WESTERN AND ISLAMIC CONCEPTS ABOUT ANIMAL RIGHTS (A COMPARATIVE STUDY)
Full text linkThis paper explores the contrasting perspectives on animal rights in Western and Islamic traditions. The Western viewpoint often emphasizes the ethical treatment of animals based on notions of sentience, empathy, and ecological sustainability. In contrast, Islamic teachings approach animal rights through a religious and ethical framework, with emphasis on compassion, stewardship, and moderation in resource utilization. By analyzing these two distinct viewpoints, the paper contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of global perspectives on animal rights and encourages dialogue for more humane treatment of animals worldwide. The Quranic injunctions against causing unnecessary harm align with the principles of animal welfare, urging Muslims to provide for and protect animals under their care. However, differences emerge in the philosophical justifications and practical implications of animal rights. The Western discourse tends to emphasize the intrinsic value of animals\u27 sentience, while the Islamic framework underscores the ethical responsibilities of humans as stewards of creation

For 75 years, the blood of Palestinians is being shed with great cruelty. Each day, the Palestinian people endure unimaginable hardships, facing forced migration and enduring the constant threat of losing their homes, their businesses, and the very essence of their identity. Their children, the hope for a brighter future, are subjected to unspeakable horrors, leaving scars that may never heal. Amidst this turmoil, the world remains a silent spectator, turning a blind eye to the egregious violations of human rights in Palestine. Governments falter in their responsibility to address this humanitarian crisis, leaving the fate of an entire populace hanging in the balance. His area of research is Eschatology in comparative study of Religions. He preaches the Islam and criticizes the Western Civilization and its thoughts. His research of contemporary issues towards Islam is a great service of Muslim Umah in Post Nine Eleven circumstances. US Middle East Experts claim that the Holy land belongs to Jews and Jerusalem is not mentioned in the Quran. Sh. Imran wrote a creative research book answering these Orientalists. He had a layout of the subject issue because the IIIT scholars recommended him to write on this issue in 1970s. He wrote many books having quality research based on the Quran and Hadith. He thinks that Western Democracy is not suitable for Muslim world. He tells that the Caliphate political system can solve world political and monetary issues. In the light of Islamic primary research sources, he discussed on the West Civilization, its values and the Zionist Movement. He is a valuable occidentalist. He has presented quality research on New World Order, Secularism, Feminism, Capitalism, Democracy, Riba baced Economy criticizing the West. His thesis is that the Western Civilization is the system of Antichrist and Gog Magog. It encourages the Ahmediyah Messianic movement, so it is against all prophets especially the Last Prophet PBUH. He also thinks that Western life style is like oppressive atheism of Pharaoh that will be destroyed by Almighty soon

In other words, controlling oneself over the provocative actions and movements of others are called humility. Unfortunately, there is a severe lack of tolerance and meekness in our society today. As a result, the poison like intolerance is hollowing out the roots of the society and this poison is so embedded in our society that no sector of life in our society is safe from the danger of this poison. From homes to markets and streets, from educational institutions to offices, you will see intolerance everywhere. Due to which people come down to quarrels and gossip over trivial matters and eventually leads to serious crimes like murder. Similarly, fighting in homes ultimately leads to divorce and separation. In educational institutions which are the guarantors of the future of any society, due to intolerance, the students do not tolerate the warning style of their teachers, nor do the teachers train the children by holding on to the spiritual father\u27s status. Similarly, our offices also turn into personal grudges due to intolerance and then the cold war between the employees affects the performance of the institution. Therefore, for the development and prosperity of the society, it is necessary to promote the highest moral attitudes like tolerance in the society so that the society can travel towards development and prosperity

Full text linkThe role of governors in international politics has been a subject of debate and political theories since the birth of political entities. The modern governor is a leader who leads the people and manages regional affairs. The Islamic polity was developed by the Holy Prophet (SAW), and later on was further consolidated by Khulafa e Rashideen. Governors were not only governors but also administrators, taxation officials, judges, and managers. The power delegated to governors by the central authority was tight, and they were held accountable. Governors violating precedents, set laws, or codes of conduct were punished. The most important tasks included theological leadership and military recruitment, including fiscal issues. Piety was the first requisite for a provincial Amir or Wali to continue working on the same post. Appointments made by the Holy Prophet (SAW) provided detailed guidelines for the coming generations, clarifying the functions and authorities of provincial governors. It is nearly impossible to chart the work done on the life of Prophet Muhammad (saw). Every biographer has studied and presented different aspects of the life of Muhammad (saw) in a new perspective. This subject has been penned down in almost every language on the planet. Since the biography of the prophet is dependent on traditions and imitation, dissension is natural to occur in this regard. On this dissent in traditions regarding the aforementioned subject, a lot of scholars have worked for conformity and preference in the traditions. Every author has tried to avoid this dissent. In urdu biographical literature Maulana Safi ur Rahman\u27s book "Al Raheeq al Makhtoom" is a fundamental book in which he has analyzed these dissents and has established conformity and preference in it. In this Research article, these dissents in the traditions regarding Muhammad\u27s life will be analyzed in "Al Raheeq ul malhtoom" perspective

Hence, the answer to the question of how to achieve this noble goal has also been pivotal. Many, including religiously motivated and politically inspired experts and scholars, have tried to answer this question. Knowledge, awareness, and dialogue about the founder of the religion, his life, historical background, faith, and religious practices can be a key factor to promote interfaith harmony through dialogue for sustainable development of all communities. Moreover, life history of Prophet Jesus (AS) is worth studying for his own sake since he, being a prophet, is highly valued and respected in both major religions of the world.

Therefore, this paper aims to examine the life of Prophet Jesus (AS) in the light of primary sources of Islam and Christianity, the Quran, and the Bible. His miraculous birth, various stages of his life history, his message, the opposition, overall response of his people, answer to the question whether he was crucified or raised up in the heavens as well as his second coming is studied in this research highlighting the commonalities and differences from both scriptures. It is hoped that this research would also lead to further interaction between Muslim and Christian intellectuals opening the doors for better understanding of both religions and close relations in academia
