This study examines the influence of good governance principles and e-service quality on public satisfaction in using the Mobile JKN application at BPJS Health, Ambon City Branch. The rapid development of digital public services requires government institutions to ensure that technology-based services are supported by effective governance practices. This research aims to analyze how the implementation of good governance and the performance of digital services contribute to users’ perceptions and satisfaction with the Mobile JKN application. A quantitative approach was employed using multiple linear regression analysis to assess the relationship between the independent variables and public satisfaction as the dependent variable. The results indicate that good governance has a significant positive effect on public satisfaction (β = 0.421; t = 5.701; Sig. = 0.000), as does e-service quality (β = 0.510; t = 6.909; Sig. = 0.000). Simultaneously, good governance and e-service quality significantly influence public satisfaction, as evidenced by an F-value of 145.328 with a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.861 indicates that 86.1% of the variation in public satisfaction can be explained by the two independent variables, while the remaining 13.9% is influenced by other factors outside the model. These findings highlight that the integration of sound governance practices and high-quality digital services is essential for improving user satisfaction in technology-based public health services. Strengthening governance mechanisms and continuously enhancing digital service performance are therefore crucial strategies for increasing public satisfaction with the Mobile JKN application

The need for clean water, which is still mostly still supplied by groundwater, if it is used continuously, can experience a clean water crisis, but on the contrary, surface water during the rainy season is very abundant so it needs to be utilized. The use of excess water during the rainy season can be used for various purposes when water is needed, especially supplies when experiencing a water crisis in the dry season. Rainwater is considered cheap in its use because rain must fall in every place so that it can be used directly both without and with the treatment process. The use of rainwater as a source of clean water is by Rainwater Harvesting technique. The purpose and benefits of the service carried out are to provide understanding to the PKK Mobilization Team related to Rainwater Harvesting (RWH) so that it is expected to be able to become a Village Initiator on a household scale to move towards a Clean Water Independent Village. The method is carried out by socialization using interactive material presentations and then discussions at the end of the session. A total of 91 participants from 26 villages who participated were able to receive socialization materials well and a detailed understanding which is evident from the enthusiasm of the participants in the discussion and question and answer sessions provided in the forum. This understanding can be a provision for the PKK mobilization team of each village as a Village Initiator on a household scale to realize an independent village with clean water

Pengaruh Berbagai Media Tanam dan Konsentrasi Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) Urine Kelinci terhadap Pertumbuhan serta Hasil Tanaman Sawi Hijau (Brassica juncea L)

This study evaluated the effects of growing media and rabbit urine liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) concentrations on the growth and yield of mustard greens (Brassica juncea L.) in Klaten Regency, Indonesia. A factorial completely randomized design tested three growing media (cow, goat, and chicken manure mixed with fermented rice husk at a 1:1 ratio) and three LOF concentrations (10, 20, and 30 mL L⁻¹). Plant height, leaf number, fresh weight, and root weight were measured and analyzed using ANOVA followed by Duncan’s multiple range test (α = 0.05). Growing media had no significant effect on any parameter. LOF concentration significantly increased leaf number but did not affect plant height, fresh weight, or root weight, and no interaction effects were detected. These results indicate that rabbit urine LOF primarily promotes vegetative leaf development rather than overall biomass accumulation in mustard greens

Konstruksi Kebenaran dalam Evidence-Based Policy Making: Analisis Wacana Kritis atas Kebijakan Penanggulangan Kemiskinan di Provinsi Banten

Evidence-Based Policy Making (EBPM) is often presented as a rational and objective policy ideal, yet evidence is not neutral; it is constructed through power relations, interests, and epistemic frameworks. Using Critical Discourse Analysis grounded in social constructivism and Michel Foucault’s theory of power, this study examines poverty alleviation policy in Provinsi Banten. The analysis draws on provincial planning documents (RPJMD/RPD and RKPD), Bappeda Provinsi Banten policy documents, and BPS poverty releases and press statements. Findings identify a recurring EBPM discourse that privileges macro indicators and performance metrics to narrate “progress,” while marginalizing intra-provincial inequality and contested definitions of “the poor.” Evidence therefore does not “speak for itself” but is mediated by values, policy paradigms, and dominant actors’ interests. The article argues for EBPM that integrates ethical and epistemological reflexivity and local context so policy is not only scientific but also fair and inclusive

The increasing use of outsourcing employees in organizations requires strong work engagement to support organizational success, which may be influenced by perceived organizational support. The study aims to assess the contribution of perceived organizational support to work engagement among outsourced employees. A quantitative approach was employed, with a total of 92 outsourced employees selected through total sampling. A simple linear regression approach was applied to analyze the data. The empirical findings indicate that perceived organizational support contributes 54.4% to work engagement. Therefore, companies need to strengthen supervisory support and justice, while continuing to pay attention to rewards and working conditions in order to enhance employees’ engagement to the organization

Developing an Ethnoscience-Based Physics Learning Model based on Indonesian Local Wisdom to Strengthen Patriotism

This study aims to develop an ethnoscience-based physics learning model that is valid, practical, and effective in strengthening students’ character of love for the homeland. The background of this research is the need for contextual physics learning that integrates local wisdom to enhance students’ conceptual understanding while supporting character education. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The subjects of the study were senior high school students and physics teachers. Data were collected using expert validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires, and an instrument to assess students’ patriotism character. The results showed that the developed learning model achieved a very valid category with an average validation score of 4.39. The practicality test indicated very practical criteria, with teacher and student response percentages of 86.4% and 85.0%, respectively. Model effectiveness was measured through a pretest–posttest analysis of students' increase in patriotism on a 1–5 Likert scale across all patriotism indicators. The normalized gain (N-Gain) was 0.52, indicating a moderate improvement. These findings indicate that the ethnoscience-based physics learning model is feasible and effective as an innovative approach to physics learning that integrates local culture and strengthens students’ character of love for the homeland

Arabic as an Epistemological Foundation of Islamic Education and Qur’anic Exegesis

This article examines Arabic as an epistemological foundation of Islamic education and Qur’anic exegesis. Moving beyond instrumental and symbolic conceptions of language, it argues that Arabic functions as an epistemological medium through which Islamic knowledge is constructed, Qur’anic meaning is produced, and interpretive authority and validity are established. Employing a conceptual integrative literature review, the study synthesizes scholarship from Arabic linguistics, Qur’anic studies, and Islamic education to demonstrate that meaning, authority, and epistemic legitimacy are linguistically mediated through Arabic semantic, syntactic, rhetorical, and phonetic structures. The analysis further highlights the epistemic consequences of detaching Islamic education from Arabic linguistic competence. While translation and multilingual pedagogical practices broaden access to religious knowledge, they necessarily involve interpretive transformation rather than semantic equivalence, with implications for depth of understanding, interpretive plurality, and epistemic accountability. Drawing on illustrative insights from non-Arabophone Muslim societies, the article clarifies how linguistic mediation becomes particularly visible in multilingual educational and interpretive contexts. By reframing Arabic from an auxiliary component to an epistemological foundation, this study contributes to contemporary debates on language, interpretation, and education in Islamic studies and offers a conceptual framework for critically evaluating pedagogical and interpretive practices within an increasingly mediated religious landscape

Profil Kesiapan AI Guru SD di Kabupaten Magelang: Analisis Gaussian Mixture Model dan Efektivitas Pelatihan

This research aims to map teacher readiness profiles in integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and evaluate the impact of formal training on these profiles. Using the Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) as a soft clustering approach to identify natural and flexible groupings of teacher characteristics, data were analyzed from a convenience sample of 67 primary school teachers in Magelang Regency. Three distinct profiles were identified: Low Readiness, Moderate Enthusiast, and High-Adaptive Readiness. The results show that the majority of teachers (80.6%) belong to the High-Adaptive profile, characterized by high literacy and positive attitudes. Furthermore, Chi-Square analysis and Cramer’s V (V=0.1120) revealed no significant relationship between training history and readiness profiles (p=0.6567). This suggests that current formal training has a marginal practical effect. Policy recommendations emphasize the need for differentiated training and structural support to enhance AI integration effectively

Kolaborasi Antar Aktor dalam Penanggulangan Stunting melalui Program DASHAT di Kabupaten Gowa

Stunting remains a major public health problem in Indonesia, including in Gowa Regency, requiring cross-sector collaboration. One strategic initiative is the DASHAT (Healthy Kitchen to Overcome Stunting) program, which emphasizes community empowerment and multi-stakeholder involvement. This study analyzes collaboration among actors in stunting prevention through the DASHAT program using the collaborative governance framework of Emerson, Nabatchi, and Balogh (2012). The research applies a literature review method by examining policy documents, scientific articles, and official reports related to stunting policy, collaborative governance, and the DASHAT program. Data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis to identify actor roles, coordination patterns, and governance dynamics. The findings show that collaboration involves local government, health institutions, community organizations, and the private sector through shared planning, communication, and coordinated service delivery. Program effectiveness is influenced by institutional commitment, resource sharing, and community participation, although coordination at the local level remains a challenge. These results indicate that the success of the DASHAT program depends on the quality of collaborative governance among stakeholders
