Pembuatan Plang Nama Usaha Sebagai Upaya Penguatan Identitas Visual pada UMKM Dodol Ibu Eli di Kecamatan Narmada, Kabupaten Lombok Barat
This community service aims to strengthen the visual identity and enhance the attractiveness of the business through designing the business signboard for the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) Dodol Ibu Eli in Narmada District, West Lombok Regency. Before the implementation, the MSME did not have a representative business signboard, making it difficult for customers from outside the area to locate the business. The program was carried out using a participatory approach through several stages, including field observation to identify the needs and location conditions, design discussions with the business owner, collaborative signboard production with a local printing partner, installation, and final evaluation. The results showed that the presence of the business name signboard successfully improved the professional image, strengthened local product branding, and made it easier for customers to recognize the business location. After installation, the business owner reported an increase in new customer visits and higher product sales compared to before the activity. This program is expected to serve as a reference for other MSME owners in recognizing the importance of visual identity as a key element of branding and sustainable business development strategies
Belajar Sebagai Jalan Menuju Kemerdekaan: Studi Analisis Konsep Pendidikan Ki Hajar Dewantara
Learning, according to Ki Hajar Dewantara, is not merely an effort to acquire knowledge, but a continuous process of guiding human potential toward the realization of freedom and wholeness. This study aims to analyze Ki Hajar Dewantara’s educational concept, emphasizing the philosophical foundations of learning as a path to human liberation. Using a library research method, this paper explores the principles underlying Dewantara’s thought, including the principles of independence, natural law (kodrat alam), and culture, which serve as the basis for forming a free and responsible human being. The findings reveal that learning, in Dewantara’s view, functions as a moral and intellectual guide that leads individuals toward the highest form of happiness and harmony, becoming manusia merdeka, or liberated humans. This concept remains profoundly relevant in the context of modern education, particularly in the era of Society 5.0, where technological progress must be balanced with humanistic and ethical awareness. The study further provides a theoretical contribution by reaffirming the urgency of human-centered education and offers practical insights for redesigning 21st-century learning to cultivate independence, critical consciousness, and moral responsibility
Living Hadis tentang Adab terhadap Guru di UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta: Internalisasi Nilai dan Tantangan Modernitas
The hadith on respect toward teachers occupies a vital role in Islamic education, emphasizing that proper adab is the key to the blessing of knowledge. This study aims to examine how the hadith on teacher respect is understood and practiced within the academic culture of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Using a qualitative approach within the living hadith framework and a phenomenological perspective, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving lecturers and students. Thematic analysis shows that the hadith is internalized as moral and spiritual ethics forming an academic habitus characterized by politeness, reverence, and moral exemplarity. The local ngajeni culture strengthens this process, aligning with Islamic ethical teachings. However, digital modernity presents egalitarian challenges that tend to weaken traditional respect. The study recommends revitalizing adab education through leadership, policy, and curriculum integration in Islamic higher education
Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Pengembangan Kompetensi Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam: Analisis Konseptual Berbasis Kajian Pustaka
This study aims to describe the leadership strategies of school principals in enhancing the competence and performance of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) teachers. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review, this research analyzes scholarly works related to educational leadership and teacher professional development. The findings indicate that principals play a crucial role through formal strategies (training and certification), non-formal strategies (workshops, in-house training, and micro-teaching), and collaborative strategies (Professional Learning Communities and MGMP). The implementation of coaching and mentoring also contributes significantly to improving teachers’ pedagogical and professional competencies as well as the quality of IRE instruction. In conclusion, effective and sustainable school principal leadership serves as a key factor in strengthening teacher quality and enhancing IRE learning in schools
Peran Kompetensi Profesional Guru PAUD dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran Berbasis Teknologi
This research aims to explain the role of the professional competence of PAUD teachers in improving the quality of technology-based learning. The focus of the study is directed to the teacher's ability to master teaching materials and integrate digital media in accordance with the child's development stage. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the main data in the form of class observation results and interviews, involving three informants, namely class teachers, accompanying teachers, and the head of the institution. Data analysis is carried out through reduction techniques, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings show that teachers have mastered the material and are able to design relevant learning experiences, but the utilization of technology is still limited due to lack of technical skills and low confidence in operating digital devices. This research confirms the need for a continuous professional development (PKB) program that specifically strengthens the literacy and technology skills of PAUD teachers
Peran Mediasi Voice Behavior dalam Komitmen Organisasi, Keterikatan Karyawan, dan Perubahan Organisasi
This study investigates how organizational commitment and employee engagement influence organizational change through the mediating role of employee voice behavior. Using a descriptive–quantitative approach with a causal–correlational framework, the research was carried out at the Regional Revenue Agency of West Seram Regency over a two-month period (April–May 2024) and involved all 35 employees through a full-sampling technique. Data were analyzed using path analysis to examine direct and indirect effects among variables. The results show that organizational commitment and employee engagement each have a positive and significant effect on employee voice behavior, while voice behavior strongly promotes organizational change, indicated by a substantial path coefficient of 0.887. In contrast, neither organizational commitment nor employee engagement has a direct impact on organizational change; their influence appears only indirectly through voice behavior, confirming a full mediation effect. These findings underscore the strategic importance of fostering a supportive climate that empowers employees to express constructive ideas, as such behavior serves as a critical mechanism for enabling organizational transformation
Tradisi Jum’at Kliwon Keliling Kampung: Studi kasus desa Tanjung Belit kecamatan Siak Kecil kabupaten Bengkalis
The Ratib Jum’at Kliwon tradition in Tanjung Belit Village is a religious and cultural practice that integrates Islamic values with local wisdom. This tradition plays a significant role in the spiritual, social, and cultural life of the community. It serves as a medium to strengthen the belief in monotheism (tauhid), encourage spiritual reflection, and promote repentance among community members. Socially, the tradition functions as a means of fostering solidarity, enhancing social cohesion, and maintaining communal harmony. Moreover, it contributes to the preservation of cultural heritage by harmonizing Islamic teachings with indigenous traditions. This study uses a qualitative approach through interviews and observations, focusing on the implementation, meaning, and social impacts of the Ratib Jum’at Kliwon tradition. The findings highlight that the tradition remains a vital part of community identity and resilience in the face of social changes
Strategi pengambilan keputusan di lingkungan pesantren: Studi kasus pada pesantren Darul Falah Ternate
his study aims to examine the dynamics of modernization in the management of Pondok Pesantren Darul Falah Ternate and to analyze the extent to which these changes influence the characteristics and existence of the pesantren. The background of this research lies in the social transformation and the demands of the times, which require pesantren to adapt without abandoning their religious identity. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings show that modernization at Pondok Pesantren Darul Falah includes the development of an educational management system, the integration of general and religious curricula, and the use of information technology. Nevertheless, the traditional values of the pesantren are still upheld as the foundation for students’ character formation. The study concludes that modernization does not negate the essence of the pesantren, but rather strengthens its role as an adaptive Islamic educational institution. The implications of this study highlight the importance of inclusive and visionary managerial strategies for enabling pesantren to transform sustainably in facing global challenges

This literature-based study revisits the political consolidation, fiscal innovation, and administrative reforms achieved by the Umayyad Caliphate (661–750 CE). Using a qualitative historiographical approach, it synthesises primary chronicles and recent academic works to expose three key developments: (1) transformation from elective caliphate to hereditary monarchy; (2) economic unification through Arabisation of currency and bureaucracy; and (3) layered administrative offices that standardised taxation, justice, and communication across a trans-regional empire. These findings show how how early government system, monetary policy, and institutional design under Muawiyah, Abdul Malik, and Umar II propelled unprecedented expansion yet simultaneously seeded structural weaknesses that precipitated decline. The article clarifies the caliphate’s dual legacy: state-building prototypes for later Muslim polities and cautionary lessons on centralised power; and suggests comparative avenues for future Islamic governance research
Komodifikasi Sensasi: Analisis Strategi Digital Branding dan Visual Marketing Bakso Rusuk Joss dalam Menciptakan Viralitas di Media Sosial
This study analyzes the digital branding strategy and virality mechanisms of Bakso Rusuk Joss (BRJ), a viral culinary MSME in Indonesia. Using a qualitative netnographic approach on TikTok and Instagram, supported by interviews and documentation, the study examines online interactions, visual content, and user-generated content (UGC). The findings show that BRJ’s success is driven by three key factors: (1) visual-led product innovation (e.g., Bakso Lava) that encourages UGC production; (2) experiential marketing that transforms eating into a shareable visual and emotional experience; and (3) influencer-driven exposure that triggers Fear of Missing Out (FOMO). These strategies position consumers as active co-creators who amplify brand visibility organically. The study concludes that BRJ commodifies sensation, where product value lies not only in taste but in its potential to generate digital content and attention. This research provides insights for culinary MSMEs in designing effective marketing strategies within the attention economy
