Recomendaciones bioclimáticas para el diseño del centro de desarrollo infantil Barrio el Caldas en el Distrito de Buenaventura Valle del Cauca
No full textEn el presente trabajo de grado el objetivo de la investigación es proponer recomendaciones bioclimáticas en el diseño y construcción del Centro de Desarrollo Infantil para la primera infancia del barrio Caldas, en el distrito de Buenaventura - Valle del Cauca, con el fin de mejorar el confort térmico y reducir el consumo de energía. La investigación se desarrolla bajo el método cualitativo, enfoque que posibilita indagar en las diferentes representaciones de la realidad de los niños del CDI del barrio el Caldas, con un tipo de investigación descriptiva. El marco demográfico está conformado por los habitantes del área de influencia del CDI. Se utilizó la técnica de recolección de la información por medio de la observación directa y la evaluación no estandarizada de datos. Para terminar, se realizaron recomendaciones por sistemas edificatorios sobre el aspecto bioclimático, según los datos del diagnóstico previo realizado.In the present degree work, the objective of the research is to propose bioclimatic
recommendations in the design and construction of the Child Development Center for
early childhood in the Caldas neighborhood, in the district of Buenaventura - Valle del
Cauca, in order to improve comfort thermal and reduce energy consumption. The
research is carried out using the qualitative method, an approach that makes it possible
to investigate the different representations of the reality of the children of the CDI of the
Caldas neighborhood, with a type of descriptive research. The demographic framework
is made up of the inhabitants of the CDI's area of influence. The information collection
technique was used through direct observation and non-standardized evaluation of data.
Finally, recommendations were made for building systems on the bioclimatic aspect,
according to the data from the previous diagnosis carried out.
It is also made clear that the ICBF provides the guidelines regarding the spatiality
required for the implementation of these spaces, in accordance with current early
childhood policies and is not responsible for the technical and architectural
processes that each project manager must carry out. out (GIPI Standard, 2009,

Lineamientos para el diseño arquitectónico de un centro de rehabilitación para personas con movilidad reducida en el distrito de Buenaventura
No full textEl presente trabajo tiene como objetivo principal elaborar los lineamientos de diseño arquitectónicos para un centro de rehabilitación destinado a personas con movilidad reducida (PMR) en el Distrito de Buenaventura. Se buscaba aprovechar las características sociales, culturales y ambientales propias del territorio para crear un entorno inclusivo y funcional que promueva la rehabilitación y mejore la calidad de vida de las personas con movilidad reducida en la región. Desde los aspectos metodológicos se implementó una investigación de tipo cualitativo de con un enfoque fenomenológico, ya que se buscó comprender las necesidades específicas de las PMR, así como en identificar las barreras arquitectónicas existentes y los desafíos que enfrentan en su día a día. La investigación muestra que existen falencias en cuando a la satisfacción de elementos puntuales de las personas con PMR, por lo tanto, se evidencia un nivel de incumplimiento que hace necesario que se establezcan procesos de intervención en cuando a puntos de acceso de la población con PMR. Esto demuestra que el diseño de centros de rehabilitación física y discapacidad motriz debe basarse en una comprensión profunda de los conceptos de arquitectura hospitalaria, teniendo en cuenta el contexto social y normativo colombiano; así como las necesidades puntuales de los usuarios que frecuentan estos centros. Por consiguiente, se recomienda realizar procesos que mejoren las condiciones de acceso de las personas con PMR, seguimiento y evaluación a la situación de las personas con este tipo de discapacidad y la integración de los principios universales de diseño para el desarrollo de centros de rehabilitación.The main objective of this work is to elaborate the architectural design guidelines for a rehabilitation center for people with reduced mobility (PRM) in the Buenaventura District. The aim was to take advantage of the social, cultural and environmental characteristics of the territory to create an inclusive and functional environment that promotes rehabilitation and improves the quality of life of people with reduced mobility in the region. The approach is based on understanding the specific needs of PRM, as well as identifying the existing architectural barriers and the challenges they face in their day to day. The investigation shows that there are shortcomings when it comes to the satisfaction of specific elements of people with PMR, therefore, a level of non-compliance is evident that makes it necessary to establish intervention processes regarding access points of the population with PMR. Therefore, it is recommended to carry out processes that improve the conditions of access for people with PRM, monitoring and evaluation of the situation of people with this type of disability and the integration of universal design principles for the development of rehabilitation centers.INTRODUCCIÓN

No full textDurante mis pasantías en la DIAN, trabajé en la identificación y solución de problemas técnicos relacionados con hardware, software y redes, asegurando el funcionamiento
óptimo de equipos informáticos. Realicé mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, incluyendo actualizaciones de software, limpieza de hardware y resolución de problemas de conectividad. También me encargué de la instalación y configuración de nuevos equipos, así como de la integración de dispositivos periféricos en la red. Participé en la gestión de bases de datos, manteniendo y actualizando inventarios de equipos y realizando migraciones de información. Además, verifiqué la información técnica de nuevos dispositivos, asegurando que los datos en la base de datos de inventario fueran precisos. Aproveché la oportunidad de aprender sobre la instalación de sistemas operativos y la configuración de aplicativos internos de la DIAN, como ADA, SIFARO y MUISCA, realizando
tareas básicas como configuración de inicio de sesión y limpieza de cookies para garantizar un funcionamiento eficiente.During my internship at DIAN, I worked on identifying and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks, ensuring the optimal functioning of IT equipment. I performed preventive and corrective maintenance, including software updates, hardware cleaning, and troubleshooting connectivity issues. I was also responsible for the installation
and configuration of new equipment, as well as the integration of peripheral devices into the network. I participated in database management, maintaining and updating equipment inventories and carrying out data migrations. Additionally, I verified the technical information of new devices, ensuring that the data in the inventory database was accurate. No full textLa región pacífica colombiana es conocida por su diversidad de frutas tropicales, entre las cuales
se destaca el plátano, este ingrediente ha sido tradicionalmente utilizado en la culinaria culinaria
de la región, contribuyendo a su identidad gastronómica única.
“El siguiente trabajo se centra en la elaboración de pan artesanal a base de plátano verde,
aprovechamos al máximo su abundancia y nutrientes. Este ingrediente principal es muy rico en
fibra, potasio y otros nutrientes, convirtiéndolo en un ingrediente perfecto para impulsar una
alimentación saludable en la población. (país, 2024)”
Este proyecto aspira poder desarrollar un hábito alimenticio saludable para la población,
teniendo en cuenta que es un ingrediente alto en nutrientes. Esperamos que con este producto
podamos satisfacer tanto la población local como la regional.
Este pan de plátano brinda la oportunidad de ampliar la oferta gastronómica en la región del
Pacífico colombiano, al mismo tiempo que fomenta el uso sustentable de los recursos locales e
inspira a la población a adoptar hábitos alimenticios alimentarios más saludables.

The following work focuses on the preparation of artisan bread based on green bananas, we
make the most of its abundance and nutrients. This main ingredient is very rich in fiber, potassium
and other nutrients, making it a perfect ingredient to promote healthy eating in the population.
This project aims to develop a healthy eating habit for the population, taking into account that it
is an ingredient high in nutrients. We hope that with this product we can satisfy both the local
and regional population.
This banana bread provides the opportunity to expand the gastronomic offer in the Colombian
pacific region, white promoting the sustainable use of local resources and inspiring the
population to adopt healthier eating habits.

No full textEsta agencia marítima enfrenta desafíos complicados que ponen a prueba su capacidad de habituación, las mismas son un sector que se ajusta a la eventualidad de los cambios del área en el que se encuentran, sin embargo, queda claro que se combaten a una secuencia de problemas día a día y ponen a prueba su comercio.
En este informe hablaremos un poco sobre la investigación de una problemática que se llevan a cabo en la agencia de transporte marítimo TURISPACIFICO ubicada en el muelle turístico de Buenaventura con base a el servicio que le brindan los asesores de venta a los clientes.
La problemática de esta investigación fue el poder observar todos esos pequeños puntos negativos que ponen en riesgo a esta empresa, la cual es por no tener un sistema que controle todo el inventario o todo lo que se mueve dentro de la empresa se generan descuadres dentro de TURISPACIFICO.The shipping agencies face complicated challenges that test their capacity of habituation, they are a sector that adjusts to the eventuality of the changes of the area in which they are, however, it is clear that they fight a sequence of problems day by day and test their trade.

No full textEl siguiente escrito tiene una investigación referente a 3 muelles importantes en la ciudad de Buenaventura, teniendo en cuenta que es el puerto principal de Colombia y que a su vez es un importante articulador de la zona pacifica con el resto del país.
El siguiente análisis parte de la necesidad de tener unos muelles que presten un óptimo servicio a la comunidad y sus usuarios, los muelles objeto de estudios son importantes en, la parte turística, el comercio pesquero y el transporte de pasajeros y comercialización de materiales para la construcción.
Teniendo en cuenta que estos muelles son tan importantes para la ciudad y la región se manejaron la metodología cualitativa y cuantitativa, donde se hicieron varias encuestas a personas que son usuarias de los diferentes muelles, también visitas realizadas en diferentes horarios del día para tener unos conceptos claro de cómo podríamos elaborar una cartilla que nos ilustrara unas pautas para mejorar dichos equipamientos que tanto necesita nuestra ciudad y la región pacífica.
En conclusión, se evidenciaron las diferentes fortalezas y debilidades de cada uno de esta manera se genera una cartilla donde reposa los resultados de esta investigación que tiene como finalidad mejorar y adaptar estos sitios de la mejor manera para que los visitantes y usuarios de estos equipamientos tengan una mejor experiencia y con esto fomentar el progreso de la ciudad y la región pacífica.

reconocido por sus lugares turísticos, su cultura y su gran biodiversidad. Hoy en día la ciudad se
ha visto afectada por múltiples aspectos negativos dentro del embarcadero turístico
(Buenaventura, valle del cauca centro de la Ciudad, #21c, Cl 6 #19c70 ), aspectos que
interrumpen la tranquilidad de los visitantes y habitantes locales: como los conflictos entre los
carreteros( personal encargado de trasladar equipamiento o carga pesada), las alteraciones del
personal por discusiones bruscas entre vendedores, la presencia de robos, el mal estado de la
planta turística del embarcadero, todas estas acciones responden negativamente a las
actividades de mejora que se pretenden poner en práctica con el fin de brindar un servicio
eficiente y seguro. La seguridad turística es esencial para el desarrollo turístico del distrito
especial de Buenaventura, un elemento clave y vital para que el turista se sienta tranquilo a la
hora de visitar el destino, la protección en el muelle no sólo impulsa a la economía local, sino que
también mejora la imagen de nuestra ciudad como destino turístico, también se encarga de
asegurar el bienestar de los turistas y hacer amena su estancia. El objetivo principal de este
trabajo es establecer una Propuesta Integral de Seguridad para el Embarcadero Turístico de
Buenaventura con un enfoque en la protección y bienestar del visitante para ofrecer un entorno
seguro y confortable a los visitantes y sobre todo para lograr minimizar el impacto negativo que
puede tener la ciudad de Buenaventura mediante el servicio prestado por el personal en las
instalaciones del muelle turístico.Buenaventura is the main port of Colombia, located on the Colombian Pacific coast, recognized
for its tourist sites, its culture and its great biodiversity. Today the city has been affected by
multiple negative aspects within the tourist pier (Buenaventura, Valle del Cauca downtown, #21c,
Cl 6 #19c70 ), aspects that disrupt the tranquility of visitors and local inhabitants: such as conflicts
between the careers( personnel in charge of moving equipment or heavy cargo), staff
disturbances due to sharp arguments between vendors, the presence of theft, the poor condition
of the tourist plant of the pier, all these actions respond negatively to the improvement activities
that are intended to be implemented in order to provide an efficient and safe service. Tourist
security is essential for the tourist development of the special district of Buenaventura, a key and
vital element for the tourist to feel at ease when visiting the destination, the protection at the
pier not only boosts the local economy, but also improves the image of our city as a tourist
destination, it is also responsible for ensuring the welfare of tourists and make their stay
enjoyable. The main objective of this work is to establish an Integral Security Proposal for the
Buenaventura Tourist Pier with a focus on the protection and welfare of the visitor to provide a
safe and comfortable environment for visitors and above all to minimize the negative impact that

Las actividades se desarrollaron en el área de software, centradas en la creación de una plataforma de lotería en línea que está actualmente en fase de desarrollo y aún no ha sido lanzada en producción. El propósito de este proyecto es permitir a los usuarios comprar billetes de lotería de manera digital, optimizando el proceso de venta. Para el desarrollo del sitio web, se utilizó Next.js en el frontend, lo que proporcionó una interfaz dinámica y eficiente, y Laravel en el backend, asegurando una gestión segura y robusta de la base de datos y las transacciones. Este desarrollo promete ser un paso clave para la innovación digital de la empresa y su futura expansión en el mercado en línea.The purpose of this report is to detail the work carried out during the six-month internship at Inversiones del Pacífico S.A., a company specialized in the commercialization of games of chance

No full textEl propósito de este informe es identificar y analizar los factores que irrumpen en el proceso de
elaboración de las actas de aprehensión, en la división de Control Carga de la DIAN Seccional de
Buenaventura, para así proponer estrategias que permitan mitigar el retraso en el
diligenciamiento de las mismas, para ello se adoptaron y utilizaron diferentes métodos
y herramientas como, las técnicas de recolección de información primarias y secundarias, entre
ellas destacan (entrevistas, observación participante y revisión documental). De las cuales se
logró evidenciar y sustraer factores específicos fundamentales tanto administrativos como
logísticos, dónde estos permitieron servir de insumo para el desarrollo de las estrategias y
recomendaciones necesarias; para así estas puedan generar un dinamismo en las actividades y
procedimientos internos y externos previos a la elaboración de las actas de aprehensión, y de
esta manera conseguir mitigar dicha problemática presentada en la Dirección de Impuestos y
Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) seccional de Buenaventura.The purpose of this report is to identify and analyze the factors that disrupt the process of
preparing the arrest reports, in the Cargo Control Division of the Buenaventura Sectional DIAN,
in order to propose strategies to mitigate the delay in the processing of them, for which different
methods and tools were adopted and used, such as, primary and secondary information
collection techniques, among them (interviews, participant observation and documentary
review) stand out. From which it was possible to evidence and subtract specific fundamental
factors, both administrative and logistical, where these allowed to serve as input for the
development of the necessary strategies and recommendations; so that they can generate
dynamism in the internal and external activities and procedures prior to the preparation of the
arrest reports, and in this way mitigate this problem presented in the National Tax and Customs
