    Get PDF
This paper deals with various fertilizer influences to draw solutions to the neat CTA/CA, MA/CTA/CA, and the Al2O3/MA/CTA/CA nanocomposite (NC) modified membrane. Also, the applicability of the neat CTA/CA, MA/CTA/CA, and The Al2O3/MA/CTA/CA nanocomposite (NC) modified membrane display high water flux when it used to desalinate brine water sample collected from the brine mid-stream from Mersa Matruh area, North-Western Coast of Egypt. The salinity of the collected sample is 12760 mg/L and PH (8.5) and used as FS, and 1M from different fertilizer draw solutes (DFDS) include KCl, NH4Cl, (NH4)2SO4, and K2HPO4 used as DS. The results reveal that the flux was KCl and NH4Cl (17.8 L/m2.h) and followed by (NH4)2SO4 (17.1 L/m2.h) and K2HPO4 (16.6 L/m2.h) using the natural saline water as FS using Al2O3/MA/CTA/CA NC modified membrane. The reusability test of the synthesised Al2O3/MA/CTA/CA NC modified membrane showed good sustainability during the 1260 min continuous test. The FO application displayed a great potential to be interested in brine wastewater desalination and enhanced water source sustainability to use in agriculture fertigation

    Get PDF
This article discusses online suicide games as a part of cyberbullying with the game called “Blue Whale Challenge” as an empirical case. The three-fold aim is to (i) identify key social mechanisms related to participation and engagement, (ii) discuss the phenomena in a broader sociological and criminological framework, and (iii) compare social mechanisms in BWC with mechanisms in cyberbullying. The analysis was conducted in two steps, firstly a case study based on a combination of media reports and extracts from different social media posts related to BWC was conducted. Secondly, the result from the case study was re-analyzed in relation to key elements identified in cyberbullying, to conclude if and how BWC can be defined as a form of cyberbullying. The results show that BWC can be defined as a specific form of cyberbullying, but victimization is created differently in BWC compared to victimization in cyberbullying

This material singles out and describes three levels in the development of the anthroponymys value world in the national cultural policy (ancient, middle-aged, and new Turkic). The authors used comparative methods (investigation of archives) and empirical methods, namely, the generalization of the great human experience, which is formed at the levels of cultural policy forming (ancient, middle-aged, and new Turkic). According to the level of religiousness of the ancient Turks, the system of ideas, which is reflected in the needs and desires due to naive mental activity, the authors singled out the ancient model of constructing their cultural policy or the first ancient level of values in the cultural policy of the Siberian Tatars. The anthroponyms system of the Siberian Tatars is an axiological worldview observing objective and subjective evaluative attitudes. The subject in the cultural policy becomes familiar with the value world of name-giving, the system of ideas or ideology appears, which is transformed into a certain stage of development. Cultural policy in the ancient period was created but it is changed in the modern world. The novelty of the study is in the fact that the object category was studied in the cultural policy of Siberian Tatars indefinitely. Our investigation showed interrelation between human being and his experience (object and subject). Our motivation to study the value world of the cultural policy of the Siberian Tatars is supported by the idea that harmony and peace between cultures is possible only in the way of value world and its priorities understanding. New research results complement theoretical generalizations, open up new conceptual opportunities in solving national problems, and make it possible to formulate new strategic goals in our multinational state. They can improve the implementation of cultural policy by social society in goal setting and identification of national cultural values and priorities in the creation on their basis of targeted programs and expenses

Freedom of the media is a fundamental issue of democracy, because without freedom of the media there is no civil society or rule of law. The crucial role of the media and the danger of abuse of freedom of the press force democratic states to determine the legal status of the media and to regulate their activities. In the domestic scientific literature, the concepts of “freedom of information” and “freedom of mass media” are used in meanings that practically coincide with the meanings in which these concepts are used in the legislation of the Republic of Iraq. Only a general reference is made to the legislation of the Republic of Iraq on the media by which such restrictions are established. Anthropology of Salvation in Russian Medieval thought: «Nestyazhateli» and «Iosiflyanie»

    Get PDF
This article analyzes the anthropocentric aspects of Russian Orthodox thought. It is noted that the Russian traditional self-consciousness inherited the main religious and moral norms and values of Byzantium, such as contemplation, Hesychasm, careful preservation of dogmatic and ceremonial aspects of faith. The authors of the article conclude that the central problem in Russian Orthodox thought is the problem of human justification, the problem of understanding human essence. Starting with the understanding of the problem of theodicy, Russian Orthodox thought gradually turned into its visibly formal opposite and became essentially a philosophy that proves the high creative purpose of man - a philosophy that justifies man. Thus, the humanistic, anthropocentric direction of the development of Russian religious philosophy is emphasized. Also, turning to the analysis of the dispute between «Iosiflyane» and «Nestyazhateli», the authors of the article identify two opposite conceptual approaches to the philosophical interpretation of the essence of man: «contemplative man» and «active man».The authors conclude that Russian state policy has been mostly «Iosiflyanian», and the philosophy became a haven for «Nestyazhatel»
