Islamic Education Management: Innovation and Challenges in the Digital Era
This study investigates the transformation of Islamic education management in addressing innovation and digital-era challenges through a structured Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The review analyzes how Islamic educational institutions adapt to technological change while preserving Islamic ethical principles as the foundation of managerial practices. The findings reveal a paradigm shift from conventional administrative models toward digitally driven governance marked by enhanced transparency, efficiency, and accountability. Key innovations include curriculum modernization, the expansion of digital learning environments, and the integration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support effective and value-based learning. Despite these advancements, several obstacles persist, such as varying levels of digital competence among educators, unequal access to technological infrastructure, and cultural resistance to digital adoption. The study concludes that successful digital transformation in Islamic education requires a combination of technological readiness, visionary leadership, policy reform, and human capital development. The research provides conceptual and practical contributions to designing an integrative management model aligned with Islamic values
Analisis Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru PAUD Lulusan Non Sarjana PG PAUD
The educational background of a teacher strongly shapes the quality of instruction, particularly in early childhood settings where pedagogical decisions must align with children’s developmental needs. This study examines the pedagogical competence of early childhood teachers who graduated from non-Early Childhood Education (non-PAUD) programs an increasingly common condition in many PAUD institutions due to limited availability of qualified teachers. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through observations, interviews, and document analysis, the research focuses on classroom teachers at TK Islam An-Nur Bastari whose academic backgrounds differ from typical PAUD educators. The findings show that the mismatch between educational background and teaching field directly affects teachers’ mastery of developmental theories, lesson planning, and the implementation of play-based learning. Despite this, the study also reveals that pedagogical competence can continue to grow through teaching experience, targeted training, and strong institutional support. These insights highlight the urgency for schools and policymakers to design structured professional development programs, especially mentoring and in-house training tailored for non-PAUD graduates, to ensure quality learning in early childhood education
Dilema Audit Kinerja: Antara Pengawasan Seremonial dan Perbaikan Nyata
This study investigates the dilemma of performance auditing in Indonesia’s public sector through a systematic review of 30 articles published from 2015–2024 using the PRISMA 2020 protocol. Findings show that audits remain largely ceremonial, indicated by a low recommendation implementation rate averaging 12% and the use of audit results for political legitimacy rather than substantive improvement. Analyses of the New Capital City (IKN) project and COVID-19 social assistance reveal that major findings by the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK) in 2022–2023 were followed mostly by administrative corrections instead of structural reforms. Key barriers include political costs, limited auditor capacity, and weak follow-up monitoring. Evidence from Central Java shows that participatory audits can raise implementation rates by up to 40% through greater horizontal accountability. This study introduces the concept of “political ceremonialism” and recommends stronger monitoring units, integrated e-audit systems, outcome-based competencies, and improved sanctions
Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Peran Mediasi Locus of Control terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Maluku
This study examines the influence of job satisfaction and the mediating role of locus of control on employee performance at the Regional Civil Service Agency of Maluku Province. Using a descriptive–quantitative design with causal-correlational orientation, the study involved a population of 144 employees, with 100 respondents selected through simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results indicate that locus of control significantly enhances job satisfaction and employee performance, while job satisfaction also significantly improves performance. Moreover, locus of control indirectly affects performance through its positive impact on job satisfaction. These findings suggest that fostering an internal locus of control and improving job satisfaction can serve as practical strategies to enhance employee performance and inform theoretical models of organizational behavior
Urgensi Penerapan UU PDP Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 dalam Pertanggungjawaban Hukum atas Kasus Kebocoran Data NPWP
Technological advancements and the growing digitalization of public services have significantly increased the processing of citizens’ personal data.. However, this situation also increases the risk of data leaks, as demonstrated by the leak of Taxpayer Identification Numbers (NPWP) that has affected millions of individuals since September 2024. This study examines the regulatory framework for personal data protection based on Law No. 27 of 2022, evaluates the urgency of its implementation in preventing and responding to data breaches, and analyzes the legal implications for parties that fail to protect personal data. Using a normative juridical method and a statutory approach, the findings show that Law Number 27 of 2022 provides comprehensive regulations for all stages of personal data management and imposes administrative, civil, and criminal sanctions for violations. However, law enforcement still faces challenges in the form of low public legal awareness, weak monitoring mechanisms, limited cross-sector coordination, and the absence of precedents for imposing sanctions and strict legal accountability mechanisms in data breach cases such as NPWP, so that the restoration of data owners' rights has not been optimal. Therefore, strengthening institutional capacity and improving public education are crucial to ensuring effective protection of citizens' privacy in the digital age

Overall, effective management of Merdeka Curriculum development contributes to the comprehensive improvement of student learning outcomes
Analisis perbandingan metode tafsir al-Muqaran dan al-Mawdhu’i dalam kajian tematik al-Qur’an
This article explores two prominent approaches in Qur’anic exegesis: al-Muqaran (comparative) and al-Mawdhu’i (thematic) methods. Employing a qualitative library-based methodology, the study investigates the theoretical foundations, procedural steps, and practical applications of both methods. The al-Muqaran method focuses on comparing interpretations from various exegetes or between related verses to identify similarities and differences in hermeneutical perspectives. In contrast, the al-Mawdhu’i method collects all Qur’anic verses related to a specific theme and analyzes them holistically to construct an integrated understanding of the subject. This article presents examples of both methods and evaluates their respective strengths and limitations. The findings reveal that while the comparative method enriches inter-textual and cross-exegetical dialogue, the thematic method offers systematic insights on contemporary issues. The study concludes that both approaches are complementary and vital in responding to the epistemological and practical demands of modern Qur’anic studies
Kesalehan ibu dan pembentukan kepribadian anak: Tafsir Tematik QS. Ali Imran Ayat 35–36
This study investigates the role of maternal piety in shaping children’s personality development based on a thematic interpretation of Surah Ali Imran (verses 35–36). Using a qualitative approach and literature-based design, the study draws data from Qur’anic verses, classical and modern tafsir, and supporting scholarly literature. Data were analyzed through content analysis within a thematic Qur’anic exegesis framework. The findings indicate four central points: (1) children are divine trusts endowed with innate purity, for which mothers bear primary moral responsibility; (2) while both parents share educational roles, fathers tend to fulfill material needs, whereas mothers focus on emotional and psychological nurturing; (3) mothers act as the child’s first educators and moral anchors; and (4) environmental factors play a major role in personality formation, with the mother as the most consistent influence. The study concludes that maternal piety plays a crucial role in shaping the moral, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of a child within Islamic teachings
