    VALIDITAS LIFT THE FLAP BOOK MATERI MENULIS ALFABET UNTUK ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN DI KOTA PALEMBANG

    The low use of writing media causes students to be less enthusiastic in participating in learning activities. This study aims to determine the validity of lift the flap book media in alphabet writing activities for children aged 5–6 years. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the Rowntree development model, which includes the stages of Planning, Development, and Evaluation. The research subjects at the evaluation stage consisted of a material expert and a media expert. Data were collected using expert validation sheets, while the data analysis technique was conducted descriptively and quantitatively using a Likert Scale. The results showed that the lift the flap book media was categorized as very valid, as reviewed from aspects of content validity, construct validity, readability validity, visual design, book packaging, font usage, and the aesthetic and neatness of illustrations. Therefore, the lift the flap book media is feasible to be used as a learning medium for alphabet writing for children aged 5–6 years

    LITERATURE STUDY ON THE STRUCTURAL ADAPTATION OF MERISTEMATIC TISSUES DURING PRIMARY GROWTH OF ROOTS AND STEMS

    Every plant experiences growth and development throughout its life. This growth and development occurs in every plant organ that possesses meristematic tissue. Primary plant growth results from the activity of meristematic tissue located at the tips of roots and stems. Primary plant growth is the result of the activity of meristematic tissue located at the tips of roots and stems. This tissue consists of totipotent embryonic cells with a high mitotic rate. This study is a literature review aimed at analyzing the structure, physiological activity, and factors regulating the development of meristematic tissue in the early phase of plant growth. The review was conducted on 15 scientific articles published between 2021 and 2025 from various reputable international and national sources. The analysis results indicate that cell division in the root and stem apical meristem is controlled by hormonal interactions between auxin and cytokinin, as well as by genetic regulation involving the expression of the WOX, PLT, and KNOX genes. The structure of meristematic tissue is divided into three main zones: the division zone, the elongation zone, and the differentiation zone, each of which plays a role in forming primary tissues such as xylem, phloem, and parenchyma. Environmental factors, including light intensity, water availability, and temperature, also influence the rate of cell division and differentiation patterns. Overall, meristematic tissue plays a central role in the early morphogenesis of plants, forming the basis for the formation of root systems and stem growth, and providing an important foundation for the development of research in the field of modern plant anatomy and physiology

    Nowadays, modernization for women from the domestic sphere to the public sphere in various sectors, including education, social, economic and political, is getting an increasing share compared to the time of KH Ahmad Dahlan. Education for women at that time was a luxury.This feminist practice cannot be separated from the role of the founder of Muhamadiyah, namely KH Ahmad Dahlan, who encouraged the establishment of educational movements in the educational and social fields such as: Sopo Tresno and Aisiyah. The researcher wants to describe the practice of feminism according to KH Ahmad Dahlan's views in this article. A description will never be complete, but this article adds to the repertoire of feminist praxis used in everyday life, both individuals and community groups.  The aim of the research is to describe matters related to feminist praxis according to the views of Kyai Haji Ahmad Dahlan. The method used in this research is the literature review method, data was collected from relevant library data. The results of this research and discussion are to explain the practice of feminism in everyday life from the time of KH Ahmad Dahlan until today.    Dewasa ini modernisasi untuk kaum perempuan dari ranah domestic menjadi ranah public dalam berbagai sector baik pendidikan, social, ekonomi dan politik mendapatkan porsi yang meningkat dibandingkan pada masa KH Ahmad Dahlan. Pendidikan bagi perempuan pada masa itu merupakan barang mewah. Praksis feminisme ini tidak lepas dari peran pendiri Muhamadiyah yaitu KH Ahmad Dahlan yang mendorong berdirinya gerakan-gerakan pendidikan di bidang pendidikan dan social seperti: Sopo Tresno dan Aisiyah. Peneliti ingin mendeskripsikan bagaimana praksis feminism menurut pandangan KH Ahmad Dahlan dalam artikel ini. Suatu deskripsi tidak akan pernah tuntas namun artike ini menambah khasanah tentang praksis feminism yang digunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari baik pribadi maupun kelompok masyarakat.  Adapun tujuan dari penelitian mendeskripsikan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan praksis feminisme menurut pandangan Kyai haji Ahmad Dahlan.     ABSTRACT This study is entitled "The Method of Learning Morals According to K.H. Ahmad Dahlan and Its Relevance to Moral Learning in Islam Review of Indonesian Language Discourse". The purpose of this study is to find out and understand the concept of morals and the method of learning morals taught by K.H. Ahmad Dahlan, and to explain the relevance between the concept and method to moral learning in Islam. The method used in this study is library research, by collecting data from primary and secondary sources, including books and articles about K.H. Ahmad Dahlan. The results of the study show that K.H. Ahmad Dahlan emphasized the importance of adhering to the Qur'an and Sunnah in everyday life, and used the habituation method in teaching morals to his students. The concept of morals and the method of learning morals according to K.H. Ahmad Dahlan are relevant to the principles of morals in Islam, which shows the harmony between his teachings and broader Islamic values. This research is expected to contribute to the understanding of morals and moral learning methods in the context of Islamic education, as well as adding to the intellectual treasury of K.H. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami konsep akhlak serta metode pembelajaran akhlak yang diajarkan oleh K.H. Ahmad Dahlan, serta untuk menjelaskan relevansi antara konsep dan metode tersebut dengan pembelajaran akhlak dalam Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research), dengan mengumpulkan data dari sumber primer dan sekunder, termasuk buku-buku dan artikel tentang K.H. Ahmad Dahlan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa K.H. Ahmad Dahlan menekankan pentingnya berpedoman pada Al-Qur'an dan Sunnah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, serta menggunakan metode pembiasaan dalam mengajarkan akhlak kepada murid-muridnya. Konsep akhlak dan metode pembelajaran akhlak menurut K.H. Ahmad Dahlan relevan dengan prinsip-prinsip akhlak dalam Islam, yang menunjukkan keselarasan antara ajaran beliau dan nilai-nilai Islam yang lebih luas. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman tentang akhlak dan metode pembelajaran akhlak dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, serta menambah khazanah intelektual mengenai pemikiran K.H.     EXPLORING THE IMPACT OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND PERCEIVED ENJOYMENT ON CUSTOMER LOYALTY: THE MEDIATING ROLE OF TRUST IN TIKTOKSHOP

    Customer loyalty is crucial for a company's long-term success, particularly in competitive e-commerce. This study examines the impact of customer experience and perceived enjoyment on customer loyalty, with trust as a mediator, in the TikTok Shop context. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 150 TikTok Shop users who completed at least three transactions. SEM-PLS analysis shows that perceived enjoyment has a stronger direct effect on trust and loyalty than customer experience. The model explains 71.4% of trust variance and 62.1% of customer loyalty variance. The findings highlight the need for e-commerce businesses to enhance retention by ensuring seamless, enjoyable interactions and fostering trust through transparency, reliability, and engaging features. This study underscores the importance of integrating customer experience with trust-building strategies in social commerce.Loyalitas pelanggan sangat penting bagi kelangsungan hidup dan profitabilitas jangka panjang perusahaan, terutama dalam lingkungan e-commerce yang kompetitif. Penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak pengalaman pelanggan dan kenikmatan yang dirasakan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dengan kepercayaan yang bertindak sebagai mediator, dalam konteks TikTok Shop. Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya kepercayaan dan kesenangan yang dirasakan dalam menumbuhkan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metodologi kuantitatif, mengumpulkan data melalui jajak pendapat online terhadap pengguna TikTok Shop yang telah menyelesaikan setidaknya tiga transaksi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman pelanggan dan persepsi kenikmatan memiliki dampak yang cukup besar terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kepercayaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 150 responden, khususnya konsumen Tiktokshop.Analisis SEM-PLS mengungkapkan bahwa perceived enjoyment memiliki pengaruh langsung yang lebih kuat terhadap kepercayaan dan loyalitas dibandingkan dengan customer experience. Selain itu, nilai R-squared menunjukkan bahwa model tersebut menyumbang 71,4% dari varians kepercayaan dan 62,1% dari varians loyalitas pelanggan. Studi ini menawarkan rekomendasi praktis untuk bisnis e-commerce di TikTok Shop untuk meningkatkan retensi pelanggan dengan memprioritaskan interaksi yang lancar dan menyenangkan serta menumbuhkan kepercayaan melalui transparansi, ketergantungan, dan fitur-fitur yang menarik. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya strategi terintegrasi yang menghubungkan pengalaman yang berpusat pada pelanggan dengan proses membangun kepercayaan di industri e-commerce yang berkembang pesat

    The aim of this research is to determine the development of moral education in the Alpha generation in Beraim village, the impact of moral education on the Alpha generation, efforts made to implement moral education as a form of practicing the second principle. This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach and literature study. This method can describe the actual situation at the time of the research through data collection which is then interpreted to obtain data to be analyzed. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and literature study and documentation. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that: a). The development of moral education in the Alpha generation at MTS Darul Muttahudin is quite good and good. b). The impact of Moral education on the Alpha Generation can increase social awareness, develop interpersonal abilities, train emotional intelligence, strengthen cultural identity, reduce dependence on technology, and build value-based character. c). Efforts are made to implement moral education as a form of practicing the second principle by integrating moral education into the curriculum, encouraging the practice of empathy and tolerance, implementing values in schools, building role models for teachers and parents, and we carry out evaluation and reflection.&nbsp

    Leadership in educational institutions plays a strategic role in formulating institutional goals aligned with the vision, mission, and values of the institution. This study examines the role of leadership in directing, guiding, coordinating, and optimizing resources to achieve educational objectives efficiently and effectively. Using a qualitative approach based on content analysis, the focus includes the management of human and financial resources, strengthening organizational culture, the utilization of technology and innovation, and strategic planning. Additionally, the importance of effective communication, performance evaluation, and adaptive leadership are identified as key success factors. The findings show that leadership based on professionalism and innovation can enhance the effectiveness of educational institution management, especially in the context of decentralization and the implementation of school-based management. This conclusion offers guidance for educational leaders to face challenges and improve the quality of education management sustainably

    This research aims to develop media that has been tested in terms of media experts and material experts to train students' reading skills. The type of research used is R & D (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model. Data collection methods use questionnaires, documentation and tests. The types of data used are qualitative data and quantitative data. The research subjects were grade 1 students at SD Negeri Jeketro. The general research results show that the score from the media validator obtained a percentage of 85% in the very appropriate category, the material validator score obtained a percentage of 84% in the very appropriate category and the student response score obtained a percentage of 88% in the very good category. And the change in the average score of all students from an average of 65 to 86 means that this smart syllable smart puzzle media can be used to train students' reading skills

    This study aims to improve the concentration of learning of children with multiple disabilities with ADHD and BIF in Inclusive Schools. This type of research is an experiment with a single subject experiment type or Single Subject Research, A-B-A design, the subject of this study is a child with multiple disabilities (ADHD and BIF) who shows symptoms of being unable to fully focus on objects. In this study, the data collection technique is to use duration to find out how long children are able to focus their attention during a learning session, which lasts for 20 minutes.     Quality education is education that successfully achieves well-defined goals, satisfies and meets expectations. The aims of this research are 1) to analyze the influence of the role of the principal on the quality of education, 2) to analyze the influence of the school climate on the quality of education, 3) to analyze the influence of the role of the principal and the school climate together on the quality of education. Quantitative research approach with survey methods. Type of correlational research. The research population was 221 teachers and the research sample was 142 teachers. Data collection with questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using descriptive data analysis, prerequisite tests which include normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, linearity tests and hypothesis tests including simple and multiple linear regression. The research results show that: 1) the role of the school principal influences the quality of education by 68.7%, with the regression equation Ŷ = 2.721 + 0.487 X1. with a correlation coefficient value of 0.829. 2) school climate influences the quality of education by 79.9%, with a regression equation Ŷ = 0.629 + 1.119 X2 with a correlation coefficient of 0.894. 3) the role of the principal and the school climate influence the quality of education by 80.6%, with the equation Ŷ = 3.053 + 0.106 X1 + 0.920 X2 then the correlation coefficient r is 0.898. The conclusion of this research is that the role of the principal and the school climate influence the quality of education by 80.6%. The author suggests that school principals reflect and evaluate the role of the principal and the school climate. Teachers can take part in training and seminars in order to improve school quality
