Fauna edáfica en suelos de sistemas agroforestales SAF en el Pacifico Colombiano

La fauna edáfica, compuesta por una diversidad de organismos que habitan el suelo han venido
desempeñando un papel fundamental en la salud y la productividad de los suelos y, por ende,
en la estabilidad y el funcionamiento de los SAF. El objetivo, analizar los principales hallazgos
proporcionados por la literatura científica respecto a la fauna edáfica en suelos de sistemas
agroforestales SAF en el Pacífico colombiano. Metodológicamente, es una investigación de
enfoque cualitativo a través de una revisión documental, la muestra seleccionada dentro de
esta población representara un conjunto específico de estudios y publicaciones científicas que
se seleccionaran siguiendo criterios rigurosos, compuesta por 15 trabajos en un período
significativo de 10 años comprendido entre los años 2013 y 2023. Resultados, los estudios
revisados proporcionan evidencia de los importantes servicios ecosistémicos que proporciona
la fauna edáfica como la descomposición de la materia orgánica, la mejora de la estructura del
suelo, la ciclación de nutrientes y el control de plagas. Conclusiones, la composición y la
abundancia de la fauna edáfica están estrechamente vinculadas a las características
ambientales y al manejo de los sistemas agroforestales, como lo fue el caso de la presencia de
diferentes tipos de vegetación, ya sea cultivos arbóreos, arbustivos o herbáceos, influye en la
diversidad de la fauna del suelo al proporcionar diversos microhábitats y recursos alimenticios.

Abstract
The edaphic fauna, made up of a diversity of organisms that inhabit the soil, have been playing
a fundamental role in the health and productivity of soils and, therefore, in the stability and
functioning of SAF. The objective is to analyze the main findings provided by the scientific
literature regarding the edaphic fauna in soils of SAF agroforestry systems in the Colombian
Pacific. Methodologically, it is a qualitative approach research through a documentary review,
the sample selected within this population will represent a specific set of studies and scientific
publications that were selected following rigorous criteria, composed of 15 works in a
significant period of 10 years included between the years 2013 and 2023. Results, the studies
reviewed provide evidence of the important ecosystem services provided by edaphic fauna

No full textEl entorno turístico es de los sectores más relevantes a nivel mundial, siendo el turismo de naturaleza uno de los más consecuentes en la industria turística atrayendo viajeros que buscan experiencias en entornos naturales. Hoy en día los operadores turísticos cumplen una parte fundamental al ofrecer productos y servicios que conectan a los visitantes a elegirlos como destino. Este trabajo se desarrolló con el objetivo de crear estrategias de marketing que contribuyan a fortalecer el potencial del Operador Turístico San Cipriano,se realizó con un diseño
de metodología mixta mediante el cual se realizaron encuestas a 25 personas (clientes y locales)en la cual los resultados obtenidos demuestran que el operador, aunque tiene buen potencial no cuenta con un buen posicionamiento en el mercado y carece de estrategias de marketing que contribuyan a su fortalecimiento. Por lo tanto, se concluye en implementar estrategias promocionales para mejorar la percepción ante los consumidores potenciales y diferenciarlo dentro del mercado competente.

El presente informe de pasantías realizadas en la Dirección Seccional de Impuestos y Aduanas (DSIA) de Buenaventura, específicamente en el Grupo Interno de Trabajo (GIT) Registro y Control Usuarios Aduaneros, tiene como objetivo analizar, identificar y comunicar el motivo, las afectaciones y las consecuencias que genera lo lento y pesado que es el sistema de registro y control de mercancías en abandono, además de proponer recomendaciones u alternativas de mejoras para que este proceso sea más efectivo y optimo. Ahora bien, para identificar cada uno de los ítems anteriores, se utilizó una metodología con enfoque mixto. Por un lado, se diseñó dos encuestas, una para el funcionario que realiza la función, y la otra para los usuarios y/o funcionarios que realizan consultas, con el fin de indagar y recopilar información general frente al proceso de sistema de registro. Por otro lado, se investigó información documental y digital sobre optimización de sistemas de bases de datos. Dicho lo anterior, se pudo evidenciar que el rendimiento del sistema de registro es deficiente afectando de forma directa tanto a los usuarios, como a los funcionarios.ABSTRACT
This report of internships carried out in the Sectional Directorate of Taxes and Customs (DSIA) of Buenaventura, specifically in the Internal Working Group (GIT) Registration and Control of Customs Users, aims to analyze, identify and communicate the reason, the effects and the consequences generated by the slow and burdensome system for registering and controlling abandoned merchandise, in addition to proposing recommendations or alternatives for improvements to make this process more effective and optimal. Now, to identify each of the previous items, a mixed approach methodology was used. On the one hand, two surveys were designed, one for the official who performs the function, and the other for the users and/or officials who make queries, in order to investigate and collect general information regarding the registration system process. On the other hand, documentary and digital information on optimization of database systems was investigated. Having said the above, it was evident that the performance of the registration system is deficient, directly affecting both users and officials.INTRODUCCIÓN 1

No full textEste informe detalla la experiencia adquirida durante las pasantías realizadas en la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN), Seccional Buenaventura, específicamente en el área de Fiscalización y Liquidación Aduanera y Cambiaria, dentro del Grupo Interno de Trabajo (GIT) de Sanción. Durante seis meses, se profundizó en el funcionamiento de la DIAN, familiarizándose con normativas fiscales y aduaneras y aplicando conocimientos teóricos de la Universidad del
Pacífico en un entorno real. La pasantía permitió el desarrollo de habilidades profesionales y una comprensión amplia del
campo aduanero y cambiario. Se participó activamente en tareas de fiscalización y liquidación, contribuyendo a la optimización de los procesos internos. Además, se identificaron problemáticas relacionadas con la carga laboral y se propusieron recomendaciones para optimizar la eficiencia operativa. No full textEsta agencia marítima enfrenta desafíos complicados que ponen a prueba su capacidad de habituación, las mismas son un sector que se ajusta a la eventualidad de los cambios del área en el que se encuentran, sin embargo, queda claro que se combaten a una secuencia de problemas día a día y ponen a prueba su comercio.
En este informe hablaremos un poco sobre la investigación de una problemática que se llevan acabo en la agencia de transporte marítimo TURISPACIFICO ubicada en el muelle turístico de Buenaventura con base a el servicio que le brindan los asesores de venta a los clientes. La problemática de esta investigación fue el poder observar todos esos pequeños puntos negativos que ponen en riesgo a esta empresa, la cual es por no tener un sistema quecontrole todo el inventario o todo lo que se mueve dentro de la empresa se generan descuadres dentro de TURISPACIFICO.The shipping agencies face complicated challenges that test their capacity of habituation, they are a sector that adjusts to the eventuality of the changes of the area in which they are, however, it is clear that they fight a sequence of problems day by day and test their trade. In this report we will talk a little about the investigation of a problem that takes place in the shipping agency TURIS PACIFICO located in the tourist dock of Buenaventura, based on the service provided by sales consultants to customers.
The problem of this research was to observe all those little negative points that put at risk this company, which is not having a system that controls the entire inventory or everything that moves within the company is generated untidiness within TURISPACIFICO.INTRODUCCIÓN

No full textEl presente informe tiene como objetivo analizar la gestión de calidad en ASECOMEXT SAS, una agencia de aduanas con presencia en Buenaventura – Colombia, identificando fortalezas y debilidades en su implementación y proponiendo recomendaciones para el mejoramiento continuo. Se utilizó un enfoque cualitativo para evaluar la excelencia operativa mediante la observación y la revisión de documentos internos, en este sentido, se llevó a cabo un levantamiento de información suministrada por miembros de la empresa para obtener información primaria. Entre las recomendaciones propuestas, se planteó la implementación de un manual de procedimientos el cual permita estructurar de manera coherente las funciones y actividades secuenciales que se deben ejecutar para optimizar recursos logrando alcanzar los resultados esperados descritos en la planeación estratégica de la empresa para cumplir con los estándares y requisitos establecidos. El presente informe se divide en 4 capítulos. El primero, introduce el contexto de la empresa. El segundo brinda una descripción del área en la que se desarrolló el proceso de pasantías. En este informe se presenta una descripción detallada de las actividades y experiencia adquirida durante las practicas empresariales realizada en la empresa Logística Internacional Servade S.A.S ubicada en Buenaventura. Estas prácticas se llevaron a cabo en el área de operaciones de despacho, donde se logro aplicar y ampliar los conocimientos adquiridos en la carrera de Administración de Negocios Internaciones; Este sector opera bajo el decreto 188 de 1959 sobre aprendizaje. En el informe se desarrollan varios aspectos relacionado con la organización de la
empresa, incluyendo su nombre, constitución, ubicación, misión, visión, entre otros, lo que permite una compresión mas profunda de la empresa y la proyección futura.
El informe también detalla las actividades realizada por el practicante, proporcionando una breve descripción de las misma, así como las limitaciones encontradas en el área de trabajo que afectaron el funcionamiento adecuado y que impidieron al estudiante adquirir todo el conocimiento esperado. Además, se incluye una descripción del acorte y apoyo brindado por el practicante en el sector contribuyendo a la agilización de los procesos de la empresa.ABSTRACT
This report presents a detailed description of the activities and experience acquired during the business internship carried out at the company Logistic International Servade S.A.S located in Buenaventura. These practices were carried out in the area of dispatch operations, where it was possible to apply and expand the knowledge acquired in the International Business Administration career; This sector operates under decree 188 of 1959 on learning. The report develops several aspects related to the company's organization, including its name, constitution,
location, mission, vision, among others, which allows a deeper understanding of the company and future projection.
The report also details the activities carried out by the practitioner, providing a brief description of them, as well as the limitations found in the work area that affected proper functioning and that prevented the student from acquiring all the expected knowledge. que se cometen muchos errores ya que este proceso se realiza manualmente y la idea es buscar una herramienta que nos permitan disminuirlos. La importancia de la tarja digital es
que nos permite prestar un mejor servicio, minimizar los errores humanos, tener rapidez una mejor calidad de toda la información para la toma de decisiones, diferenciarnos de la competencia, mejora nuestra visión de expansión para lo cual se debe tener los procesos debidamente digitalizados. se concluye que es necesario hacer uso de la tecnología y crear una plataforma digital que nos permita ser más eficientes y de tal manera mitigar el riesgo de pérdida de documentación.INTRODUCCIÓN 1

Estructura de la raíz en planta de balso (Ochroma pyramidale (Cav.Ex Lam.) Urb.) Sometidas al estrés por sequia
No full textEl balso (Ochroma pyramidale), cultivado para madera o reforestación en regiones tropicales y subtropicales, fue objeto de un estudio sobre el efecto de la sequía en su sistema radicular. Plantas de tres áreas con diferentes precipitaciones fueron sometidas a sequía moderada (50% de la capacidad de campo del suelo), sequía severa (20% C.C.) o condiciones normales. Se
utilizaron imágenes del sistema radicular y se evaluaron varias variables morfológicas y de contenido de carbohidratos solubles totales. Contrario a lo esperado, el origen de las plantas no influyó significativamente en la morfología radicular. Sin embargo, la sequía sí tuvo un impacto
significativo. Sorprendentemente, las plantas bajo sequía moderada mostraron mejores resultados que las del grupo control o las sometidas a sequía severa en todas las variables evaluadas. Este hallazgo sugiere una respuesta específica del balso a diferentes niveles de estrés hídrico, desafiando las expectativas previas. Este estudio destaca la importancia de comprender
las respuestas de las plantas a la sequía para informar prácticas de manejo forestal y de conservación en regiones afectadas por cambios climáticos.The balsa tree (Ochroma pyramidale), cultivated for timber or reforestation in tropical and subtropical regions, was the subject of a study on the effect of drought on its root system. Plants from three areas with different precipitation levels were subjected to moderate drought (50% of soil field capacity), severe drought (20% F.C.), or normal conditions. Root system images were used, and various morphological and total soluble carbohydrate content variables were evaluated. Contrary to expectations, the plants' origin did not significantly influence root morphology. However, drought did have a significant impact. Surprisingly, plants under moderate drought showed better results than those in the control group or subjected to severe drought in all evaluated variables. This finding suggests a specific response of balsa trees to different levels of water stress, challenging previous expectations.
