Budgetary control is well recognized that budget is among the essential tools of management of any organization unlike other management aids, budgets are made use of practically by all functionaries in the organization. In other words it is a pre-defined detailed plan of action development distributed as a guide operations and as a partial basis for subsequent evolution of performance
A STUDY ON BRAND PREFERENCE OF SOFT DRINKS AMONG YOUTH WITH REFERENCE TO THANJAVUR CITY
In the present study, the impact on brand preference of soft drinks and factor determining the brand preference is studied. The study on brand preference was necessary; there are many soft drink brands available in the market such as Coca cola, Pepsi, Sprite, Fanta, Limca, Thums up. In current scenario, where the competition is tough, consumer choose brand according to their preference. Even though traditional and homemade drinks will always remain popular, packaged beverages are gaining traction with Indian consumers who are frequently reaching for their more convenient to consume counterparts-softdrink
A STUDY ON THE BURNOUT LEVEL AMONG THE EMPLOYEES AT NEST CYBER CAMPUS BANGALORE
Burnout is basically a stress induced problem prevalent among helping professionals like social-workers, nursing staff, employee-relations executives, teachers and law enforcing functionaries. People in helping profession like doctors, counselors, police officers and nurses also have greater probabilities of burnout (Maslach 1982). Burnout does not occur suddenly but begins with small warning signals and most of the time one can not pin point the exact cause. As said by Lee and Ashforth (1988) through their longitudinal study on supervisors and managers, burnouts develop on phases
FT RAMAN OF FT RAMAN SPECTROSCOPY STUDY OF VIBRATIONAL ANALYSIS OF DIETHANOLAMINE.
The vibrational frequencies and corresponding normal modeassignments of diethanolamine have been calculated using ab initio densityfunctional theory (B3LYP) method with 6-311++G(d,p) basis set level on theground state. Structural and spectroscopic investigations of diethanolaminewere reported. Infrared wavenumbers, infrared intensities were predicted.Calculated infrared wavenumbers and intensities were compared with FT-IRspectra of diethanolamine, supporting for a general assignment of therecorded spectra. The used scale factors which have been obtained the ratioof the frequency values of the strongest peaks in the calculated andexperimental spectra seem to cause the gained vibrations wellcorresponding to the experimental ones. Infrared wavenumbers and theirintensities of diethanolamine have been determined. There is an excellentagreement between experimental and theoretical infrared wavenumbers in theregion of (4000-400 cm-1). In order to compare of this agreement,. Thecorrelation value of diethanolamine and triethanolamine are found to be0.9912, 0.9988, respectively for B3LYP method with the 6- 311++G(d,p)basis set
REVIEW OF MAST CELL PROGENITORS
Mast cells are cells of immune systems which plays an major role in inflammatory responses such as hypersensitivity reactions. They are found in connective tissues of the body, especially below the surface of the skin, near blood vessels and lymphatic vessels, within nerves, throughout the respiratory system, and in the digestive and urinary tracts. These cells store a variety of different chemical mediators such as histamine, interleukins, proteoglycans (e.g., heparin), and various enzymes. When the mast cell activated by an by an allergen, the mast cells release the contents of their granules into the surrounding tissues. This process was named as Degranulation. This chemical mediators produce local responses characteristic of an allergic reaction, such as increased permeability of blood vessels (i.e., inflammation and swelling), contraction of smooth muscles (e.g., bronchial muscles), and increased mucus production. Mast cells are produced from the mast cell progenitors in the place of bone marrow by the process regulated by transcription factors. Based on the character of Surface markers the mast cells are characterized by flow cytometry. The centre of attraction of this review article was the origin and development of mast cell progenitors.
A STUDY ON ONLINE SHOPPING BEHAVIOUR IN DIGITAL ERA, NEW TREND & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Electronic commerce, commonly known as E-commerce or e-commerce, is trading in products or services conducted via computer networks such as the Internet. Electronic commerce draws on technologies such as mobile commerce, electronic funds transfer, supply chain management, Internet marketing, online transaction processing, electronic data interchange (EDI), inventory management systems, and automated data collection systems. Modern electronic commerce typically uses the World Wide Web at least at one point in the transaction\u27s life cycle, although it may encompass a wider range of technologies such as e-mail, mobile devices, social media, and telephones as well
CONSUMERS PERCEPTION TOWARDS FAIRNESS CREAM- SPECIAL REFERENCE WITH THURAIYUR TOWN - A STUDY
Consumers are the king in the business world. Gone are the times when producer or seller wont to rule the business world. Today, consumers are the most pillar on which and business stands. Consumers act and react on basis of their perceptions, which also underlies the preference. Consumers today are more concerned about physical appearance. People use fairness creams to improve their complexion. This study obtained responses from 200 respondents from fairness cream users point of view. These respondents belong both genders,150 females and 50 males. The researcher pointed out that the consumers should be very careful before use the fairness cream whether the cream is suitable for their health or not. All type of consumers have been attracted by the advertisement, irrespective of their income, reality of the cream, spending money on the fairness cream. The researcher have strongly insisted the creams always good when compare with the artificial cream. KEYWORDS.: Consumers, Fairness cream, Advertisement, Quality, Price
BLOCKCHAIN: ISSUES AND CHALLENGES
Square chain is another development, routinely suggested as the Internet of Value. In like manner with each new advancement, there is no concurrence on its normal worth, with specific people ensuring that it will bring more hazardous changes than the Internet and others testing the level of its centrality. Despite gauges that what\u27s to come is risky, there is evidence that square chain is an astounding, new advancement that will change the way in which trades are made, considering its ability to guarantee trust among dark performers, ensure the constant idea of records, while moreover making center individuals old. The centrality of square chain can be avowed by the interest in electronic money related structures, the mind boggling number of conveyed square chain papers, similarly as MDPI\u27s journal Future Internet which just circulates block chain articles, including this remarkable issue covering present and future square chain troubles. This paper is an investigation of the rapidly creating field of square chain, analyzing its inclinations and expected inconveniences and their proposals for the destiny of the Internet and our own lives and social requests when in doubt. Current plans are generally established on circulated registering systems, which require laborer\u27s first in class and broadband associations to give data amassing and figuring organizations. These courses of action have different immense disadvantages, for instance, high upkeep costs of united specialists, essential weakness of Internet of Things applications, security and trust issues, etc The square chain is seen as a promising methodology for watching out for the referred to security issues and plan new decentralization frameworks. Nevertheless, this new development has a remarkable potential in the most extraordinary mechanical fields. In this paper, to base on presenting a blueprint of square chain advancement, highlighting its central focuses, limitations and districts of usage
SUPERVISED QR ALGORITHM TO ESTIMATE THE FINANCIAL PRODUCT DATA PROCESS TIME ANALYSIS BASED ON ONLINE PURCHASE DETAILS
TheSupervised QR Algorithm is thus used to estimate the financial production data recipe and time fraction based on the online purchase details. The trading algorithm method used before has a very low rating, and the recipe does not clearly explain the financial and time-related processes. For that, are going to use the QR Method in this area. The method of doing this is very helpful for easy analysis of financial and Times related information analysis. One of the most important in an industry is the financial sector. Moreover, analysis is very important to find the problems in them. Analysis can correct various errors in practice. It shows us information on how to raise funds and improve funding in online purchases. Modern variations in his generating and increasing data and creating a parallel account make many changes simultaneously. These are very helpful in adjusting the financial position of the industry to suit the financial situation
MACHINE LEARNING - TECHNIQUES
This article provides a comprehensive overview of software development expertise using machine learning techniques (MLT). Machine learning in this new era demonstrates the commitment to consistently make accurate estimates. The machine learning system effectively “learns” how to evaluate from the training package of completed projects. The main goal and contribution of the review is to support research on expert assessment, i.e. to facilitate other researchers to make relevant expert assessment studies using machine learning techniques. This article presents commonly used machine learning techniques such as neural networks for expert evaluation in the field of software development, case-based reasoning, classification and regression trees, induction, genetic algorithm and genetic programming. In each of our studies, we found that the results of different machine learning techniques depend on the areas in which they are used. The review of our study not only indicates that these techniques compete with traditional evaluators in a data set, but also illustrate that these methods are sensitive to the data on which they are trained
