Fiqh al Aqalliyyat is a legal doctrine proposed in the 1990s by Muslim scholars Dr. Taha Jabar al-Alwani and Dr. Yusuf al-Qardawi. The doctrine argues that Muslim minorities residing in the West, have unique religious needs that are different from those of Muslims in Islamic countries, and therefore require a distinct legal discipline to address these needs. The significant migration of Muslims to Europe and America over the last century, especially in the latter half of the 20th century, has created a new and challenging situation, and Fiqh al-Aqalliyyat aims to handle the day-to-day problems faced by millions of Muslims living in the West by finding solutions within the framework of Islamic jurisprudence while taking into consideration the host society\u27s culture and values

Imam Bukhari\u27s Sahih Bukhari has been blessed with the honour and acceptance by Allah; perhaps no other human book in the world has received this honour, because Sahih Bukhari is a comprehensive collection of tafseer, hadiths, and their titles and application in conflicting traditions, under different names. They are written in different descriptive ways. But there is still room to write about the beliefs and knowledge of religion on Sahih Bukhari. This is because Imam Bukhari has a different mujtahidan perspective in the science of theology, like jurisprudence, interpretation and hadith, and he also presents his innovative thought without fear and danger. For this reason, if Sahih Bukhari is viewed from the point of view of theological discussions, hundreds of such theological issues can be deduced from "Kitab ul-Tawheed" which can be used to summarize centuries of controversal discussions in a few moments. One of the important issues is Imam Bukhari\u27s stance about the Jahamiyyah sect and the Mu\u27tazila sect, that Imam Bukhari rejects the beliefs of these sects in Sahih Bukhari\u27s Kitab ul-Tawheed and proves these beliefs wrong, or supports the beliefs of these sects and presents an argument for their validity. Therefore, the aim of writter in this article will be to clarify the position of Imam Bukhari regarding the Jahamiyyah sect and the Mu\u27tazila sect in the light of Sahih Bukhari\u27s Kitab ul-Tawheed
