptive-analytical research method, this article utilizes library research to delve into the historical background and explore the intricacies of European exploration during this transformative period

The rationale and approaches for choosing a research topic
The title should provide a clear and concise explanation of the subject matter, and it should also be closely connected to the main topic. This research paper delineates the essential attributes that a commendable topic ought to possess and elucidates the process of selecting a title based on conceptual notions. The study encompasses a broad spectrum of subjects, including the correlation and juxtaposition between research and original titles, the differentiation between titles and written themes, the approach to establishing the parameters of location, time, and ethical limitations for research, and the demonstration of causality. We selected this topic primarily because inadequate research titles are prevalent in both broad and specific research contexts. The process of conducting research frequently results in the identification of a title, however its precise meaning remains ambiguous. Although there are other potential works that may be created on this topic, we have specifically selected a monograph title and encountered numerous additional challenges. The writing of this research has been driven by these requirements. Selecting an appropriate research title indicates that the author has made advancements in their preliminary efforts and will be capable of effectively completing it from start to finish. These were the reasons that motivated our investigation on the issue. Study and creativity are distinct concepts, although books and articles are categorized differently. Therefore, it is crucial to carefully deliberate and contemplate when selecting a title for a thesis or dissertation. A research paper necessitates a title that is appropriate and possesses all the attributes that render it a compelling title. The accomplishments of this research project encompass the aforementioned challenges as well as similar ones. The study employs a blend of descriptive and analytical methodologies in its library research approach

Orations and the Didactic Motifs of Elizabethan Progresses
Memorializing Queen Elizabeth’s progresses and their pageantry from the middle-to-late sixteenth through the early seventeenth centuries requires that we examine how her royalty was represented in Medievalist art and prose. Ceremonial displays of Elizabeth’s aristocratic nobility included prayers, sermons, tribute tracts and ballads, sonnets, verse poems, personal letters, and brilliant speeches just to name a few of the major literary mediums. As Roy Strong wrote about in The Cult of Elizabeth, images were meant to be read, and the inscriptions placed on miniatures and portraits emphasized the significance of details in paintings. It became clear through the diverse speeches given at the Queen’s hosted lodgings at various English cities that evoking as much symbolism one could in writing and reading would endear Elizabeth’s pleasure, but it was not the only way of getting the Queen’s attention. Gift-giving was a favorite practice. As such, creative symbolism and objects of devotion needed other means of demonstration, and this had especially shown up in literary motifs and mythology. In this paper, I argue that historians must recognize the ways orations and speeches worked as publicized letters during the pageantry of Elizabeth, making her court’s progresses a means of political, social, and religious negotiations with representations of empire. These verbal acts of negotiation supplanted private relationships that predominated pre-Reformation England and made Elizabeth’s Tudor, imperial authority over church and state more visceral in uniting ceremonial practices and promoting England
