ANALISIS KINERJA APARATUR DESA DALAM PELAYANAN PUBLIK (Studi pelayanan di desa gempol kecamatan gempol kabupaten pasuruan)
Get PDFPenelitian ini menganalisis kinerja aparatur desa dalam memberikan pelayanan publik, dengan fokus pada Desa Gempol, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya tuntutan masyarakat terhadap layanan yang efektif, transparan, dan akuntabel di tingkat desa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penilaian kinerja aparatur desa serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap aparatur desa serta pemangku kepentingan terkait. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori evaluasi kinerja dari Davis yang mencakup delapan indikator penilaian, antara lain peningkatan kinerja, penyesuaian kompensasi, keputusan penempatan, kebutuhan pelatihan, pengembangan karier, kekurangan dalam proses perekrutan, ketidakakuratan informasi dan kesalahan desain pekerjaan, serta kesempatan kerja yang setara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat upaya peningkatan kinerja melalui koordinasi dan pelatihan (bimtek), masih terdapat kendala terutama dalam aspek kompensasi yang tidak sebanding dan penempatan tugas yang belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan kualifikasi. Selain itu, pengembangan karier aparatur masih terhambat oleh struktur jabatan yang cenderung statis. Meskipun demikian, aparatur desa menunjukkan responsivitas yang baik dalam pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja aparatur desa membutuhkan pelatihan yang terstruktur, kompensasi yang adil, dan jalur karier yang lebih jelas untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan serta memperkuat kepercayaan publik terhadap tata kelola pemerintahan desa
PERAN REKRUTMEN DAN SELEKSI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA KARYAWAN: STUDI TINJAUAN PUSTAKA
Get PDFRecruitment and selection processes play a crucial role in determining the quality and performance of employees within organizations. This study investigates the impact of recruitment and selection on employee performance, particularly in relation to job placement in various organizations. A literature review methodology was employed to examine recent research on how effective recruitment and selection strategies influence organizational outcomes, employee satisfaction, and job performance. Findings from various studies suggest that competency-based recruitment and selection lead to higher employee performance and productivity. Additionally, transparent and fair selection processes improve employee engagement, motivation, and retention. The role of technology in recruitment and selection has also been highlighted as a key factor in enhancing efficiency and reducing biases in the selection process. However, despite the advantages of technological tools, human judgment remains critical in evaluating candidates’ fit with organizational culture and job requirements. This study concludes that recruitment and selection processes, when conducted effectively, significantly contribute to enhancing employee performance and organizational success

Media pembelajaran digital sudah menyentuh seluruh rangkaian dalam proses mengajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran persepsi guru terhadap penggunaan media Assemblr Edu berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) dalam proses mengajar siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif tentang persepsi guru terhadap penggunaan aplikasi Assemblr Edu berbasis Augmented Reality (AR), dengan subjek penelitian 26 responden guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kusioner dan wawancara hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 90% guru memiliki persepsi baik dan 10% guru memiliki persepsi buruk terhadap penggunaan media Assemblr Edu berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) untuk mengajar siswa. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Assemblr Edu berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) dapat memberikan pengalaman mengajar yang menyenangkan, interaktif, serta mudah digunakan oleh guru
PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK MELALUI PENGEMBANGAN FLIPBOOK INTERAKTIF
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using interactive flipbook media in improving student learning outcomes in Informatics subjects at the Vocational High School (SMK) level. The urgency of this research lies in the need for innovative learning media that can answer the challenges of the 21st century, especially in improving student learning outcomes that have been hampered by conventional approaches. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by reviewing 10 relevant articles from 2019-2024. After going through the selection stage based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the ten most relevant articles were obtained for analysis. Data were analyzed using a categorization approach based on the validity of material experts, media experts, and students’ responses to the feasibility of teaching materials. The results showed that the average validity of material experts was 90.11%, the validity of media experts was 91.7%, and the feasibility of teaching materials was 89.6%, all of which were in the “very valid” category. These findings indicate that interactive flipbooks are very feasible and effective learning media in improving student learning outcomes. Interactive flipbooks not only present material visually and attractively, but also include interactive elements such as animations, videos, and quizzes that strengthen concept understanding. Thus, this study recommends the wider utilization of interactive flipbooks as a technology-based pedagogical solution in supporting active, innovative and meaningful learning
Penilaian Pendidikan Karakter dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMPN 3 Suppa Kabupaten Pinrang
Get PDFThis study aims to identify the form of character education assessment applied in Indonesian language learning and the obstacles faced by teachers in the assessment process. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that character education assessment at SMPN 3 Suppa is carried out through various methods, including observation, self-assessment, and peer assessment. However, there are several obstacles faced, such as lack of teacher understanding, the large number of students in one class, and time constraints that make it difficult for teachers to provide accurate and in-depth assessments of each student's character. This study emphasizes the importance of managing the number of students in the class and the need for appropriate strategies in character assessment, such as dividing into small groups and using more efficient assessment methods

Get PDFThe problem in this research is the urgency of reconstructing the duties and roles of teachers in the management of Islamic Education curriculum to be able to integrate sustainability values based on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the modern era.The objective of this research is to formulate the new role of teachers as planners, developers, implementers, and evaluators of the Islamic Education curriculum that is adaptive to global challenges.This research uses the library research method with a qualitative approach, examining primary and secondary literature through content analysis and thematic analysis.The research results indicate that Islamic Education teachers must transform into agents of change who not only teach religious values normatively but also internalize the principles of justice, sustainability, trustworthiness, and global peace in their teaching.Effective strategies include the development of project-based learning, continuous training, inter-institutional collaboration, and the strengthening of educational policies.The conclusion of this research is that the reconstruction of teachers' roles in managing the SDGs-based Islamic Education curriculum is a strategic step towards realizing prophetic Islamic education, relevant to global dynamics, and actively contributing to building a sustainable society

Get PDFThis research aims to describe teachers' strategies in developing a social emotional learning model through the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum for early childhood at Aisyiyah Kindergarten 1. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that teachers at Kindergarten Aisyiyah 1 implement various child-centered learning strategies, such as daily habits, role-playing activities, and small group discussions that encourage children to recognize, manage, and express emotions positively. The Merdeka Curriculum provides flexibility for teachers in designing activities that suit children's social and emotional development needs. In conclusion, the implementation of the Independent Curriculum provides wider space for teachers to integrate social and emotional values into learning contextually and meaningfull
THE EFFECT OF VISUAL SCAFFOLDING STRATEGY TOWARDS STUDENTS’ VOCABULARY MASTERY AT THE FIFTH GRADE OF SDN 087981 SIBOLGA
Get PDFThis study investigated the impact of Visual Scaffolding Strategy on vocabulary mastery among fifth grade students at SDN 087981 Sibolga. Utilizing a pre-experimental design, the study involved 21 students who participated in six sessions, including a pre-test, four treatment sessions, and a post-test. The findings revealed a significant improvement in vocabulary scores, with the mean score increasing from 54.76 on the pre-test to 85.75 on the post-test, resulting in an increase of 30.99. Statistical analysis confirmed that the t-test value (32.1) exceeded the critical t-table value (8.40), indicating that Visual Scaffolding Strategy effectively improved vocabulary mastery in this educational context. Consequently, the null hypothesis was rejected, confirming the positive effect of the strategy on students' learning outcomes

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the religious character values embedded in the panggih ceremony tradition within Javanese customary weddings in Sungai Merah Village, Pelawan Subdistrict, Sarolangun Regency. The panggih ceremony is a central and symbolic procession that reflects deep spiritual and cultural meanings in Javanese wedding rituals. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the panggih tradition contains several religious character values, such as gratitude to God, respect for parents, awareness of roles and responsibilities in marriage, and the spirit of mutual cooperation during the ceremony. These values not only strengthen social bonds within the community but also serve as a medium for cultural transmission and moral education in alignment with religious teachings. The study concludes that the panggih ceremony plays a dual role—not only as a cultural practice but also as a vital instrument in shaping religious character among the Javanese community in Sungai Merah Villag
IMPLEMENTASI METODE TALAQQI DALAM MATA PELAJARAN AL-QUR’AN SISWA KELAS 2B KMI DI PMDG KAMPUS 7 KALIANDA
Get PDFThis study aims to analyse the application of the talaqqi method in learning the Qur'an in class 2B Kulliyatul Mu'allimin Al-Islamiyah (KMI) students at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were obtained through in-depth interviews with various informants who were directly involved in the learning process, coinciding with the implementation of the at-tarbiyah al-'amaliyah exam for KMI final students. The informants consisted of one examining teacher, two Grade 6 students as the supervisory team, one Qur'an teacher, and three Grade 2B students. The selection of informants was based on their experience, activeness, and involvement in Qur'anic learning. Data analysis was conducted using a phenomenological approach, which emphasises the subjective experience and understanding of the informants. The results showed that the teacher's readiness before teaching as well as the ability to teach according to procedures greatly influenced the effectiveness of learning and student engagement. Although the talaqqi method proved effective in shaping the quality of Qur'an recitation, some challenges remain, such as time constraints and differences in students' abilities. This study recommends improving teaching strategies, including more careful planning and regular evaluation, to overcome obstacles and optimise learning outcomes both inside and outside the classroom
