    Peran Media Sosial WhatsApp dalam Meningkatkan Komunikasi Internal Staf Pegawai KUA Tiroang

    The rapid development of digital communication technology has transformed internal communication practices within public institutions. This study aims to examine the role of WhatsApp in enhancing internal communication among staff at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) Tiroang. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving 19 staff members. The findings indicate that WhatsApp plays a significant role in accelerating information dissemination, improving coordination between leaders and staff, and supporting work efficiency and public service delivery. However, the use of WhatsApp also presents several challenges, including message misinterpretation, information overload, blurred professional boundaries, and dependence on a single communication platform. These findings suggest that while WhatsApp is effective as an internal communication medium, its use requires clear communication ethics and complementary communication channels to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Overall, WhatsApp contributes to building a more responsive and flexible communication system within KUA Tiroang

    Algebraic thinking is crucial for assisting students in the mathematics learning process. Algebraic thinking is the process by which students solve problems, identify problems, and present them mathematically in mathematics learning. Generalization is part of algebraic thinking and is an essential component of the educational curriculum. However, there are several obstacles and challenges in students' algebraic thinking, particularly in generalizing patterns. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to analyze junior high school students' algebraic thinking skills in solving pattern generalization problems. This study is a descriptive qualitative study, where the results are in the form of descriptions of students' algebraic thinking skills. The results of this study indicate that subjects with high-level algebraic thinking skills tend to generalize factually and symbolically, and the data fulfills all indicators of algebraic thinking. Subjects with moderate algebraic thinking skills only tend to generalize factually and only fulfill some algebraic thinking skills. Subjects with low algebraic skills tend to have difficulty generalizing patterns and only fulfill a few algebraic thinking skills

    Etika Medis Spiritual-Humanis: Analisis Manhaj Al-Fikr Aswaja dalam Transformasi Rumah Sakit

    This research is motivated by the phenomenon of dehumanization and mechanization in modern healthcare, which tends to reduce patient dignity to mere clinical objects. Amidst the current of healthcare commercialization, a philosophical reorientation is required to integrate medical sophistication with human values. This study aims to construct a hospital service paradigm based on the manhaj al-fikr (method of thought) of Ahlussunnah wal Jama’ah (Aswaja). Employing a qualitative research method with a library research approach, this study analyzes the four pillars of Aswaja—tawassuth (moderation), tawazun (balance), i’tidal (justice), and tasamuh (tolerance)—as the foundation for hospital governance. The results indicate that the internalization of these pillars produces a “Spiritual-Humanist” service model. The pillars of tawassuth and tawazun play a role in synthesizing medical technology with spiritual care, while the pillars of i’tidal and tasamuh ensure the enforcement of distributive justice and inclusivity for a pluralistic society. This transformation results in the strengthening of healthcare professionals’ public service motivation and the restoration of public trust in hospitals as healing oases that humanize individuals

    This study investigates the leadership of the principal in managing internal conflicts within school organizations. Internal conflict is an inherent aspect of organizational dynamics that requires flexible, communicative, and participatory leadership. At the senior high school level, conflicts extend beyond structural issues to include interpersonal relationships, organizational communication, and role distribution. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Silangkitang using a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through documentation and observation to obtain a contextual understanding of conflict dynamics and leadership practices. Data analysis was carried out descriptively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that internal conflicts manifest as communication conflicts, task distribution conflicts, conflicts of interest, and interpersonal relationship conflicts. The study concludes that dialogical leadership integrating relational and structural approaches is essential for fostering a conducive work environment and strengthening educational governance

    The increasing incidence of violence, bullying, and the degradation of social values in school environments signals a crisis of role modeling within educational practice. This article aims to analyze and formulate strategies for Islamic Religious Education (IRE) teachers in fostering students’ role modeling and social awareness through the integration of Albert Bandura’s social cognitive learning theory and Antonio Gramsci’s concept of organic intellectuals. This study employs a qualitative approach using a library research method, drawing on primary and secondary literature relevant to issues of role modeling, social awareness, and Islamic religious education. Data were analyzed descriptively and analytically through content analysis and hermeneutic interpretation to construct a coherent theoretical synthesis. The findings indicate that IRE teachers, as organic intellectuals, play a strategic role as moral exemplars and agents of social consciousness formation through reflective role modeling, contextual learning, and active engagement in social activities. The integration of Bandura’s and Gramsci’s theories emphasizes that value internalization occurs not merely through knowledge transmission, but through observation, lived experience, and continuous critical reflection. Consequently, strengthening the role of IRE teachers as moral exemplars and drivers of social values has the potential to create a more humanistic, empathetic, and civilized educational ecosystem

    Strategi Pemasaran Digital Menggunakan Media Sosial Tiktok untuk Meningkatkan Minat Beli UMKM

    The rapid advancement of digital technology has fundamentally changed the marketing practices of MSMEs in Indonesia. TikTok, as a short-video-based social media platform, is increasingly recognized as a strategic medium for expanding market reach and stimulating consumer purchase intention. This study was designed to systematically investigate the implementation of TikTok-based digital marketing strategies in supporting the growth and sustainability of MSMEs. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews with five MSME managers as key informants, content observation, documentation, and online surveys of consumers exposed to promotional content. The findings revealed that TikTok features such as live streaming, hashtag challenges, and collaboration with creators effectively increase consumer engagement, build brand awareness, and stimulate purchase intention. However, MSMEs face challenges such as limited human resources and algorithm understanding. This study concludes that TikTok has great potential as a digital marketing medium for MSMEs, provided that creative, consistent, and consumer-oriented content strategies are optimally implemented

    Efektivitas Model Pembelajaran Tipe Talking Stick terhadap Keaktifan Belajar di SMP Negeri 11 Bandar Lampung

    The following study aims to examine the effect of the Talking Stick cooperative learning model on student learning engagement in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) at SMPN 11 Bandar Lampung. The study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental posttest-only control group design. The research sample consisted of 60 students divided into an experimental class and a control class, each with 30 students. Data were obtained through a Likert scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis results showed that the data had a normal and homogeneous distribution. However, the t-test results obtained a significance value of 0.131 (p > 0.05), which indicated that the application of the Talking Stick model did not significantly affect student learning engagement. This finding indicates that the Talking Stick model does not automatically increase learning engagement in the affective domain in IRE learning. This study emphasizes the importance of using a more adaptive, contextual learning approach that is aligned with student characteristics and value-based learning objectives. Therefore, IRE teachers who wish to continue using this model are advised to integrate it with reflective activities and value reinforcement strategies to ensure that classroom interactions are not only participatory but also affectively meaningful

    This study analyzes the role of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) as a foundation for character formation in elementary school students using a qualitative library research approach. The study examines major works in character education and Islamic pedagogy to synthesize theoretical perspectives on the integration of religious values in basic education. The findings show that IRE contributes to the development of religious awareness, honesty, discipline, responsibility, and social care when implemented holistically through teacher role modeling, habituation of worship practices, integration of Islamic values into school culture, and collaboration between school and family. This study proposes a conceptual synthesis that positions IRE not only as a subject of instruction but as a foundational moral framework for character education. By integrating modern character education theory with Islamic educational philosophy, this research provides a theoretical explanation of how IRE functions as a structural basis for sustainable character formation in elementary education

    Kontribusi Sektor Pertambangan terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat: Analisis Kebijakan Publik di Kabupaten Lahat

    Lahat Regency has significant economic potential in the mineral and coal mining sector, which is a major contributor to regional income and plays a crucial role in driving economic growth. This study aims to analyze the mining sector's contribution to improving community welfare in Lahat Regency by incorporating the policy implementation framework proposed by George C. Edward III. The research method employed a qualitative approach through literature study and secondary data analysis sourced from the Lahat Regency Government's Notes to Financial Reports (CaLK) and data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The results show that the mining sector contributes the most to regional income, with a significant increase reaching 36.49% in 2023, and per capita income rising to Rp65.83 million per year. However, this increase has not been accompanied by a decrease in the poverty rate, with Lahat Regency still ranking second in terms of the number of poor people in South Sumatra Province. This condition indicates that the mining sector has not provided an equitable economic impact on the community

    This study aims to describe the application of anti-corruption education in strengthening honesty values among primary school students. The research used a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The research informants consisted of two participants, namely the principal and one classroom teacher who were directly involved in implementing anti-corruption education at SDN Kotakulon 1 Bondowoso. The results showed that strengthening honesty values was carried out through habituation and role modeling, such as transparent management of class funds, habituation of academic honesty, and open activity reporting. Teachers served as key role models in the internalization of anti-corruption values, while family environmental factors became one of the obstacles affecting consistency of student behavior. The findings imply the importance of integrating habituation-based anti-corruption education in the learning process at primary schools, particularly within the context of Pancasila and Citizenship Education
