Model Discovery Learning dengan Pendekatan Saintifik untuk meningkatkan keaktifan siswa Madrasah Aliyah dalam pembelajaran Matematika
Get PDFOne of the factors that cause student learning outcomes to be low in mathematics is the need for more student activeness in learning. The Discovery Learning Model aims to train critical, scientific, and analytical thinking skills. Thus, students are expected to be able to find their mathematical structures. This article aims to improve the activeness of class X MAN 4 Kota Pekanbaru students through a Discovery Learning Model with a Scientific Approach. The method used is action research on students in classes with 70 samples. The research was conducted over two cycles, each comprising four stages of activities. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and interviews and then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that this model could improve the student’s learning activeness. Several recommendations can be made to improve student activeness, including explaining the learning objectives, creating discussion groups, and giving rewards to students. However, for more optimal results, it is important to increase the provision of exercises to the students

Get PDFWriting an abstract thesis in 3 languages, Bahasa Indonesia, Arabic, and English, at the KH Institute. Abdul Chalim (IKHAC) Mojokerto is an effort to support the soft skills of its graduates. The purpose of this article was to evaluate the students’ writing skills (al-mahārah al-kitābah) through their Arabic abstract thesis. This article used a qualitative research approach with a literature study method. The study object is the theses of IKHAC students in 2020 that have been archived. Data analysis was conducted following Tarigan’s perspective on error analysis, while the indicators for analyzing errors in Arabic writing were based on the Imla’ rules from Ibrahim Khalil’s perspective. The results of the study indicate that the students of the Tarbiyah Faculty at IKHAC have advanced skills in Arabic writing skill. Further studies are expected to be conducted to assist in evaluating intensive Arabic language courses
Strategi Reading Aloud sebagai solusi meningkatkan keterampilan menghafal Dalil naqli pada Mata Pelajaran Fikih
Get PDFThis study aimed to improve the ability to memorize Naqli verses through the Reading Aloud strategy in MAN 4 Kota Pekanbaru students. The study used the classroom action research method in two cycles with 40 participants. The results showed a significant improvement in the ability of students to memorize Naqli verses after implementing the Reading Aloud strategy. In cycle I, the average score of students increased from 60.1 to 70.2, and in cycle II, the average score increased further to 80.8. These findings suggest that the Reading Aloud strategy effectively improves students' ability to memorize Naqli verses. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers use the Reading Aloud strategy in teaching the memorization of Naqli verses in the classroom. Further research can be conducted to test the effectiveness of the Reading Aloud strategy on a larger group of participants and involve more factors that affect the ability of students to memorize Naqli verses

The main objective of this study is to identify and explore effective strategies for ensuring the quality and quantity of education through an integrative monitoring system for Arabic language learning planning. Using a qualitative approach and literature studies as methods, the writer collected data by searching related literature. The data were analyzed using qualitative methods involving reading, synthesizing, and interpreting information found in the literature. Research findings confirm that the implementation of an integrative monitoring system appropriately has great potential to be used as the best model in planning Arabic language learning to improve the quality of learning significantly

Get PDFThis study uses the interpretivism paradigm to analyze the contrast between conventional and contemporary teaching methods in learning the Arabic language. The conventional teaching method emphasizes mastery of grammar and vocabulary through structured methods, while the contemporary method prioritizes communication and understanding of Arab culture. A literature review was conducted to understand the perspectives of experts in Arabic language learning and shows that contemporary teaching methods are more suitable for Arabic language teaching because it emphasizes communication skills and understanding of Arab culture. However, some studies show that conventional teaching methods are still crucial in strengthening the structured mastery of grammar and vocabulary. This article recommends using contemporary teaching methods in Arabic language learning by paying attention to the structured mastery of grammar and vocabulary and developing appropriate learning strategies based on students' needs and contextual factors

Arabic Language Learning with Communicative Method and Factors Affecting Student's Speaking Ability
Get PDFResearch on communicative methods for acquiring and teaching a second language has been extensively explored. Still, the research is more dominant on the acquisition and teaching of English only. This study aims to describe learning Arabic by using communicative methods and the factors that influence the Arabic speaking ability of students in the superior class of Darussakinah Batu Bersurat Islamic Boarding School. The method used is the descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the use of communicative methods in learning Arabic increases students’ speaking skills, and students actively speak Arabic in the learning process. Other factors that affect students’ speaking ability are the language environment, continuous daily vocabulary, and good mastery of Arabic Grammar (nahwu and shorof grammar). Mastery of Arabic grammar is beneficial for students in reconstructing memorized vocabularies into complete sentences, thus creating a sense of confidence in speaking

No full textThe lack of variety of learning methods and models makes sociology one of the subjects often considered boring. Because of this, students' interest in learning is minimal, and their learning achievement is also low. This study aims to look at implementing the mini-research method as an alternative method of learning sociology, especially on social issues. The method used is descriptive qualitative by analyzing various literature related to the topic and the author's implementation. The application of this method indicates an increase in students' interest in learning which can be seen from their enthusiasm for participating in learning. Furthermore, understanding of the material is also increasing, as evidenced by the evaluation results, which show good grades. Finally, this study concludes that the Mini Research method can be an alternative method of learning sociology, especially on social issue

Get PDFLeadership is an absolute thing that is one of the various central themes in the Islamic perspective to achieve success. However, leadership which is a wash to draw closer and worship Allah SWT, is starting to shift from its essence. Therefore, this study tries to bring back the leader's characteristics and concepts from the Qur'anic perspective. In addition, this would reinforce the leader's characteristics and concepts so that they can be used as a reference in shaping the personality of an ideal leader. The results of this study indicate that leadership in the Qur'an is explained through at least five concepts, namely Khalifah, Imam or Imamah, Ulul 'Amri, Wali, and Malik. In terms of characteristics, a leader should imitate the character of the Prophet Muhammad, namely Shidq, Amanah, Tabligh, and Fathanah, with which the organization he leads can achieve success and blessings according to the expected goals
