Get PDFVietnam's long history starts from the effort to gain independence from France, the prolonged civil war between Communist North Vietnam and nationalist South Vietnam, to the Vietnamese invasion of Cambodia, which led to the massive migration of Vietnamese people to various countries using boats so that refugees This Vietnamese, known as the "Boat People." This study provides a comprehensive explanation of the background of the migration of Vietnamese refugees to Galang Island, the role of UNHCR and the Government of Indonesia in overcoming these problems, and their lives on Galang Island. This historical research was carried out successively from the heuristic process taken from the Vietnam-camp refugee document and observations on Galang Island. The data is then verified, interpreted analytically and synthetically, and presented in descriptive-explanative historiography. Apart from the pluses and minuses of various aspects of the history of Vietnamese refugees on Galang Island from 1979 to 1996, the Indonesian government has been maximal in overcoming the problem of Vietnamese refugees
Pengaruh Nilai Konsumsi dan Pembelian Impulsif terhadap Intensi Pembelian Virtual Item Pada Pemain Mobile Legends: Adventure
Get PDFThe main research of this study was to determine the influence of the value of consumption and impulsive purchases against the intention of purchase of virtual items on players of Mobile Legends: Adventure. The method used in this research is quantitative correlational. The population used in this research is the player of Mobile Legends: Adventure in the server SEA (South East Asia), which amounted to 34.852 people. The results of this study show that: (1) there is positive and not significant between the value of consumption to the intention of the purchase with a correlation coefficient of -0,002 and the coefficient of the significance of 0,980; (2) there is positive and not significant between impulsive purchases against the intention of the purchase with a correlation coefficient of -0.151 and the coefficient of the significance of 0,114; (3) there is a positive and significant influence between the value of consumption to the intention of the purchase simultaneous with a coefficient of multiple correlations of 0,238

Get PDFThe rapid development of technology in the industrial revolution 4.0 is marked by the presence of electronic devices that humans can utilize as users in various work activities. Facing this phenomenon, e-office as records management needs serious attention. In addition to time efficiency, the use of technology can also reduce costs and other resources such as paper, ink, etc. Unfortunately, users sometimes lack the skills to use existing electronic systems. Therefore, this article aims to explain the use of e-office in MAN 4 Kota Pekanbaru and the opportunities, challenges, and obstacles faced. This article was written with a case study approach, namely by explaining the facts in the field using a qualitative descriptive method. The study's conclusion shows that archive management at MAN 4 Kota Pekanbaru is currently carried out using manual and online systems. However, there were several challenges and obstacles encountered during the study, so it is recommended to conduct training so that HR skills can be adequately improved and e-office applications can be implemented optimally

Madrasah Aliyah as an educational institution under the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia which has a special distinction in teaching Islamic Religious Education has the responsibility to find out the alternatives to this problem. Therefore, this study aims to describe the design of internalizing religious moderation values in Fiqh learning at Madrasah Aliyah as a deradicalization effort. This study was carried out using a qualitative descriptive approach to get a complete picture of the various theories. In addition, sources of data from multiple pieces of literature were collected through documentation and analyzed using content analysis techniques. This study recommends that religious moderation values be internalized in Fiqh learning through at least four strategies: integration in learning plans, integration in learning materials, integration in the learning process, and integration in learning evaluation

Pramoedya Ananta Toer's fame as a novelist and his kind personality finally made this novel into a film in 2019. The specialty of this novel should be implemented as a life value, especially by teenagers today. This article aims to analyze the function and meaning of the hyperbole language style contained in the Bumi Manusia novel. This qualitative article used a descriptive method. The data were obtained from words related to hyperbole in this novel. The main instrument is the researcher himself, who uses this novel as a data source. Based on the analysis results, there are 94 hyperbolic language style data. So, it can be concluded that the stylistic function of hyperbole writers tends to apply poetic parts. Meanwhile, in aspects of the meaning of figurative languages, the author succeeds in using denotative and metaphorical meanings in telling the events

Muhammadiyah, one of the largest, oldest organizations and the formulator of the establishment of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, has a strategic role in preventing radicalism and intolerance. This study aims to determine the internalization of moderate Islamic values at SMPS Muhammadiyah Plus Bengkalis. This research is qualitative. Data collection by Interview, Observation, and Documentation. The data analysis technique in this study will use the Interactive Model technique, which consists of Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Conclusion Drawing. The results of this study indicate that the Internalization of Moderate Islamic Values at SMPS Muhammadiyah Plus Bengkalis consists of three stages: Value Transformation, Value Transactions, and Trans-Internalization of Values. In contrast, the internalized values are Tasamuh (tolerance), I'tidal (straight and firm), Tawazun (balance), Musawah (equality), and Shura (deliberation)

An Analysis of Madrasah Aliyah Students’ Ability in Writing Recount Text
Get PDFStudents' ability in writing varies greatly; some students can write recount text, but on the other hand, others don't have that capability. This study focus on five aspects of writing. They are Grammar, Vocabulary, Mechanic, Organization, and Fluency. This study aims to find out the ability of Tenth Grade Students of MAN 4 Kota Pekanbaru in writing recount text. The data collecting technique is using a writing test. The research findings are as follows: first, the Tenth Grade student of MAN 4 Kota Pekanbaru's ability to write recount text is at a good level with an average score of 64.75. Second, the student's average score in terms of Grammar is 61.80, Vocabulary is 69, Mechanic is 70.02, Organization is 61.80, and Fluency is 52.40. This component is the most challenging problem the students face in writing recount texts. This result concluded that the tenth-grade students of MAN 4 Pekanbaru have a relatively good level of writing recount texts. But with an average score of 62.75, they need to practice more in writing a text

To master the competence of reading Arabic texts, students must first master the Arabic Grammar before trying to understand the text they are reading. Furthermore, learning Arabic is often considered a scourge by most students. For that reason, this article aims to describe the NURS learning model as a solution for learning Arabic reading skills. The approach used in writing this article is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through documentation techniques and analyzed using content analysis by Miles and Huberman's theory. The conclusion of this article reveals that the NURS teaching model was designed based on constructivism and humanistic theories. This concept aligns with contextual learning and teaching that integrates student life into the learning process and materials. In addition, this model also allows teachers to become facilitators so the students can explore all existing potential to achieve learning objectives

This article aims to improve students' cognitive learning outcomes on news text material in the linguistic rules sub-material with the silent game learning model. The method used is Classroom Action Research with two cycles. Each cycle is carried out in one meeting. The results showed a significant increase in cognitive learning outcomes. Furthermore, there was an increase in the absorption of students from cycle I to cycle II of 18.66. Meanwhile, learning completeness increased by 75% and completeness of objectives and material subjects by 100%. It concludes that the silent game learning model can improve the students' cognitive learning outcomes
