La integración de sistemas de pesaje en contenedores marítimos es cada vez más relevante en la logística internacional, optimizando la gestión de carga y garantizando la seguridad. Este informe ilustra el proceso de adaptación de una báscula de peso en un contenedor, detallando los pasos y consideraciones técnicas. Un análisis en la instalación de componentes de pesaje (sensores de fuerza, celdas de carga) dentro del contenedor. Basándose en una planificación detallada y una ejecución cuidadosa, tomando en cuenta las características del contenedor, el tipo de báscula y las condiciones de operación. Se analizarán los aspectos técnicos y logísticos de varias alternativas y distintas opciones de básculas. También se abordarán las consideraciones de seguridad y mantenimiento para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de la báscula a lo largo de su vida útil. La carencia de este elemento de pesaje podría ocasionar distintas afectaciones, entre ellas mayor probabilidad de errores, incumplimientos normativos, dificultad para optimizar los procesos, riesgo en el proceso de carga. La implementación de la báscula previene fraudes, ayuda a dar credibilidad a los procesos aduaneros, precisa información para los inventarios.ABSTRACT
The integration of weighing systems in maritime containers is becoming increasingly relevant in international logistics, optimizing cargo management and ensuring safety. This report illustrates the process of adapting a weight scale in a container, detailing the steps and technical considerations. An analysis of the installation of weighing components (force sensors, load cells) inside the container. Based on detailed planning and careful execution, taking into account the characteristics of the container, the type of scale and the operating conditions. The technical and logistical aspects of various alternatives and different scale options will be analyzed. Safety and maintenance considerations will also be addressed to ensure the correct operation of the scale throughout its useful life. The lack of this weighing element could cause different effects, including a greater probability of errors, regulatory non-compliance, difficulty in optimizing processes, risk in the loading process. No full textEste proyecto investiga la viabilidad del sistema constructivo de paneles simples en el trópico húmedo de Buenaventura, Colombia, adaptándolo a condiciones climáticas locales, promoviendo prácticas sostenibles y evaluando su resistencia y seguridad sísmica para mejorar la calidad de vida y minimizar el impacto ambiental.This research project aims to evaluate the viability and effectiveness of the simple panel
construction system in the humid tropics, specifically in the District of Buenaventura and the
Colombian Pacific region. To achieve this, an exhaustive review of current construction guidelines
will be carried out to adapt and optimize this system to the climatic conditions of the area.
The characteristics and properties of the materials used will be analyzed, evaluating their resistance
and durability in tropical humid environments. Additionally, sustainable construction practices will
be promoted, encouraging the use of local and renewable materials, thus contributing to reducing
the environmental impact of buildings.
The project's focus is to ensure that constructions using simple panels are not only resistant and
efficient but also socially and environmentally sustainable in the long term. Compliance with current
construction regulations and codes will be ensured, guaranteeing the safety and legality of the
buildings.
Likewise, recommendations will be generated for the use of this system in the Pacific region, aiming
to provide construction alternatives that improve the quality of life and protect the heritage of the
inhabitants. It is essential that these constructions meet Colombian technical standards, including
seismic resistance requirements (NSR-10).
Finally, the performance of the simple panel has been analyzed in relation to the conditions of the
humid tropics, demonstrating its good performance. The research is supported by data from

No full textLa constructora DISEÑOS Y CONSTRUCCIONES RYV me brindó la oportunidad para que en esta modalidad pudiera ejecutar mis pasantías y tuviese acceso al contrato de obra N° SIV 2023-0164, que consistía en la construcción de Pavimento Rígido en Cra 92 entre calle 3 vía Cabal Pombo calle 2d barrio NUEVA FRONTERA ZONA URBANA DEL DISTRITO DE BUENAVENTURA, con el apoyo a la supervisión de las actividades realizadas como; nivelación y conformación del terreno, excavación de terreno, compactación de terreno, encofrados en madera, fundición en concreto rígido; entre otras actividades vistas en campo, con el fin de realizar el cumplimiento a cada una de las especificaciones técnicas y detalles estipulados en el plano arquitectónico. Al final este proceso de pasantías se finaliza con mucha satisfacción, gracias a que me ayudó en el fortalecimiento y apoyo para mis conocimientos previo de ser Tecnólogo en Obras Civiles, donde también pude poner en práctica mis conocimientos constructivos sobre los pavimentos rígidos obtenidos en la Universidad de forma verbal.The construction company DESIGNS AND CONSTRUCTIONS RYV gave me the opportunity so that in this
modality I could execute my interns and have access to the construction contract No. SIV-2023-0164, which
consisted of the construction of Rigid Pavement in Cra 92 between street 3 via Cabal Pombo street 2d
neighbourhood NEW BORDER URBAN AREA OF THE BUENAVENTURA DISTRICT, with support for the
supervision of the activities carried out such as; levelling and conformation of the land, excavation of land,
compaction of land, forming in wood, casting in rigid concrete; among other activities seen in the field, in
order to comply with each of the technical specifications and details stipulated in the architectural plan.
In the end, this internship process is completed with great satisfaction, thanks to the fact that it helped me
in strengthening and supporting my previous knowledge of being a Technologist in Civil Works, where I was
also able to put into practice my constructive knowledge about the rigid pavements obtained in the

El presente informe de pasantía describe el proceso y los resultados de la actualización del
portafolio de servicios del Operador Turístico San Cipriano. El objetivo principal fue mejorar la
oferta de servicios turísticos, adaptándola a las necesidades y preferencias actuales de los
clientes. Para ello, se realizó un análisis exhaustivo del mercado y de las tendencias del sector
turístico, así como una evaluación de los servicios existentes. Con base en los resultados, se
diseñaron e implementaron nuevas propuestas de valor, incluyendo actividades ecoturísticas,
paquetes personalizados y mejoras en la atención al cliente. Este trabajo no solo busca
incrementar la competitividad del operador turístico, sino también fomentar un turismo

No full textEste documento técnico tiene como objetivo determinar las condiciones de ventilación y calidad del aire en las viviendas de la carrera 45 del barrio Bellavista, en Buenaventura, y proponer soluciones viables a los problemas identificados. Se detectaron factores en el diseño de las viviendas que afectan la calidad del aire interior, además de prácticas que ponen en riesgo la salud de los residentes. El análisis de la ventilación y calidad del aire permitió identificar problemas como la falta de ventilación adecuada, la presencia de olores desagradables por una gestión deficiente de residuos, y el almacenamiento incorrecto de productos químicos, lo que aumenta el riesgo de exposición a compuestos orgánicos volátiles (COV). También se observó que algunos materiales de construcción y muebles emiten COV, afectando la salud a largo plazo. Adicionalmente, el hábito de fumar en interiores y la proliferación de moho y hongos agravan la contaminación del aire y los problemas respiratorios. Las recomendaciones incluyen mejorar la ventilación natural, gestionar adecuadamente los residuos y productos químicos, utilizar materiales bajos en COV, prohibir fumar en interiores, controlar la humedad y mantener una limpieza regular. Implementar estas medidas puede transformar las viviendas en espacios más saludables y confortables para los residentes de Bellavista, promoviendo un entorno seguro y de mejor calidad de vida.The purpose of this technical document is to determine the ventilation and air quality conditions in the houses of Carrera 45, located in the neighborhood of Bellavista, in Buenaventura, and to propose viable solutions to the problems identified. Factors in the design of the houses that affect indoor air quality were identified, as well as practices that put the health of the occupants at risk. The ventilation and air quality analysis identified problems such as the lack of adequate ventilation, the presence of unpleasant odors due to poor waste management, and improper storage of chemicals, which increases the risk of exposure to volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Some building materials and furniture have also been found to emit VOCs, which have long-term health effects. In addition, indoor smoking and the proliferation of mold and fungi exacerbate air pollution and respiratory problems. Recommendations include improving natural ventilation, properly managing waste and chemicals, using low-VOC materials, banning indoor smoking, controlling humidity, and maintaining regular cleaning. Implementing these measures can transform homes into healthier and more comfortable spaces for Bellavista residents, promoting a safer environment and better quality of life.INTRODUCCIÓN

No full textEl presente informe proporcionará información sobre las operaciones de logística de carga, descarga y almacenamiento de Ventura Group, a cubrir tanto graneles como minerales. En una segunda sección, se detallará la función del área de sistemas en la empresa, asegurando un rendimiento óptimo de aplicaciones, conexiones a internet y datos, además de llevar a cabo el mantenimiento de equipos tecnológicos como servidores, computadoras, básculas, teléfonos corporativos y sistemas de red, entre otros. Además, este departamento se dedica al desarrollo de proyectos destinados a mejorar las operaciones generales de la empresa y, por último, para mejorar el control del tiempo de cada empleado, se recomienda la implementación de sistemas de marcación biométrica en tiempo real. Estos dispositivos registrarán la entrada y salida de los empleados de manera precisa y segura. Al vincular esta información con la plataforma del proveedor de estos biométricos podremos visualizar, generar informes detallados sobre la puntualidad y la asistencia, permitiendo una gestión del tiempo más efectiva y justa.
Además, se sugiere que el departamento de CCTV (Circuito Cerrado de Televisión), responsable de la seguridad y vigilancia completa de todos los sectores de la empresa, considere la implementación de cámaras solares en las zonas más críticas. Estos dispositivos ofrecen una fuente de energía más sostenible, son versátiles en su ubicación y poseen una mayor resistencia a condiciones climáticas extremas.This report will provide information on Ventura Group's loading, unloading and storage logistics operations, covering both bulk and minerals. Factores que limitan la finalización oportuna del acta de aprehensión de mercancía de rescate en un proceso de importación en la DIAN Seccional de Buenaventura
No full textDurante las pasantías en la División de Operaciones Aduaneras (DIAN) en el Git de Importaciones, se participó en diversas actividades técnicas de apoyo, como la realización de autos comisorios, actas de aprehensión de mercancías, análisis documental de productos importados. Además, se tuvo la responsabilidad del diligenciar el formato de muestras y envío de las mismas al laboratorio.
Se conoció procedimiento para la recepción de la mercancía aprehendida y su posterior inventario. Proceso fundamental para garantizar una organización eficaz en la zona de la bodega. Además, se adquirió conocimiento sobre la elaboración de actas de aprehensión, documento crucial, que registra detalladamente la mercancía que ingresa a la seccional. Según el reglamento establecido por la DIAN, se determinó el tiempo de espera para que un importador pueda reclamar sus bienes, teniendo la documentación correspondiente, como la Declaración de Importación, Factura, la cédula del propietario y los detalles del medio de transporte.
Durante este proceso, se verifica que todo esté debidamente respaldado por la ley, incluyendo el RUT, y otros documentos soporte de la mercancía. Se llevó a cabo una revisión documental y se recibió asesoría detallada sobre las normas y reglamentos relacionados con el manejo de impuestos y su declaración. Además, se brindó cooperación a los inspectores en las llamadas a las agencias de aduanas notificándoles sobre la finalización del acta.
Finalmente se llegó se concluye que las mercancías son aprehendidas porque los importadores tienen desconocimiento de la norma.INTRODUCCIÓN 1

El presente informe consistió en analizar y detallar la experiencia adquirida durante la práctica universitaria en la empresa de Coltanques S.A.S, agencia de Buenaventura, compañía líder en el transporte a nivel nacional e internacional. En el documento se abordará temas relacionados con la trayectoria de la entidad, los desafíos que se le han enfrentado y los logros que ha obtenido a lo largo del tiempo a esta prestigiosa firma.
Asimismo, describió las funciones realizadas por la pasante, enfocada sobre la gestión documental, la optimización de procesos y los aportes dados en el área de urbanos, aplicando sus conocimientos adquiridos en la Universidad del Pacifico.
Con este informe se darán a conocer los objetivos planteados, las limitaciones enfrentadas durante la práctica, y se propondrá la creación de manuales para lograr un servicio efectivo y de calidad, buscando un análisis constructivo y que pueda contribuir con el crecimiento continuo de la empresa Coltanques S.A.S.

ABSTRACT
This report consisted of analyzing and detailing the experience acquired during the university internship in the company of Coltanque S.A.S, agency of Buenaventura, a leading company in transportation at a national and international level. The document will address issues related to the trajectory of the entity, the challenges that have been faced and the achievements that this prestigious firm has obtained over time.
Likewise, she will describe the functions performed by the intern, focused on document management, process optimization and the contributions given in the area of urban planning, applying her knowledge acquired at the University of the Pacific.

A lo largo de la historia, los seres humanos han cultivado la tierra y criado animales para obtener alimentos, fibras y otros recursos esenciales. Sin embargo, en las últimas décadas, el cambio climático ha presentado nuevos desafíos para la agricultura, obligando a los agricultores y a la comunidad científica a buscar formas de adaptarse a estas condiciones cambiantes.
El cambio climático está afectando a la agricultura de diversas maneras, como el aumento de las temperaturas, los cambios en los patrones de precipitación, el aumento de plagas y enfermedades, y la degradación de los suelos. Para hacer frente a estos desafíos, los agricultores e investigadores están desarrollando estrategias de adaptación, como la diversificación de cultivos, la mejora de las prácticas de gestión del agua, la adopción de variedades, razas más tolerantes al estrés, integración de tecnologías, además de los conocimientos tradicionales. Estas iniciativas buscan convertir a la agricultura en un sector más resiliente, sostenible frente al cambio climático; contribuyendo a la seguridad alimentaria y al desarrollo de comunidades rurales más prósperas.
