Propuesta de mejora de la eficiencia y la eficacia del área encargada de los procesos de importación en la empresa SETRECOL S.A.S
No full textEl propósito del siguiente trabajo es apoyar la implementación de estrategias que consigan la optimización de los procesos de importación en la empresa SETRECOL SAS, donde se incluye el análisis documental, el rastreo en tiempo real de la mercancía, la inspección de contenedores,comunicación con el cliente para mantener al día con las operaciones que se estén llevando acabo con dicha mercancía, esto con el fin de que se eviten contra tiempos en el proceso logístico.
El presente trabajo se realiza de la mano con los analistas y jefe encargado de las operaciones de importación en la empresa SETRECOL SAS, en donde se observa una deficiencia en la agilización
de los procesos de importación, principalmente debido a la gran carga laboral que tienen los analistas, esto por no contar con un orden específico en el cual se pudiera dar a conocer cuál era la tarea específica que tenía el analista en el instante, por consiguiente esto genera una ralentización al momento de dar los detalles sobre el estado de la mercancía al cliente, afectando así la imagen de la empresa y la productividad en la logística.
Cabe resaltar que la empresa al estar situada en Buenaventura uno de los puertos principales del país, cuenta con una competencia bastante activa por parte de diversos gremios, los cuales basan
su actividad económica en la logística de importación y exportación.
Por esta razón se busca la implementación de estrategias para la distribución de las tareas de los analistas, en donde cada uno se encargue de roles específicos y la carga laboral pueda disminuir.INTRODUCCIÓN 1

No full textEsta investigación propone fomentar a nivel urbano la educación y formación de los deportistas además de la integración social de la comunidad en la ciudad de Buenaventura. Con este documento se busca potenciar la ciudad como epicentro del deporte y crear mejores espacios que contribuyan a la calidad de vida y la longevidad de las personas a través de actividades físicas, recreativas y deportivas. Esto con el fin de generar importancia no solo en los habitantes sino también en los dirigentes deportivos para que implementen la convivencia socio-deportiva y así fortalecer la educación y mostrar un buen desarrollo en la ciudad, teniendo en cuenta las características motrices que presentan los ciudadanos esto ayuda al conocimiento de las diferentes actividades deportivas que pueden realizar y el buen uso del espacio a trabajar, aplicando su formación con finalidad en el crecimiento de instrucciones que permitan a los habitantes obtener una buena enseñanza sobre el deporte.This research proposes to promote the education and training of athletes at the urban level in addition to the social integration of the community in the city of Buenaventura. This document seeks to promote the city as the epicenter of sports and create better spaces that contribute to the quality of life and longevity of people through physical, recreational and sports activities. No full textEl presente informe final, como requisito para adquirir el título de Administración de Negocios Internacionales tiene como objetivo describir la DIAN, sus áreas y divisiones, conocer las funciones de la División de Control Carga, mencionar las actividades realizadas, observar y reconocer las falencias; y ofrecer una propuesta de mejoramiento que contribuya con la eficiencia y eficacia de la logística y productividad de la entidad.
Dicho lo anterior, por medio de este informe se planteará cuáles son las necesidades que existen y afectan al buen desarrollo de las actividades diarias, generando así, retrasos en la logística del terminal portuario, lo que conduce a inconformidades en los usuarios y posibles pérdidas de clientes potenciales.
Finalmente, se presentarán una serie de conclusiones y recomendaciones en búsqueda de contribuir a la facilidad en los trámites aduaneros y la gestión documental, encaminándolo a una de las principales funciones de la DIAN, que tiene como objetivo la modernización tecnológica y la globalización del comercio, adoptando tecnologías avanzadas para agilizar procesos y mejorar la eficiencia en la gestión tributaria y aduanera.This final report, as a requirement to acquire the title of International Business Administration, aims to describe the DIAN, its areas and divisions, learn about the functions of the Cargo Control Division, mention the activities carried out, observe and recognize shortcomings; and offer an improvement proposal that contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the entity's logistics and productivity.
Having said the above, through this report the needs that exist and affect the proper development of daily activities will be considered, thus generating delays in the logistics of the port terminal, which leads to disagreements among users and possible losses of potential customers.

No full textLa Cámara de Comercio de Buenaventura, es una entidad sin ánimo de lucro que entre sus funciones desarrolla las relacionadas con capacitaciones a los empresarios, emprendedores y personas naturales interesadas en recibir capacitaciones que son brindadas desde la entidad en conjunto con otras entidades. En esta ocasión se buscó principalmente apostar a la construcción de un módulo de estudio de mercados internacionales que sea dictado desde la entidad, con el fin de promover las exportaciones de productos y servicios de la ciudad y/o la internacionalización de las empresas y negocios a través de sesiones llenas de información que le permitirá a los empresarios, emprendedores y personas en general, identificar un mercado potencial tanto a nivel nacional, como a nivel internacional. Como parte de un esfuerzo concertado para comprender la situación tecnológica actual y el nivel de familiaridad con las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) de los estudiantes, se llevó a cabo una encuesta integral en la Institución Educativa San Rafael desde el miércoles 09 de
noviembre de 2022.
Este estudio se centró específicamente en los estudiantes de los grados décimo y once, con un total de 57 estudiantes de décimo y 44 de undécimo. No full textEl informe de práctica empresarial describe el proyecto de mantenimiento de obras locativas en el terminal marítimo de Buenaventura, llevando a cabo estas actividades con la asistencia del interventor de la obra para la empresa SPB, ubicada dentro de los recintos de las instalaciones de Sociedad Portuaria de Buenaventura. De acuerdo con los diferentes procesos constructivos que se realizan diariamente dentro de estos
recintos, se indicará algunas de las actividades que después de haber pasado por un proceso de valoración se procedía a la autorización de la recuperación y mantenimiento de las distintas obras locativas, así como las diversas actividades realizadas y los conocimientos adquiridos antes y
después de las prácticas. El período de práctica realizado y exigido en el protocolo de grado del Programa de Tecnologíaen
Construcciones Civiles tiene una duración de 240 horas, las cuales se realizaron y se cumplieron a entera satisfacción, las cuales fueron firmadas y avaladas con visto bueno por parte del arquitecto encargado de la obra, Carlos Arley Alomía, las mismas fueron cumplidas en un lapso
de 2 meses. Durante el proceso de la pasantía puse en práctica los conocimientos recibidos en mi formación profesional, experiencia laboral y conocimientos técnicos aprendido durante mi proceso de
estudio tales como interpretación de planos, gestión y seguridad de la construcción, entre otros, donde mi principal responsabilidad consistió en la supervisión de las distintas actividades de
mantenimiento locativo que se llevaron a cabo dentro del terminal marítimo Buenaventura.
