Full text linkThe theory of learning behaviorism observe the change of one's behavior as a result of past experience. This theory emphasizes that the behavior is a result of the interaction between the stimulus and the response. This theory does not recognize the presence of innate intelligence or derivatives, but rather recognizes that intelligence is influenced by environmental factors. This theory can be applied in learning that requires practice, habituation and repetition. Therefore, to introduce and understand about Asmaul Husna, the theory of behaviorism can be applied in the process of habituation. The recitation of Asmaul Husna is very much contained in its role. Among them to introduce and hang students about Asmaul Husna, so students will feel closer to God if they often apply Asmaul Husna readings and will always feel that everything we do is supervised by God. Full text linkIn its development, madrasas have undergone various changes, namely from the pesantren learning system to the madrasa system; from traditional to classical methods; from halaqah system to benches, desks and blackboards; from traditional to modern curricula; from classical education to modern educational reform. the change indicates the existence of process or efforts of development of madrasah education in the direction of more advanced, qualified and competitive from time to time. Conceptually, one way to improve the quality of education and competitiveness of madrasah in the era of globalization competition is to implement strategic management which includes 4 stages such as environmental analysis, formulating, implementing and evaluating strategic decisions between functions that enable an organization to achieve its goals in the future. Strategic Management is based on the entire scope of the work. There is a spirit that is timeless, even the underlying model of ideal education in the contemporary era. Development of Islamic epistemology for education should be able to give birth to a generation of Muslims who worships in the field of religion and experts in the field of science and technology. pesantren as an educational institution of Islam with a good management should be able to play its role to achieve this goal. Whereas in fact there who think that pesantren have not been able to put its strategic position in the development of science in accordance with the times. Nevertheless, the existence of Islamic educational institutions such as pesantren is evidence that pesantren have been organized in a good management so that it can survive in changing times from time to time. In addition, job design determines work relations between employees, between employees and superiors, types of work, and socio-economic relations. Through design work is carried out changing the content, functions and relations of work that are able to complete in accordance with the target and boss satisfaction. Job design and analysis includes; authority of the office holder, routine implementation of duties, identity of the holder, and involvement of the incumbent. Job functions include; work methods used, work coordination, responsibility, information flow, and work authority. While employment relations include joint work activities between officials and all employees in one agency.

Full text linkPsychomotor assessment is characterized by the presence of physical activity and performance skills by students. Unlike the students 'cognitive assessment, psychomotor assessment is based on the actualization and implementation of students' understanding of the various subject matter that has been obtained in the classroom. In some of the subject matter, psychomotor assessment determines the success of a lesson. This article is a literature research. this article aims to find students' psychomotor assessment format in Islamic Religious Education subject matter. The results of this study conclude that the assessment of the success of learners is not only determined from the cognitive aspects, but also from the affective and psychomotor aspects. Standard psychomotor assessment is made different from the cognitive assessment, that is by way of describing the test scores. Psychomotor assessment should be held by direct observation of learners, can not only practiced by written tests.

No full textLately, the weakness of the individual's ability to act effectively and healthily against situations, reality and social relationships, due to low self-esteem, neglect and self-denial if allowed to do so may lead to aggressive behavior, regardless of peer, isolate to psychological problems heavier. Guidance and counseling services have a strategic role in improving students' social adjustment. Some good approaches in counseling services or group guidance that are empirically proven to be effective in improving social adjustment in schools. Improved social adjustment should take into account the context of academic and non-academic environments. Guidance curriculum services occupy the largest portion in the implementation of guidance and counseling because it is proactive, preventive and related to behavioral development. The main objective in this article describes the impact, the importance of improving student self-adjustment, and prior research on the importance of improving self-adjustment. this article is expected to contribute positively to the development of the character of students, especially for students who have difficulty in adapting to their environment
