صحیح البخاری کی احادیثِ مبارکہ سے استنباطِ احکام میں شیخ عبد الخالق کا منہج وأسلوب (غنیۃ القاری کے تناظرمیں): THE STYLE OF SHAYKH ABDUL-KHALIQ IN ELICITATION JURISPRUDENTIAL ISSUES FROM THE AHADITHS OF SAHIH AL-BUKHARI (IN THE CONTEXT OF GHUNYATUL-QARI)
Allah\u27s book Qur\u27an and the blessed hadiths of his Messenger ﷺ are the main sources of Sharia. Qur’an is the original and principle source and the hadiths are its explanations and interpretations. Along with this, it is also a fact that Allah blessed the Holy Prophet ﷺ with Jawame\u27 Al-Kalem. It means that he was given the ability to convey more meanings and themes in fewer words. The jurists and scholars of hadith extracted the hidden rules and issues in the words of hadiths and preserved them in their books.
Maulana Abd al-Khaliq Bajuri is one of these scholars of hadith, who wrote a thick commentary on Sahih al-Bukhari, and in it he paid special attention to the explanation of the words of the hadiths and the debate on their authenticity, as well as the extraction of fiqhi rules. This is the subject of this article

نوجوانان ِعصر حاضرکےلئے نوجوانان عہد نبویؐ کےکردار سے درس: A LESSON FOR TODAY\u27S TEENAGERS FROM THE ROLE OF TEENAGERS IN THE PROPHET\u27S ERA
Young people are the axis of every movement associated with any civilization, culture, religion and nation. Whether it is a revolutionary movement, a constructive movement, a cultural movement, a political movement or a religious movement, the youth are others in every scene. In the movement of the Prophets of God, including the center of the movement and the center of efforts of the President of Islam, the young people were the center of the movement. A careful study of the biography of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) shows that the work of responsibility in the era of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was mostly done by the youth. Was handed over. History clearly provides numerous examples of this. However, when a tribe accepted Islam, the Prophet ﷺ appointed an intelligent and fit young man as its chief on the basis of his ability, despite the fact that there were high-ranking elders and capable personalities. The criteria was not according to lineage or age, the criteria was who is more familiar with Islamic teachings, principles and Sharia, who is more enthusiastic about his new religion and shows passion and dedication, who has Quranic surah’s for leading prayers. Most of the young people came to Madinah and memorized the Qur\u27anic surah’s more quickly and easily, that is, these qualities were present in most of the young people, therefore, in the history of the Prophet\u27s era, that is, during the reign of Sayyid al-Mursaleen, Khatim al-Nabiyeen ﷺ, which is a strong, wise and all-round plan. The closure is amazing. He did not consider the honor of the nation, clan and lineage but the piety, efficiency and character of the individual as a priority and that is why he gave opportunity to the able youths to express their skills and management. Although he did not need any consultation, he himself was deprived of the most holy advice. The Lord of the Universe wanted to give a plan of action in the form of Sunnah for the future generations and the rulers of the time. He used to say that the aim was to train the youth so that they would be ready for important issues and responsibilities in the future. And he held the reins of Islam according to the teachings of the Qur\u27an and Hadith and Sunnah and not only spread Islam throughout the world, but also gave him eternal life with his deeds until the Day of Judgment. It is daring that the subject is so vast that it is like filling a river in a jug

This instrument is expected to provide a reliable and valid tool for identifying academic challenges and promoting academic quality in workers welfare schools
READING ACHIEVEMENT GAP BETWEEN PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS IS VISIBLE IN EGRA SCORES
There is a difference in reading proficiency between pupils who attend public and private schools. In this study, reading proficiency among fourth-graders in public and private schools was assessed and compared. 100 pupils from each type of school made up the study\u27s final participant count of 200 grade 4 students. The Early Grade Reading Assessment (EGRA) results showed that the private school group outperformed the public-school group on each of the three subtasks. Particularly, more pupils in the private school group received proficient or advanced ratings on the EGRA. In terms of total EGRA scores, the private school group outperformed the public-school group, according to the t-test results. In comparison to the public-school group, the private school group\u27s mean EGRA score was 12.5, while the latter was 10.5. These results imply that students who attend private schools outperform their public-school peers on the Early Grade Reading Assessment. It is crucial to remember that this study did not go into the underlying reasons for this discrepancy. Why private school children typically perform better on reading examinations requires further investigation

پائیدار ترقی کے ہدف انسداد غربت کی موجودہ صورتحال : ماخذات شرعیہ کی روشنی میں ایک مطالعاتی جائزہ: CURRENT SITUATION OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT’S GOAL POVERTY ERADICATION: A STUDY REVIEW IN THE LIGHT OF ISLAMIC SOURCES
The eradication of poverty has been a longstanding global objective, particularly since the inception of relentless capitalism. The General Assembly, recognizing its significance, emphasized the eradication of poverty as a pivotal theme in sustainable development during the 1997 Program for the further implementation of Agenda 21. Despite the proclamation of the Millennium Development Goals in the early 21st century, poverty has persisted on the world agenda, with an alarming trend of its exacerbation rather than elimination. The global scenario suggests a worsening situation, raising concerns about achieving the primary sustainable development goal of eradicating poverty, succinctly articulated as "End poverty in all its forms everywhere." This paper critically reviews the current status of poverty alleviation efforts, offering insights into how Islam perceives and systematically addresses poverty. The study draws from Islamic sources to provide a nuanced understanding and proposes potential avenues for effective eradication. The research methodology employed involves an in-depth examination of relevant Islamic texts, comparative analyses with contemporary socio-economic conditions, and concludes an exploration of strategic instances where Islamic principles successfully addressed poverty
قانون ِ زکوۃ و عشر میں مستثنیات ِ زکوۃ کا تنقیدی جائزہ: A CRITICAL REVIEW OF ITEMS EXCEPTIONS FROM ZAKAT IN THE ZAKAT & USHR ORDINANCE
In the Zakat and Ushr Law 1980 and other provincial Zakat and Ushr laws, ten items have been exempted from the deduction of zakat by the government and regarding the zakat of these items, the Zakat payer has been advised that the zakat of these items should either be paid by the government i.e., to deposit into the official Zakat Fund or pay Zakat to an institution (which can receive Zakat according to Shariah). A few debatable exceptions to Zakat are livestock, industrial trade, diamonds and stones, current account, foreign currency accounts, and joint accounts [Local & foreign], ancient, and modern scholars and jurists have presented their opinions on it according to Shariah and concluded that it is the responsibility of the Imam or Ruler to arrange the system of Zakat collection by these said items. It is hard work, but the government buys wheat from the farmers at the official level, so why is it not possible to collect zakat from cattle? Although an excuse can be made regarding cattle that it is more laborious, although there is also labour in the collection of wheat. Also, if the government takes appropriate measures in this regard and sells the same animals by setting up an official market on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha, the people can be protected from social evils like forgery and dumping. In this paper, an analytical and critical approach has been adopted in the context of narrative research style and the written errors found in these Zakat laws have also been pointed out
