Resolution on the Implementation of Extracurricular Scouting Education at the East Jakarta Sub-District Council
This study aims to explore how Scouting extracurricular programs are implemented in several elementary schools in East Jakarta and what factors influence their effectiveness. Using purposive sampling, three schools in the Lubang Buaya area were selected, with data gathered through interviews, documentation, and questionnaires involving principals, curriculum vice principals, and Scout Leaders. Data were analyzed using source and technical triangulation. Findings show that Scouting plays a significant role in shaping character and strengthening Pancasila values (P5) through Dasadharma and Satya Pramuka. Two schools (SDN 06 and SDN 012) were effective in terms of human resource input, supported by complete coaching teams for each level. Only one school met the criteria for facilities and equipment, although all had adequate outdoor training areas. In terms of budget allocation (RKAS), only SDN 06 documented Scouting expenses. Academic demands and limited parental or environmental support remains key obstacles to program implementation
The Mediating Effect of Work Engagement on the Influence of Career Development on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency of Western Seram Regency
This study examines the mediating role of work engagement in the relationship between career development and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency of West Seram Regency. Using a quantitative, explanatory research design, data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression and Sobel mediation tests. The results show that career development significantly improves OCB, and this effect becomes stronger when work engagement acts as a mediator. Employees who experience clear career pathways, competency-based development, and fair promotion systems tend to exhibit higher levels of vigor, dedication, and absorption, which in turn encourage voluntary behaviors beyond formal job roles. The findings also indicate that work engagement plays a substantial role in shaping positive employee behavior, serving as a psychological link between career development policies and OCB. The study highlights the importance of aligning career development initiatives with engagement strategies to enhance organizational performance in the public sector
Islam dan kerukunan umat beragama: Merajut kemanusiaan universal
Religious pluralism is an undeniable reality in contemporary society, yet much of the discourse on Islamic tolerance remains limited to normative-theological or historical approaches, often overlooking Islam’s practical role in fostering interreligious harmony and addressing global challenges. This study aims to analyze the concept and practice of interreligious harmony from an Islamic perspective and explore Islam’s contribution to universal humanity. Using a library research method, the study collects and critically analyzes various classical and contemporary sources, including tafsir literature, scholarly books, and academic articles, to construct a comprehensive theoretical framework. The findings reveal that Islam offers a strong theological foundation for interfaith coexistence, exemplified through the principles of rahmatan lil ‘ālamīn, lakum dīnukum wa liya dīn, and reinterpretations of ahl al-dzimmah. Moreover, Islam contributes to global humanity through the promotion of ukhuwah insāniyah, social justice, environmental ethics, and peacebuilding values. These universal Islamic values, when actualized, have the potential to foster multicultural education, inclusive public policies, and sustained interreligious dialogue. Therefore, this study positions Islam not only as a religion of private devotion but also as a transformative force capable of building a more peaceful, just, and sustainable global civilization
Analisis Nilai Pendidikan Islam dalam Buku “Jika Tuhan Maha Kuasa Kenapa Manusia Menderita?” Menyikapi Krisis Iman Gen Z
This study analyzes the Islamic educational values contained in Ulil Abshar Abdalla’s book “Jika Tuhan Maha Kuasa, Kenapa Manusia Menderita?” (If God Is Almighty, Why Do Humans Suffer?) as a theological response to Generation Z’s faith crisis in the digital era. Using a qualitative descriptive and literature-based approach, this research explores how the concepts of tauhid (divine unity) and ikhlas (sincerity) are presented as essential values in strengthening spiritual awareness and understanding human suffering from an Islamic perspective. The findings reveal that both values serve as the foundation for developing reflective and humanistic Islamic education, guiding individuals to interpret suffering as a means of spiritual growth rather than divine punishment. The study concludes that integrating tauhid and ikhlas within Islamic education can foster resilience, meaning, and faith maturity among modern Muslim youth
Model Pelayanan Berdasarkan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Seram Barat
This study aims to analyze and formulate a service model based on the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) at the Population and Civil Registration Office of West Seram Regency. The research uses a descriptive quantitative method with a Likert scale and analyzes data based on the 14 IKM elements established in the Regulation of the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform. A total of 129 service users participated as respondents. Data were processed using descriptive statistics and spider web analysis. The results concluded that the IKM scores ranged from 3.59 to 3.84, placing the overall average IKM of 3.72 in the “Good” category. The recommended service model emphasizes maintaining high service standards through fast, responsive, fair, friendly, and transparent procedures. Officer discipline, ability, and assertiveness must be strengthened alongside clear service costs and schedules. Improving comfort and integrating digital service features are also essential to enhance efficiency and public satisfaction

Students in lectures often prioritize other courses that align with their study programs or interests compared to Christian Religious Education (CRE), which is a mandatory curriculum course. CRE is often perceived as a general subject, causing students not to take it seriously or prioritize it. For many students, Christian Religious Education has already been studied within the family environment, formal education in the church, and formal education at the elementary, junior high, and high school levels. However, Christian Religious Education in higher education serves as a formative pathway aimed at shaping the personality of Christian students as future intellectuals and young professionals. It equips them with a foundation of Christian faith to think, analyze, and plan various aspects of life, as well as to act in ways that build life meaningfully. Recognizing the importance of Christian Religious Education, universities place this course in the early semesters (semester 1 and semester 2) across all faculties at Pattimura University. Guru Sebagai Supervisor: Kajian Pustaka tentang Membangun Pembelajaran Kreatif dan Inovatif
The rapid digital transformation and the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka in Indonesia necessitate a paradigm shift in education. This study aims to analyze the teacher's role as a supervisor in fostering creative and innovative learning environments. Using a qualitative library research method with content analysis, this study synthesized literature from 2019 to 2025. The results indicate that the teacher's supervisory role has evolved from rigid administrative oversight to a formative-interactive process that integrates digital mentoring. Effective strategies include the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) and the integration of immersive technologies like VR/AR. Furthermore, addressing challenges such as high administrative workloads and resistance to change requires continuous professional training and resource optimization. In conclusion, teacher supervision acts as a vital catalyst for educational transformation in the Society 5.0 era, supporting national goals for higher student competency
Epistemologi Penelitian Pendidikan: Telaah Teoretis atas Ruang Lingkup dan Fungsinya dalam Pendidikan Modern
This literature based study examines the epistemology of educational research by addressing the central question: how do the epistemological scope and functions of research shape the development of contemporary educational science? The analysis focuses on three epistemological dimensions the nature of knowledge, sources of validity, and modes of scientific justification. The study employs a structured literature review with selection criteria that include open-access articles published between 2020 and 2025, relevance to epistemology and educational research methodology, and the presence of theoretically substantive findings. The review indicates that epistemological foundations significantly influence research orientation, methodological coherence, and the strength of scientific argumentation in both theory-building and educational practice. The conceptual contribution of this study lies in mapping the linkage between epistemic structures and the core functions of research from theory development and problem-solving to policy formulation thus reinforcing an integrative and reflective paradigm for modern education
Peningkatan kesadaran siswa tentang bahaya kecanduan gadget bagi generasi Alpha
Gadget addiction among children, particularly those of the Alpha Generation, has become a serious concern due to its negative impacts on physical, mental, and social development. This study aimed to increase students’ awareness of gadget addiction and promote preventive measures. A community service program was conducted at SMP N 3 Mojogedang involving 35 seventh-grade students. The intervention included educational sessions, discussions, and distribution of infographics. Students’ knowledge was assessed using a pretest and posttest design. The findings showed a significant improvement in students’ knowledge: 94.29% of participants achieved a good category after the intervention compared to only 14.29% before. Educational interventions are effective in raising awareness and preventing gadget addiction among Alpha Generation students, highlighting the importance of school-based preventive education
Dinamika Tanggung Jawab Pendidikan Karakter Anak dalam Sistem Kekerabatan Minangkabau
Problems related to children's character are still a problem related to the frequent occurrence of deviations in their behavior. In Minangkabau society, there is a slightly different view of the role holder in developing children's character, namely involving the role of Mamak or the mother's brother to share responsibility for the character that grows in children (nephews). The study aims to describe the responsibility for children's character education in the Minangkabau kinship system, and to analyze the dynamics of the responsibility for children's character education in the Minangkabau kinship system and the causes. This study uses a literature review, which is part of a qualitative descriptive method using relevant reading sources. The results of the analysis show that there has been a shift in the responsibility for children's character education from Mamak to parents as a whole, caused by the Mamak's work which results in their own busyness, then the Mamak's busyness with their respective families
