Penguatan Perspektif Seks dan Gender dalam Implementasi Kebijakan Publik melalui Peran Pekerja Sosial
This study examines social workers’ understanding of the concepts of sex and gender, their role in integrating gender perspectives into public policy implementation in the social sector, and the challenges and strategies for strengthening gender-responsive practice. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving ten informants consisting of social workers, program coordinators, and community members involved in social service programs. Data were analyzed using an interactive model including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that social workers generally understand the distinction between sex and gender, although the depth of understanding varies. Social workers play important roles as facilitators, advocates, and agents of social change in promoting gender equality within public policy implementation. However, challenges remain, including limited gender awareness, strong patriarchal norms, and insufficient gender-related training. Strengthening gender perspectives requires capacity building, community empowerment, and stronger collaboration between government, social workers, and civil society. The study concludes that effective gender-responsive policy implementation depends on the active role of social workers at the community level
Implementasi Pemasaran Digital untuk Memperluas Jangkauan Pasar Produk Lokal melalui Media Sosial
Indonesian local products face challenges in expanding market reach due to limited digital literacy and suboptimal marketing strategies, despite social media penetration reaching 139 million active users. This study aims to analyze the effective implementation of digital marketing to expand the market reach of local products through social media. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a literature study of scientific publications for the 2021-2025 period from trusted academic databases. The analysis was carried out through content analysis with a thematic approach to identify strategies, challenges, and success factors for digital marketing. The findings of the study show that Instagram and TikTok are identified as effective platforms. One case study within the reviewed literature reports an increase in market reach of up to 340% and revenue growth of 156%, indicating the potential impact of optimized social media marketing when applied contextually. Content strategies that integrate local wisdom, authentic storytelling, and high-quality visuals have been proven to significantly increase brand loyalty. Cultural adaptation in marketing communication is a key factor in success. The main challenges include limited digital literacy (only 23% of MSMEs have a structured strategy), lack of competent human resources, and uneven infrastructure. The conclusion of the study confirms that digital marketing optimization requires a holistic approach including continuous training, integrated multi-platform strategies, and the utilization of data analytics to increase the competitiveness of local products in the digital era
Perancangan Sistem Inventarisasi Aset Terpadu Berbasis Web di Lingkungan Perguruan Tinggi
Asset management in higher education institutions is essential to ensure efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the use of resources. However, many institutions still rely on manual or semi-digital systems, leading to data duplication, information inconsistency, and difficulties in reporting. This study aims to develop an Integrated Web-Based Asset Inventory System to address these issues. The research methodology follows a Research and Development (R&D) approach, combining Prototype and Waterfall methods. The system is designed through stages including needs analysis, UML design, implementation using technologies such as PHP/CodeIgniter, MySQL, and Bootstrap, followed by functional and usability testing. Key features of the system include asset data input and updating, categorization by type and location, periodic notifications, automated reporting, role-based access control, and activity logs. The results show that the system provides an accurate, real-time, and integrated solution for asset management. With the appropriate use of information technology, this system is expected to improve operational efficiency and serve as a reference for other educational institutions in implementing digital-based asset management
Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT CJ Feed and Care Semarang Plant Cabang Batang
This study investigates the effects of leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance in a manufacturing context. A quantitative survey was conducted among 66 employees in the packing department of PT CJ Feed and Care Semarang Plant, Batang Branch, and the data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that leadership style and work discipline significantly enhance employee performance, whereas work motivation does not exhibit a significant effect. The model explains 54% of the variance in employee performance. These findings suggest that managerial control and leadership practices play a more decisive role than motivational factors in operational settings, where motivation may function primarily as a hygiene factor rather than a performance driver. The study contributes to the ongoing debate on the contextual nature of leadership, discipline, and motivation in employee performance research
Integrasi Sains dalam Pembelajaran Tauhid Rububiyah dan Pengaruhnya terhadap Pemahaman Konseptual Santri di Pesantren
The dichotomy between religious and scientific knowledge remains a challenge in Islamic boarding school education, particularly in teaching Tauhid Rububiyah, which is often delivered through memorization-based approaches. This study examines the effectiveness of integrating scientific concepts, specifically photosynthesis and metamorphosis, into Tauhid instruction to enhance students’ conceptual understanding. A mixed-method quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group was employed involving 18 students in an Islamic boarding school in Pemalang, Indonesia. Quantitative data were collected through pretest and posttest and analyzed using N-Gain and Welch’s t-test, while qualitative data were obtained through observation and interviews. The results show that the experimental group demonstrated a significant improvement in understanding compared to the control group. The findings indicate that integrating science as empirical manifestations of divine signs enhances cognitive understanding and contextual internalization of theological concepts. This study contributes empirical evidence to the development of integrative models of religious and scientific education in Islamic schooling contexts
Pendekatan Pendidikan Matematika Realistik Indonesia (PMRI): Strategi Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa di Sekolah Dasar
This study investigates the application of the indonesian realistic mathematics approach (PMRI) in teaching integers and its impact on students’ learning outcomes. Employing two-cycle classroom action research (CAR) design, the study involved 18 sixth-grade students at MIN 11 Aceh Tenggara in the 2024/2025 school year. Data were collected through structured observation and objective tests and analyzed using Pearson’s product moment correlation. The results showed improvement in both implementation and outcomes: the first cycle reached an average score of 79.31 (good) and the second cycle 92.24 (very good). Student mastery also increased, with 61% exceeding the minimum mastery criteria (KKM) in cycle I and 83% in cycle II. The correlation analysis produced a coefficient of 0.592, indicating a moderate positive relationship between the two cycles
HOS Tjokroaminoto: Guru Bangsa dan Pelopor Pergerakan Nasional Indonesia
This study examines the role and thought of H.O.S. Tjokroaminoto in shaping national consciousness and producing leading figures of the Indonesian national movement. The core problem of the research focuses on how Tjokroaminoto’s leadership, ideas, and political educational practices contributed to the formation of Indonesian nationalism. The purpose of this study is to explain and analyze Tjokroaminoto’s position as a Teacher of the Nation and a central actor in the national movement. This research employs a library research method through a critical review of relevant books, journal articles, and scholarly works as primary and secondary data sources. The findings indicate that Tjokroaminoto played a strategic role through consciousness-based education, moral exemplarity, and organizational leadership. The study concludes that political education constituted a fundamental foundation in the emergence of Indonesian national consciousness
Pengaruh Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Guru Non-PNS pada Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Natal, Kabupaten Mandailing Natal
This study investigates the effect of principals’ managerial competence and teacher compensation on the performance of non-civil servant (non-PNS) teachers in elementary schools in Natal Subdistrict, Mandailing Natal Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach using an ex post facto design. The study was conducted in 25 public elementary schools, involving 98 non-PNS teachers as respondents. The sample was determined using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression after passing classical assumption tests (normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity). The findings indicate that principals’ managerial competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Compensation also shows a positive and significant effect on performance. Simultaneously, both independent variables significantly predict teacher performance, with an adjusted R-square value of 0.370, indicating that managerial competence and compensation jointly explain 37% of the variance in non-PNS teacher performance
Pemanfaatan Blended Learning dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Tepus, Gunung Kidul, D.I. Yogyakarta
Developments in 21st-century education demand learning innovations that integrate technology without sacrificing essential values, including in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. One relevant model is blended learning (BL), a combination of face-to-face and online learning. This study aims to describe the implementation of BL in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at Muhammadiyah 1 Junior High School, Tepus, Gunung Kidul, and identify supporting factors, obstacles, and its impact on student motivation and learning independence. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study through observation, interviews, and documentation with the principal, PAI teachers, and eighth-grade students. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model with triangulation of sources and techniques. The results indicate that BL was implemented quite effectively and adaptively, increasing student motivation and learning independence and making PAI learning more varied and contextual. However, obstacles remain, including limited internet access, devices, and students’ digital literacy. Overall, BL has the potential to be an effective and relevant PAI learning model in the digital era, particularly in religious-based schools in remote areas
Optimalisasi Pelayanan Administrasi Publik Berbasis VLAN di Bidang TIK Polda Maluku
This study aims to determine and analyze the strategy for improving the quality of public administration services through the use of VLAN for information traffic at the Maluku Police ICT work unit. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. The informants of this study were members of the police at the Maluku Police ICT Work Unit. In addition, the author conducted in-depth interviews with key informants, namely the Head of the Maluku Police ICT Work Unit. Based on the results and discussion, it is concluded that the strategy implemented in improving the quality of public administration services through VLAN at the Maluku Police ICT Work Unit must focus on strengthening network security, improving HR competency, optimizing infrastructure, and mitigating cybersecurity risks and technical constraints. With a systematic approach and support from various parties, the use of VLAN can be an effective solution in improving efficiency, security, and transparency in public administration services in Maluku
