    ANALISIS STRATEGI PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH BERDASARKAN APBD DI KOTA BUKITTINGGI TAHUN 2024

    This study aims to analyze the regional development strategy of Bukittinggi City based on the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) for 2024 and its budget allocation changes. The main problem of the research is how APBD changes reflect development priorities and their implications for the regional economy. This study employs a quantitative descriptive method with financial ratio analysis and comparative evaluation between the budget before and after amendments. Secondary data was obtained from official documents of the Amended Regional Budget Regulation for Fiscal Year 2024 of Bukittinggi City. The research findings indicate an increase in regional revenue of IDR 17.42 billion (2.30%), primarily from intergovernmental transfers which increased by IDR 19.17 billion (56.90%). Capital expenditure experienced a significant increase of IDR 3.36 billion (5.00%), particularly in road, network, and irrigation spending which increased by 86.52%. These findings indicate that the Bukittinggi City Government prioritizes infrastructure development as the main strategy to enhance connectivity and regional economic growth, consistent with regional development theory emphasizing the importance of capital investment in stimulating long-term economic growth

    This study uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. The objectives are to (1) describe the forms and meanings of hate speech by netizens in the comment sections of Kaesang Pangarep and Erina Gudono’s Instagram accounts in 2024, and (2) analyze the language units of hate speech in relation to legal provisions based on the Criminal Code (KUHP) and the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (UU ITE). The data sources are comments on the Instagram accounts of Kaesang and Erina that contain hate speech, as well as books, journals, and relevant studies to support the analysis. Data collection instruments include documentation through screen capture, literature review, reading, and note-taking. To ensure data validity, triangulation was used. This study examines linguistic features of hate speech in the Instagram comment sections of Kaesang Pangarep and Erina Gudono during August to October 2024 using a forensic linguistic approach. The analysis focuses on morphophonemic elements, syntactic units, lexical and grammatical meanings, and the context of utterances, offering a comprehensive linguistic perspective. The findings show that the forms of hate speech include insults, defamation, incitement, and the spread of false information. In terms of linguistic structure, the grammatical units found consist of words, phrases, clauses, and sentences. These elements reflect how hate speech is constructed and delivered in digital discourse. The results also demonstrate the relevance of forensic linguistic analysis in identifying potential legal violations related to language use in social media platforms

    This is a research and development study using the ADDIE model. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects of the research are fifth-grade students with 18 students in the limited test and 71 students in the expanded test. Data analysis techniques used include quantitative and qualitative analysis. The research results show that the student difficulty questionnaire has (1) theoretical validity in the content section of 4,15 with a valid category, the construction section of 5,00 with a very valid category, the language section of 4,1 with a valid category, (2) empirical validity in the limited trial of 23 valid items and the expanded trial of 26 valid items, (3) reliability in the student difficulty questionnaire in the limited trial of 0,90 and the expanded trial of 0,89, (4) the practicality test of the questionnaire shows practical results so that it is feasible to use as a measuring tool for student difficulties in carrying out group work practices in fifth grade elementary school

    This research stems from issues in shaping the character of fourth-grade students in the digital era at SD IT Ihya As-Sunnah Singkut. The purpose of this study is to identify the problems experienced by teachers and how to overcome them. Using a descriptive analytical qualitative approach, data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document collection, and then analyzed using the interactive model developed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The findings indicate that learning obstacles are largely caused by external factors: differences in family backgrounds, negative influences from peers, and disturbances caused by digital technology. Teachers use three integrated strategies to address these problems: (1) Collaborative Strategy by utilizing digital communication through WhatsApp groups to align the vision between school and home; (2) Managerial Strategy by conducting social engineering in the classroom, such as arranging seating and diverse study groups; and (3) Pedagogical Strategy by implementing the Joyful Learning method which includes Game-Based Learning, Storytelling, and interactive lectures. This method has been proven effective in increasing students' attention and reducing negative behavior

    This study aims to examine the integration of philosophical reflection and the application of contemporary management strategies in the management of Islamic education at the Azzakiah Islamic Boarding School in Cileunyi. The study focuses on how Islamic philosophical principles can be used as a conceptual basis in facing the tide of modernization marked by technological developments, globalization, and rapid social dynamics. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and review of official documents. The results of the study show that although the pesantren has a philosophical orientation based on morals and spirituality, its application in the managerial realm is still limited. Pesantren have begun to adopt modern technology and management methods such as benchmarking and the PDCA cycle, but these applications are not yet fully integrated with Islamic values. Teachers play an important role in shaping the character of santri, although teacher competency development programs are still not well structured. Based on these findings, it is necessary to reconstruct Islamic education management strategies that synergize philosophical reflection with modern management tools so that Islamic educational institutions can be more adaptive to the demands of the times while maintaining their Islamic identity

    This article examines Hasan Hanafi’s reorientation of Islamic theology from a theocentric to an anthropocentric paradigm in response to intellectual stagnation and the contemporary humanitarian crisis in the Muslim world. Critiquing classical Islamic theology for its excessive metaphysical orientation and lack of engagement with social realities, Hanafi proposes a humanistic approach that positions human beings as active subjects in interpreting and actualizing religious teachings. This study employs a qualitative library-based method supported by philosophical, hermeneutical, and critical analysis. The findings show that Hanafi’s anthropocentric paradigm is grounded in three major foundations: the phenomenology of consciousness, praxis-oriented dialectics, and contextual hermeneutics. Together, these frameworks form a praxis-based theology oriented toward justice, liberation, and human well-being. The article also highlights the strengths of Hanafi’s thought in bridging religion and modernity and enhancing Islam’s social relevance, while acknowledging potential problems such as the risk of reducing transcendence and epistemological ambiguity. Overall, Hanafi’s ideas offer a significant contribution to the development of a more humanistic, rational, and transformative Islamic theology capable of addressing contemporary challenges

    Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya media pembelajaran konkret dalam melatih konsentrasi anak usia dini. Fokus utama penelitian adalah implementasi Busy Book sebagai alat stimulasi perkembangan kognitif di TK Happy Holy Kids KC Jambi. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa media interaktif berbahan flanel ini mampu mengatasi kendala rendahnya fokus anak. Temuan signifikan mencatat adanya peningkatan rentang perhatian anak secara drastis, dari semula 4-5 menit menjadi 10-15 menit. Berbagai aktivitas seperti labirin hewan dan puzzle sayuran terbukti efektif merangsang kemampuan berpikir logis dan pemecahan masalah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Busy Book merupakan inovasi media yang valid dan praktis untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar sambil bermain yang kondusif bagi anak usia 5-6 tahu

    The digital transformation of Indonesian education post-pandemic has accelerated the integration of gamification as an innovative learning strategy in elementary schools. However, a critical gap persists between gamification implementation and teachers' digital pedagogical readiness, hindering deep learning optimization. This systematic literature review aims to analyze the role of digital pedagogical readiness in optimizing gamification for deep learning within Indonesian elementary education context. Using PRISMA framework, 28 peer-reviewed articles from Google Scholar, SINTA, DOAJ, ERIC, and ScienceDirect (2018-2025) were systematically analyzed through thematic analysis and CASP quality assessment. Findings reveal that Indonesian elementary school teachers' digital pedagogical readiness remains varied, with technological competence being the dominant factor affecting gamification effectiveness. A significant positive correlation exists between teachers' digital pedagogical readiness and gamification success in enhancing student engagement and learning outcomes. Cultural-contextual gamification strategies integrating local values show superior effectiveness compared to generic approaches. The study recommends a TPACK-based teacher training model integrated with Merdeka Mengajar Platform and phased implementation strategies considering infrastructure disparities. These findings provide practical implications for policymakers, school leaders, and teachers to optimize digital transformation in Indonesian elementary education through holistic readiness enhancement and culturally-responsive gamification design

    PEMELIHARAAN LINGKUNGAN PERSPEKTIF ISLAM: KAJIAN LITERATUR ATAS KONSEP DAN IMPLEMENTASI FIQH LINGKUNGAN

    The increasingly complex global environmental crisis has not only resulted in ecological degradation but also reflects a weakening of the moral and spiritual relationship between humans and nature. From an Islamic perspective, various studies emphasize the importance of integrating theological values, the principles of maqāṣid al-shari‘ah, and fiqh methodology as an ethical foundation for environmental stewardship. This study aims to develop an integrative model of Islamic environmental jurisprudence (fiqh al-bi’ah) that combines theological dimensions, the maqaṣid framework, and contemporary fiqh methodologies, thereby providing both normative and operational foundations for public policy and socio-ecological practices within Muslim communities. This research employs a qualitative approach using library research. Primary data consist of Qur’anic verses, hadiths, classical and modern scholarly works, and fatwa documents particularly Indonesian Council of Ulama (MUI) Fatwa No. 86 of 2023. Secondary data include books, scientific articles, and research reports related to environmental fiqh. Data were collected through documentation and analyzed using content analysis involving data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that Islamic theological principles offer a strong moral foundation for environmental preservation through the concepts of tawḥid, amanah, khilafah, and mizan. Meanwhile, maqaṣid al-shari‘ah effectively expands the objectives of Islamic law to include ḥifẓ al-bi’ah (environmental protection), thus granting strong legal legitimacy to ecological preservation. The study also reveals that environmental fiqh still faces methodological fragmentation and lacks integration within operational legal frameworks. It concludes that an integrative eco-fiqh model that combines theology, maqaṣid, and contemporary fiqh methodology is essential for responding comprehensively to ecological crises and for strengthening the implementation of Sharia-based policies in education, fatwa development, and socio-environmental practices

    METODE BERMAIN PERAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERBICARA BAHASA INDONESIA SISWA THAILAND

    This study was conducted to improve the Indonesian speaking skills of Thai students using role-playing methods in the Matayum 3 Islam Witaya School, Thailand. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) consisting of two cycles, each going through the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The study involved 20 Thai students, and data were collected through tests, observations, and documentation. The results showed a quite striking improvement in speaking skills, especially in the aspects of pronunciation, word stress, tone, intonation, rhythm, as well as vocabulary selection and sentence structure. The average student score increased from 54 in the pre-action, to 69 in the first cycle, and reached 85 in the second cycle. In addition, the number of students in the very good category also increased from 0% before the action, to 15% in the first cycle, and 30% in the second cycle. These findings indicate that the use of role-playing methods is effective in improving the speaking skills of Thai students
